This book is a guideline that provides in-depth prayers for every aspect of your life, your family, friends, enemies, and so forth. It enables those who don't understand that prayers are just a conversation with God by providing prayers that enable you to communicate with him.

Well put together and very helpful as you journey through life's ups and downs with Jesus by your side.

This is a very, very helpful and powerful tool in my prayer life. The prayers are all scripture-based, and the all of the Biblical references are listed at the end of the prayer. I look up these references, find the scripture in the prayer and mark the reference next to that part of the prayer. This practice makes the book a great Bible study tool, too. Often when praying, I see the reference and practice quoting that scripture. It has helped me a lot to remember (at the very least) the reference, if not the whole scripture itself. Knowing exactly which scripture I'm praying has increased my faith tremendously and my prayers are much more powerful! I highly recommend this book.

This is one of those essential, keep-by-your-bedside books, containing a comprehensive list of prayers for many situations. I have worn out by book over the years, and recommend it to other frequently. The key strength for this book's appeal is the connection to Scripture in each of the prayer's, so you are praying the powerful Word of God over each of the prayers contained in the book. I had one situation where God gave me a scripture when I had trouble with peaceful sleep, and the same scripture was the theme for this book's prayer on peaceful sleep!

If you want you life changed through prayer, this is a must-buy for your bookshelf!
