When you’ve got problems only a rough tattooed biker can solve… The Dark Slayers are arrogant assholes. I see how they treat their women, and I’m not about to get tangled up with one of them..
But my family’s having a run of bad luck. My father was attacked and then accused of murdering some dealer. Now he’s in jail and it looks like I’m next on their hit list.
Someone has framed him and there are plenty of suspects between the mafia and the rival biker gang. They all made it clear they wanted our bar for their shady business. My father insists I need protection and he’s not wrong.
Unfortunately, the Dark Slayer’s MC is the only game in town with enough muscle to take on the mob.
The first thing the Slayers do is assign me a fake fiancé to protect me and my bar. I don’t need some biker thug tracking my every move and bossing me around. But if I want their help to find the real killer and free Dad, I gotta put up with it.
Playing a couple with Teeny, an outrageously gorgeous Dark Slayer bodyguard, is not easy. He’s an inked menace with rolling muscles and his deep, penetrating eyes make me shiver every time he’s near. From the start, he decided he wants me for his own, so I’m wary of his advances.
As we work together to discover who framed my dad, I try every trick in the book to resist him. But just as I’m ready to let the ice melt and give in to my desires, I get snatched. Kidnapped and at the mercy of my captors, I have no choice but to wait for Teeny and the Slayers to come for me. The question is, will they make it before it’s too late?
Teeny’s story is the 7th book in the "Dark Slayers MC” hot and alluring romance series featuring bikers who will remind you why you like the bad boys so much. They’re protective, rough, and running on pure diesel and adrenaline. Each book in the series is a standalone with a guaranteed happily ever after for the couple, though it is recommended to read them in order for maximum enjoyment.
Aria Ray writes suspenseful, hot, and intense romance stories featuring powerful alpha-men and witty heroines, full of sacrifice, love, and happily-ever-afters. Like the heroines of her novels, Aria has always had a crush on sinfully sexy bad boys - dark, controlling, irresistible, but tender and loving.
When she is not writing or daydreaming about new stories, she loves to spend time with her own gang of alpha males - a husband and twin boys. But the real mob boss of the family is Don Corleone - the cat.

Sweeter than your average MC, Teeny is a quick read with a HEA.
This is book 7 in the Dark Slayers series. I have not read the previous books in the series, and did not feel i was suffering from any knowledge gaps and it did not effect my enjoyment.
Not as dark as other Mc’s I’ve read. Most of the violence takes place “off screen” and there is nothing truly gory.
Spicy enough to raise the pulse, but no real triggers or kink.
Very enjoyable quick read (it took me an afternoon to read). The previous books have now been bumped up my TBR.

This is the seventh book of the Dark Slayers MC series and it's another scorcher. This book starts out with Phoebe Barnes bartender at her family's pub when a group of suited thugs come in and approach her father. He tells her to leave and she goes to the back room but doesn't leave. The thugs announce that things are changing in town and all businesses owed them twenty-five percent of their net income. Her father says that in no uncertain terms was that going to happen. Phoebe attempts to go stand by her father but she is tackled and held back by Jared Jenkins, her father's best friend. She hears her father being beaten up by the thugs but she can't escape Jenkins' hold on her. The thugs leave and she finds her father bloody and beaten to a pulp with several broken bones. Jenkins calls for an ambulance and while waiting for it to arrive, her father arranges for the Dark Slayers MC to provide protection for her. She arrives at the MC's clubhouse and is met by Storm, the President of the Dark Slayers. He immediately starts ordering her around and she's not going to put up with that because she's an independent woman who can take care of herself. Storm gives up arguing with her and Teeny, (aka Ezekiel Carnes, Junior) a club brother, offers to protect and take care of her. The two of them already knew each other from prior, when Phoebe's friend, Piper was looking for her missing adopted sister and ended up getting help from the Dark Slayers MC. Plus, Piper ended up marrying a member, Renegade (aka Brett). Later, Phoebe is at the clubhouse and is having trouble sleeping so she ends up downstairs in the bar down there when Teeny approaches her and pulls her out of the clubhouse to outside to tell her the rules about being at the clubhouse, especially being respectful of the club members and that the bar she was at was members only. Fast forward and Phoebe goes back to her place above the family bar because her father has been released from the hospital and he needs help. She getting a ride back on the back of Blade's bike, a fellow Dark Slayers member. Teeny didn't like that an informed her that if she was going to be on anyone's bike it would be his, which was unusual for him. He never allowed anyone on the back of his bike because it meant something to him, it meant that that person was special to him. They get to the bar and he realizes the devastation that those thugs rained on the place. There's broken glass everywhere, the mirrors, bar glasses, liquor bottles everything destroyed. He gets to work helping Phoebe clean up the place and only stops to call Renegade to let him know that he can't meet him to work on their bikes. Before too long, there's the rumble of motorcycles outside and in come Renegade, Piper, Coyote and Daniel and they begin helping to clean up. When it's time to leave, Teeny pulls Phoebe to the side and makes her promise to call him if she notices anything that seems off, no matter how little or insignificant. He's only fifteen minutes away. She agrees and he leaves. It's been about six weeks since he's left Phoebe and he hasn't heard anything from her. Teeny is currently at the strip club the MC owns, working security since their rival MC, Twisted Metal, is in town working alongside the mafia that's also in town. In fact, it was the mafia that shook down Phoebe's family's bar and beat up her father. While at the strip club, in walks the President of Twisted Metal, Chevron, along with two other club members. The Dark Slayers allow them to each have beer and a shot, but they must leave after those are done. On the way out Chevron approached one of the dancers, Evi, and convinced her to leave with him. In the meantime, Phoebe is working at the bar and Piper is visiting along with some Dark Slayers, to make sure things are peaceful. Piper tells Phoebe that Teeny asks about her all the time and that she should really talk to him. Phoebe tells her to back off and that how she's doing is none of his business. Phoebe notices a twitchy guy enter the bar and start making rounds around the tables and she sees that he's dealing drugs. She looks to her father and sees that he saw it as well and is already moving to intercept the guy to escorts him out. He father exchanges words with the guy, escorts him out and tells him he'd break his neck if he showed back up there. The next morning, Jenkins, her father's friend, wakes them up by banging on the door. He comes in with a newspaper and shows them an article about a murder that happened in a dead end alley not far from them. Apparently, it's the drug dealer her father threw out was strangled to death. She goes out to get them lunch and she returns to see the police shoving her handcuffed father into the back of a police cruiser. They lock eyes through the back window and she understands he's telling her to lock up the bar and get somewhere safe. She heads to Piper's at the Dark Slayers clubhouse so she can bounce ideas of what to do off her and Renegade. Storm calls them downstairs after he gets some intel from a source he has at the police department. He explains to Phoebe that her father is facing a tough legal battle because it is quickly looking like he murdered the drug dealer. They discuss with her what to do with her family's pub. If she keeps it closed then the mafia thugs will just move in and probably forge documents to say they own the place. Then they come up with the idea that if she's married or engaged to a Dark Slayers member then they can step in and protect the place. That gets nixed because it will spread the member even thinner. They decide to pretend that Teeny and she are engaged, that he's on the outs with the Slayers and will bring in some members of Celt's father's MC as backup guards. Phoebe finally agrees with the plan and Teeny gives her his family heirloom engagement ring. It's perfect and totally suits her. This is the beginning of a hot and steamy relationship. Here is where I'll leave you and you'll have to get this book to discover what happens next. Let's just say that things really heat up between Teeny and Phoebe. They discover they might make the perfect couple and there's a twist you don't see happening in the murder case as well as a kidnapping. This book is definitely worth getting for the fantastic storyline, the protective alpha males and equally strong women they love. Definitely two thumbs up and five stars on this one! I absolutely love the entire Dark Slayers MC series!! You can't go wrong with any book from this series. Kudos to the author for another hot one!!

Phoebe ran her fathers bar with him. When three mafia suits came in and threatened her dad for protection money he refused and was given a beating that sent him to hospital. They also trashed the bar. Phoebe had been sent into the kitchen to hide and his best friend Jenkins held her back when she realised what was happening,, to keep her safe. Her dad arranged for her to go and stay at with the Dark Slayers at their clubhouse. Her best friend Piper was married to one of the bikers and the prez Storm assigned Teeny to her protection duty. They didn’t get off to the best start. When her dad was discharged from hospital a week later, Teeny helped her to clean up and called in some of the Slayers to help. The mafia were going to every business trying to get the small town under their thumb and were working with their rival and cutthroat MC, Twisted Metal. It took a couple of weeks to get the bar up and running again but when Phoebe’s father was framed for a murder he didn’t commit, all fingers pointed to the MC and their Mafia conspirators. Teeny stepped up and the Slayers decided he should live with Phoebe and fake an engagement to make their story more convincing. Between upgraded security and a big rugged biker, Phoebe was in a safer position while they tried to help her father and run the bar. Teeny’s feelings weren’t fake and after living in close quarters neither were Phoebe’s… This was a thoroughly enjoyable and entertaining MC read. With plenty of action, bad guys, recriminations and murder mystery as well as a blossoming, passionate relationship. Brilliant. This Phoebe almost seems like a totally different Phoebe. It wasn't an awful book, but it could have been better. I liked the romance, brotherhood, friendships, the acceptance of his dad by Phoebe and eventually her own dad, and the overall general story. I didn't like the overthinking, the overexplaining, her idiocy of going outside to Brad, and most of all, I hated the preaching. I felt like she was lecturing the readers, and I hate that. I'm not going to agree with her or the author's views just because they told me to and the preachy tone was annoying. It is totally fine to not want to be around women he's slept with, especially since some of them lied to her. His justification of their behavior is gross. Him joking about his partners is gross and actually inconducive to starting a relationship. Why would someone wanting to start something with someone be bragging about his past? His past behavior with them is gross. And her just accepting it is ridiculous and unrealistic. Why is he such friends with Amber and why does he expect her to like it? Has he slept with Amber since he's slept with many of the bunnies? If so, why would Phoebe be okay with any of this? There are so many questions that were unanswered even with all the over explaining and preaching going on. I don't recall the previous books being like this and I hope the rest aren't because it was irritating.
This isn’t a series that follows “traditional” MC storylines I would say. It’s definitely softer in some regards but having said that it still has a “me man, you woman” vibe. Doesn’t make it a bad series at all, in fact it’s been thoroughly enjoyable thus far and Teeny is no different really.
I would say you will get more enjoyment reading the series as on stand-alone you would miss several underlying elements to this story.
Teeny is heartfelt, softer than you would imagine and looking for a good woman to love him. Whilst he doesn’t necessarily go about this in either a traditional or sensible way, he does get there in the end. My main takeaway from this book though was that he was a bit too soft and emotional in this book. Phoebe is strong and independent (to a point!) and whilst not naive, she is uneducated to the workings of an MC and so pushes her female agenda a little far when backed into a corner. I liked her, though did think despite her protestations she did cave to Teeny all of a sudden in a random moment and never looked back.

Phoebe Barnes is a bartending at her family's bar when thugs come in demanding 25% of the business or else. When her father is then beaten badly enough to be hospitalized, he arranges for the Dark Slayers MC to provide protection for her. Phoebe goes to the clubhouse and Teeny, (Ezekiel Carnes) offers to protect her. She sees how macho and domineering the men of the MC are towards the women and is not impressed. But there is an attraction to Teeny. But when she starts to move back home once her father is released from the hospital, another MC member offers to take her home, but Teeny won't have it. The only bike she will ride on is his. When they get to the family bar, it is still a mess from the night her father was beaten. While helping clean up, other members of the MC show up to help and Phoebe sees a different side to Teeny and the club members. The book has a to of twists and turns, action, drama, sizzle, and steam. This book is a great addition to the Dark Slayers MC series and the entire series is available to read for free with Kindle Unlimited.
I recieved an ARC from Booksprout and this is my honest review.
I just love this series! Once I started, I could not put my Kindle down. This is the story of Teeny and Phoebe. I have to admit that at first, I was not very crazy about Phoebe – she seemed to be judgmental. She was so stuck on grouping all members of the MC they were despicable and treated women like crap. She was so defensive; she didn’t even want to give them a chance. Teeny has been attracted to Phoebe for a while. When the bar that Phoebe’s dad owns comes under attack, Phoebe and Teeny are put into a situation when new players are introduced into their tiny little town.
Will time together change Phoebe’s views on the MC? Will Teeny finally be able to have the girl of his dreams? Phoebe’s dad has been set up and only Phoebe and Teeny can find out what happened. Action, deception, betrayal, violence, chemistry, intensity, misunderstanding and a rollercoaster of emotions make this story! I cannot wait to read Thor’s story next.

Teeny and Phoebe are our mains in this book and it's non-stop action! These two have always eyed each other from a distance, but when the latest threat comes to town and lands in Phoebe family bar Teeny becomes front and center in her life. Her dad hires the Slayers to protect her and to say she's pissed with their "handling" of her is an understatement. The feminist in the spirited pixie is not having it. Her reaction also shows that she forgot that people have feelings too, even big burly bikers. When the threat intensifies, she and Teeny have to fake a relationship, but how long will the faking last before it gets real? These two made me smile big because they were both unexpected. Seeing their relationship morph into communication, trust, and love was the best of the last few Slayers books.
For a small town, there is always big action in Slayer territory. I've fallen for each of these broody bikers and the women who love them and can't wait for Thor's book.. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
I received an ARC from the author and am voluntarily leaving my review. This book in the Dark Slayers MC series is about Phoebe and Teeny. She has got trouble on her hands now that her father was framed. He is going to be the support she needs from the MC. Phoebe has an attitude and defenses in place before she realizes that their not needed with him. Teeny wants more than she is willing to give. His feelings for her had been developing and this is his chance to get closer and protect her. I liked Teeny more than I did Phoebe for most of the book. She needed them, and they were there to back her, so I wished that her attitude would have changed before it did. The story has plenty of action, danger, rivalry, family, brotherhood, strength, some humor, steam and love. This is not my favorite of the series but it is a good addition to it. . Fantastic story. This is the 7th book in the Dark Slayers MC series. This story has plenty of suspense, action, kidnapping, mafia problems, problems with the Twisted Metal MC, fake engagement, danger, strength, humor, brotherhood, rivalry, and steam. Phoebe is in need of protection and her father has asked the Dark Slayers MC to protect her. Her family owns the bar and the mafia came and said that they will be collecting 25 percent of their income. Her father says no and ends up getting beat up. The Slayers assign Teeny to be her protector. Loved Teeny and it took a while for me to even like Phoebe. Phoebe finally had to find that when they worked together they could bring down the threat. I loved how Teeny told her that there is nothing fake about their engagement. Will they be able to get rid of the mafia and neutralize the rival MC? Looking forward to the next story. . Of all the characters and books so far, this one is my last favorite. Let me explain. Phoebe is the worst character ever. Granted, she lives a sheltered life, or so she says. She takes being independent to a whole new level. I find her rude, a total witch, and worthy of anything these men have done for her. Granted, she's most likely in her 20s, but she could have been more with the times, I guess. She was naive, dumb, and gullible. I never disliked a character as much as her. She's old enough to drive, yet she got around on a skateboard line she's 15. She wore slayed while tending bar. Who does that? All the while, this caring, thoughtful man is head over heels in love with this witch. Being independent is one thing, but she took it to another level. All the other characters are great. Phoebe, not so much. At least that is my opinion.
While these are standalone, series is better enjoyed in sequence as they follow a timeline. I have to say, I loved Teeny he has a lot of good qualities. Phoebe was just too out there is the beginning with how awful she was to the Dark Slayers MC. She comes to their house and is rude and not following the rules. Teeny might just the stand up guy this girl needs to calm her down.
Things really heat up between the two as well as the threat from the Twisted Metal MC and the mob. She runs around flying by the seat of her pants and would have probably ended up in worse straights if not for her man.
I cannot wait for Thor's story.

At the very start of this book, I really didn't care for Phoebe. She had her views that the MC treated women like second class people. It's okay to have an opinion, but she came across as over the top bratty, judgmental and disrespectful. There are attempts to explain her actions, but there were still questionable moments I do recommend sticking with the story as her character does get better. Teeny makes their relationship work. What makes it a good addition to the series is the book has plenty of action as the Dark Slayers and Teeny work to prove Phoebe's dad innocent and stop the rival MC and mafia from taking over their town.
I am obsessed with Teeny and Phoebe's relationship along with the suspense and mc action, this story was always grabbing my attention. Phoebe is strong, sassy and independent. While Teeny is more protective, chill and open. When things go down with Phoebe's dad's bar, Teeny steps in to help Phoebe as her fake fiancé but things get turned up and hot between these two that are more real than fake. As the mc move's on from solving their cult problem, they now are having to deal with more issues regarding the mafia and a rival mc.

This is the 7th book in the Dark Slayers MC love story for Teeny and Phoebe. I loved how brave and strong Teeny is. I laughed at this tough bikes name and went well he is anything but Teeny so how did he get his name. I loved how stubborn Phoebe is and how she just can not help herself and stays where she should not. I loved how they start off in this fake engagement only to fall madly in love with each other. I loved Teeny's father too he is a hoot.

Phoebe works in the family bar with her father. When the rival MC and the mafia decide to work together and move into town they start threatening the local businesses. Phoebe’s father is injured and the Dark Slayers step into help. Teeny moves in with Phoebe to pretend to be her fiancé. Teeny is harboring interest for Phoebe and uses the situation to his advantage. As things heat up with the mafia, things get steam between Teeny and Phoebe. Steamy quick read, great addition to the series. . Phoebe needs to hide out because three guys from a mafia family is trying to muscle into their town by demanding protection money from her fathers bar. After they ruffled him up he arranged protection with the Dark Slayers. Phoebe’s friend piper is married to one of the Slayers so she has already meant Teeny but what she thinks of him isn’t so great. But trouble keeps happening and soon these two will be working together and falling in love. So enjoy this good read and see how or if it works out !!
Phoebe Barnes tends the bar at her family's business when some people barge in with demands of a percentage of the business' income. When her father refuses he is beaten where he is hospitalized. He has the Dark Slayers MC come in to provide protection for her. Teeny, (Ezekiel Carnes) steps up to offer protection for her.
Phoebe was judgmental of the MC. She saw MC men as detestable who disrespected women. Her extreme defensiveness didn’t allow her to see the club's men clearly.
We met Phoebe in Renegade’s book as she is friends with Piper.
I can understand why Phoebe doesn’t like being told what do to but the guys were only telling her what to do in order to protect her. I did not like how she disrespected Teeny. I do admire Phoebe for standing up for herself but at times she certainly had blinkers on and needed to pay attention and open her eyes.
Dusty is such a character and has me in stitches, she will be a handful when she is older, that’s for sure.
This action-packed story kept me glued to the pages. When trouble comes to their family's bar, Phoebe finds herself under the protection of Dark Slayers MC. The town has some new players that has come to shake things up, but they weren't expecting the fight that pursued. As the Slayers uncover what is going on Phoebe will have to take on a fiancé to protect her father and their bar but when the feelings become the real thing, will her father accept Teeny as the new family addition?

I chose this rating because this was a really great book as well. I enjoyed most all of the characters. This was a book of protection, independence, infatuation, And understanding and believing In someone. I really enjoyed Teeny and Phoebe story. The author did a great job would putting these two characters together. They were very interesting couple. Phoebe was very independent and stuck in her ways, but teeny finally explained to her his feelings. She finally got a understanding of him. Great read! I recommend this book to all romance readers and MC lovers.
Pheebe is Pipers best friend runs the family bar with her dad. While her mum's always Twisted Metal MC with some Mafia tried to move on to the area they beat her dad up who needs hospital bed rest. So he employs the Dark Slayers to protect Pheeb.
Teeny volunteers to be her fake fiancee so nobody thinks the Dark Slayers are trying to take over the pub. Working closely together brings different perspectives to each other's lives although Teeny has known for a long time how he really feels for Pheebe she just had to come round to thinking the same way now.
This was a rewarding read in that the story had all the drama, action, and romance a Dark Slayers follower could want. To get the complete experience of the MC, the books should be read in order, but things are explained to a certain extent if you read Teeny as a one off. The characters are written strongly and the plot is entertaining. And who wouldn't love Daisy?.

When someone targets Phoebe's father and family buisness, her father requests she get protection and the MC is the only ones with the man power to help, but setting Teeny up as Phoebe's fake fiancé isn't her idea of help more hinder. But can they work together to free her father? What happens when their enemies get closer and take what's his? Well written steamy, engaging, fast paced, sizzling chemestry and more a great addition to the series.
This is a feat that only the Dark Slayers MC can handle when Phoebe’s dad is framed and she’s next in line to go down. Teeny is the bodyguard and fake fiancé for Phoebe’s protection and who can’t resist one of the sexy men of the MC. Well, maybe Phoebe since she can’t stand how women are treated in club life.
This is a fast-paced, sizzling, action packed MC book that I couldn’t put down. I always look forward to the Dark Slayers MC series.
I have to say, when I started this book, I did not like Pheobe. She knew she was in danger, that her father asked the Dark Slayers to watch out for her after his bar was attacked and he was hospitalized but she still refused to cooperate with Teeny and the rest of the MC. Once he won her over and they began to work together to bring down the threat she was like a different person. I loved Teeny from page one. I loved how he insisted that he was not faking and proved it with his actions.
This is another great MC story with all things MC. Phoebe does not like the way she thinks MC guys treat their women. Phoebe's dad asks the MC for help and they assign Teeny to watch over her because someone is out to get the bar. Teeny was not pretending he wanted Phoebe but she needed more time to come around. This has excitement and action and a fierce protector. Great story.. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Teeny FMC was daughter of bar owner and quite unlikeable. Antagonistic and rude to the MC security her father procured for her safety. I didn’t feel the connection between the couple and even Teeny’s jealously/possessiveness seemed superficial. Sorry to say, instead of coming off as strong and spunky, FMC was just unlikeable. Storyline lackluster despite all the working parts present. . I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Pheobe does not want anything to do with the Slayers but when her father is attacked and framed for a murder that is who she has to go to. She needs orotection from the mob and another biker gang that wants their bar. Will Teeny be able to change her thoughts and feelings about the club and him before it's to late? Fast paced read with so much drama and suspense. Hang on for a bumpy ride. . I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
