Terry Toler wrote another incredible story. Working for the Israeli government, Jamie and Alex prepare for the Olympics, as athletes. While undercover, they were looking for terrorists, to find the reported threats to the Isreali athletes. Toler never disappoints in action and suspense. Alex is hurt in a terrorists attempt to kill the Isreali's Bobsled team. This leaves Jamie in more danger, because she is worried about Alex and has periods of brain fog. The surprise ending is worth the wait as Jamie competes in the Olympics inspite of knowing she is the terrorists' target. Worth reading.
I have loved and enjoyed the entire Jamie Austen thriller series! This is a great installment as Jamie and Alex go undercover as Olympic athletes representing Israel. it is filled with action and as always a clean novel.
The first part of the book was focused on a tour of the Holy Land. The information about the Bobsled event and the details about the Biathlon were interesting. I was surprised about the ending for Jamie.
Toler waves a story around a bomb plot to go off in the winter Olympics. Now working for Massad, they go in as undercover Olympic athletes. The action keeps going down to the wire while Jamie races for the gold.
Not Tolers best, but I still enjoyed it. There were parts that dragged a little and I passed over them as quickly as possible, An Olympic story for sure. Jamie and Alex are quite the pair of Mosad operators. 4.5
