"Бъди добра със себе си" е изключително полезна книга, изградена под формата на упражнения, как да се грижим за своята прекрасна автентичност, без да имаме притеснения от своите различия, спрямо масата хора. Да ни научи, как да си вдъхваме позитивизъм в тъмни дни и все пак да гледаме реално на нещата. Да намираме решения, а не оправдания и най-вече да ценим, че всеки край е ново начало, а не задънена улица.😊

This self-love workbook teaches readers how to rest and recharge in winter, get ready for growth in spring, live life to the fullest in summer and free yourself from past hurts in fall.

My mantra this year is self care, self nurturing, and being kind to myself. This book was full of activities and ideas to guide me on my journey. Loved every page and each story!
