Demeter: And the stories they tell about us. I wonder sometimes if I am really Gaia, Rhea, Cybele, and the Great Mother they say I am. They give us names that reveal ourselves to us. Iachus, they yank us from the weight of eternal destiny to color us into the days and places where we are.
Prometheus: Listen, Heracles. We are nothing more than a name.
Calypso: Some of us resisted the new gods, I let those names of mine sink into time, and then everything got quiet and remained the same; it just wasn't worth it to fight over the fate of the new gods.
Calypso: An immortal accepts the moment, knows nothing of tomorrow.
Not everything can be explained. Just remember monsters don't die.
