I leave romance and relationships to my family. Being the CFO of Lincoln Technologies, I don’t have time for romance. Until I saw her. Gwendolyn Hearst is like nothing I’ve ever imagined. She’s smart, funny, and gorgeous and now I’m thinking that maybe it’s time for me to give this whole romance thing another shot. Soon, though, it’s clear that dating Gwen isn’t going to be easy. She’s the caretaker for her sister, Ellie, who has Down Syndrome and has learned the hard way that men never stick around when the going gets tough. I just need her to give me a chance and to show her that I’m not like them. That she and Ellie can trust me not to break their hearts. No matter who tries to get in our way.
Gwen:
I don’t need a man to come in and save the day. Fairytales are for books and movies, not for real life. I’ve learned the hard way that men don’t like to stick around when things get hard, and it’s even harder when you have someone who needs your constant attention. So why isn’t Maverick Lincoln getting the hint? Showing up and being so kind to Ellie, and to me, that it’s almost too good to be true. How can I trust that he won’t leave us too? Especially when I’m hiding secrets, and they finally come to light. Will he prove that I can trust him, or will he be like every other man and ride off into the sunset, never to be seen again?
I live in New Brunswick, Canada with my husband and our two dogs, Remi and Sako (pronounced Say-co). When I’m not writing, I’m playing fetch with the dogs, talking to my parents for endless amounts of hours, annoying the crap out of my husband, or just enjoying life with my friends. Writing has been a part of my life since I was about 12. I started out just writing short stories or silly knock-offs of my favorite shows or movies. Soon, though, I realized just how much I loved to write. How often my mind would wander and think of characters and where they could go. They became real to me, and I would start to write. I used to fill up notebooks and pads of paper when I got an idea. It would be an obsession, almost, to get on paper. Then, when I was old enough to have a computer, I started there. Now, I’m 28 years old and I finally hit that button. The one that I’ve thought about it over and over again for the past 16 years. There is no greater joy, or fear, at realizing you’ve just accomplished something that you’ve wanted to do for so very long. That is my greatest accomplishment and I look forward to hitting that button on many more.
If you are a new reader of Emily, you are in for a special treat with this book. It is the first in this series. I can't wait to continue this series. Right from the beginning, I found myself instantly connected to all of the characters. This in turn made reading this book so easy. I could not stop reading it. Trusting Maverick is a five-star recommended read!
Maverick won me over right away. He was very thoughtful towards Gwen and Ellie. He acknowledged Ellie as a person and not someone with a disability. I loved Ellie's nickname for Maverick of Mavie. Gwen and Maverick shared great chemistry together. Those intimate moments between them...HOT!
Author, Emily wrote Ellie with care. I have had friends with disabilities and yet they still live their life. Additionally, I have a friend who's two daughters both have a form of Down Syndrome. They are the sweetest girls and as I was reading this book, I instantly had an image of Ellie in my head.
Okur. Im tapping out at 17%. And I will TELL YOU why.
H goes to pick up a romance book for his brother. He meets the girl who works at the book store and asks her out. She has an ex fiance who couldn't handle her down syndrome sister who lives with her after her mom dumps her sister when Ellie (sister) turned 20. so shes sus.
Her roommate Tells her that her model friends can watch Ellis when they set up a date but they get called for a modeling gig and she has to cancel the date.
H be sad af and decides to go to their house and meets ellie. He invites them to a date out.
The restaurant owner just happens to have a down syndrome child as well (he passed away though 😭) so they're super understanding. Ellie freaks out about eating salad and perfect H helps out.
Lordy. Anyone still with me? Everything is perfect. h is perfect. H is perfect. The sitch is perfect. Everything is perfect. Even the h says something to the effect of "hes so perfect but nothing is perfect". Well.... Yeah 🤦🤦 I need something other than this trifling perfection. I need somethinggggggg.more drama? More sexual tension? More fun? More.
All these five star arc ratings are clear as day. You're doing no favors by saying how good this book is when its just boring daily life in book form. maybe some people want books about h making spaghetti at home but I do not.

Tropes: - billionaire romance - guy falls first - heroine takes care of sister with special needs (down syndrome) - found family - heroine works in bookstore
POV: first person - dual
Type: interconnected stand-alone (book one)
Maverick is book HUSBAND material and I don’t say that lightly. Probably one of my top 3 heroes I would marry in real life. Let’s be honest, as much as I love a crazy possessive controlling hero, I would never be ok with it in reality (well, I hope I wouldn’t but who knows lol).
My only issues was the heroine being so damn prideful and stubborn and there was no epilogue which drives me crazy.
My first time reading this author and I'm hoping her writing style isn't like this for all her books. the characters just seemed so unrealistic to me, they were too perfect and aware of their faults.
Another one of the Lincoln boys going down in this one. And like all the guys in these connected series, the woman he picked is not what you would think of for them. Maverick comes from a rich family, one with social standing, everything Gwen is not, yet they work together. Their biggest problem are the walls that Gwen has had to build around her, her own life as one person after another has let her down. It's easy to see why Gwen thinks she can only depend on herself, but Maverick showed her time and time again she could depend on him. When their first date went array, he pivoted to something that worked and allowed her to see how good he was with her sister. When Ellie took off, he helped there, when it seemed like she was working to pay for her sister's stuff, he had his mom do a big benefit. The one time she really could have used his help for the most important thing in her life, she didn't even give him a thought to ask for help, not even the name of someone to help. I get not asking for money, but the name of someone to help, advice about the best way to go about things, something.
Maverick played things out the right way there. It was also good that the women in his life went to talk to Gwen to explain how she would be able to correct her mistake. Both of them deserved to be happy and now they have the chance.
Trusting Maverick is the first in a brand new series by Emily Rose. If you haven’t read anything by Emily Rose yet, then Trusting Maverick is an excellent book to start with.
Gwen’s been burned one too many times and trust comes hard, but there’s something about Maverick that makes her walls want to come crumbling down.
Maverick is not one for relationships until he sets eyes on Gwen. He’s all in from the start, now just to get Gwen onboard…
I think I just found my new book boyfriend. Maverick is charming, sexy, and when he falls, he falls hard. Plus, he such a sweetheart. I loved his relationship with Ellie. I can’t wait for the next book in the series.
When Maverick agrees to do an errand for his brother he ends up at a bookstore and meets Gwendolyn Hearst who blows him away. He asks her out believing she might be something special and Gwen agrees. The only thing is Gwen does not trust easily, she is her sisters caretaker and from experience most men do not want to come second in her life. Maverick is different though and goes about proving it on a daily basis, but Gwen is hiding a secret and will Maverick be able to trust her once he finds out?
This was really good. Maverick's story was what I hoped it would be. Loved Gwen's sister Ellie, she is a delight and I thought the way Maverick engaged with her was wonderful.
▪ "There is no going back after this. You'll be mine." "I thought I already was," she breathes out. "You are, but know that I don't f*ck*ng share. You let me into this perfect body, and I will ruin you for any other man. There is no backing away, no doubting. I will make you scream my name, and I will make sure you know exactly who it is you belong to before I'm done." ▪
Thank you to the author for providing me with an ARC for an honest review.
Okay, so this is the first book I have read by this author and I loved it. Gaaawd, a sexy billlionaire with an amazing family who are supportive? A guy who would do anything for you and your sister? My heart absolutely belonged to Maverick in this book. Emily Rose, you did an amazing job with his character. He was handsome, rich but never let that get to his head. He is loving, appreciative, family oriented and goes through fire for his loved ones.
Gwens sister, Ellie. I love her, I just want to hug her now. She is such a character and how she straight away gravitated to Maverick and his family is gorgeous to see. She just knew she was safe with them. 🥹
The things what bothered me a bit was how long it took Gwen to trust Maverick especially after what her mom did to her. I just noticed it started to annoy me a bit, but I think the author changed that at the right time and it made me love the Lincoln family even more.
Be aware that there are characters in this book that already have their own story. It confused me a bit as it is a big family and couldn't follow who belonged with who when he explained it. But overall, it didn't influence the story of Gwen and Maverick.
Want a new billionaire story with a gorgeous family who love to prank eachother? Definitely pick this one up. The book releases on the 26th of April and will also be available on Kindle Unlimited! •
Maverick and Gwen have an instant connection. Maverick is the CFO of his family's multi-billion dollar company. Gwen works at a bookstore and does everything in her power to take care of her sister, Ellie, who has down syndrome. I respected her strength and willingness to go to any length to protect and give Ellie what she needs. Her sole focus is taking care of Ellie. Men in her past weren't comfortable with Ellie and never liked the way Gwen always puts her sister first. This all changes when she meets Maverick.
Trusting Maverick is a sweet, heartwarming romance with the perfect mix of humor, tension, and spice. It's about family, connections, and letting others in. Some of the best and most tender scenes involved Ellie and her "Mavie". I adores how his entire family loved Ellie, especially his brother, Asa. Poor Asa, he tried so hard but was never able to take Maverick's place as the prettiest to Ellie. The entire Lincoln family can only be summed up as being perfect, almost too perfect.
💜With Gwen working in a book store, I enjoyed the references to romance books and book boyfriends. They did meet when he came in to pick up a romance book 😍.
💜I loved the supporting characters. They brought a fun element to the story. (I will be going back to read the Dragons Soldiers MC and Inked series).
💜I enjoyed the diversity of a character with down syndrome. The book was sensitive and touched on the importance of understanding, respecting, and treating people with special needs as capable.
If I didn't need to stop to sleep this would have been a book that I would have read in one sitting.
Trusting Maverick can be read as a standalone. It's the first book of the Lincoln Billionaires and second spin-off from the Inked Series.
You got to love this group of characters because if not you just don't know what you are missing. This author has seriously done it again 👏. I will try and just stick with Gwen and Maverick so I don't make this review so long. I absolutely loved seeing Maverick get his own story because he deserves it and boy did he get his story lol. You will understand if you read the author's Inked series and The Devil's Soldiers MC series(they are seriously worth the read if you haven't read them yet.) I knew I would seriously love Gwen within the first few pages when she shows up in the book. She is stubborn, hard headed and set in her way because she thinks everyone leaves. She is raising her sister who has Down Syndrome and doing it on her own. Maverick is the first man to show interest in her that understands her sister comes first. I loved his relationship that he forms with her sister. They have to deal with things that come up so it doesn't tear them apart. Now to the other characters I seriously think the bail money bucket needs to be bigger as the group grows lol. They are funny and help make the story so much better. I'm hoping to be just like Rose and Leonora when my kids are older lol. Also can someone please wrap up Hulk and drop him off at my place please lol 🤣. I seriously recommend this book to anyone who has enjoyed the other series this author has written or if you are looking for a book that some steamy, spicy parts, some really hot parts, and some seriously funny parts that have you laughing so hard.
It’s no secret this author is an automatic one click for me- I’ve read everything she has released and fully intent to read everything to come! I 𝗟𝗢𝗩𝗘 this 𝘧𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘭𝘺 that she has created- I’ve got the adoption papers ready- one step closer to convincing Piper to share 😉
Okay now that I’ve finished rambling let’s talk Maverick- the man is *𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗳𝘀 𝗸𝗶𝘀𝘀* he’s got the sweetest soul (no surprise, he’s a Lincoln after all) but my god the mouth on him- he had me blushing on occasion. Gwen wasn’t my favorite person on occasion during this book- I can understand how she handled some situations 𝗕𝗨𝗧 I still wanted to shake her and make her see what was right in front of her.
One of the best parts of this story was Ellie, her strength as well as the relationships she developed with Maverick and his friends/family. It warmed my heart, this book really had me all in my feels, I had butterflies, my heart pounded a little harder and I even had a tear or two. Add in the amazing supporting characters I have come to love and you’ve got another home run from this author.
While you may not get the normal dark aspects you’ve come to love from this author this book is still very well written, it’s flows perfectly and you’ll still get the laughs, friends, steam…all the steam. She was able to take very sensitive subjects and present them with honor and respect. I can’t recommend this book enough!
I only found Emily Rose a few months back and have since read all of her work! The books/series all interconnect, I recommend starting with her Inked series - an excellent read.
Back to Mavie.... Maverick is one of the sons of Simon and Lenora Lincoln - two of the richest people about, and also two of the nicest most genuine people about! Mav is the one who has no interest in relationships, he got burnt a while back and although he knew deep down she wasn't right, it still stung. He's not bitter, he would just rather not! Then we have Gwen and she is a gem! Feisty, friendly and the caretaker of her younger sister Emily, 24years young and has Downs Syndrome - and the way that was brought into the story... Hats off to ya Emily, it wasn't patronising or offensive or whatever, it just told her story honestly and I thoroughly enjoyed reading it! It seems Gwens story isn't straightforward, and her mum is one nasty piece of scum... She makes me so angry!!
Anyway, Maverick is a gorgeous man with a gorgeous heart, Gwen is a beautiful woman with a beautiful heart and Emily is an adorable young woman with an adorable soul! Mix that in with plenty of laughter, a catch up with all the other guys, a pile of feelings as well as buckets of passion and attraction and you have yet another excellent read 😁
Trusting Maverick is the first book in a new series by Emily Rose. If you're a first time reader of Emily's books, you're in for a real treat with this one!
The Lincoln's are a part of the Devil's Soldiers MC world, however, they have their own story to tell. Emily does a great job of quickly summing up who the characters are from the Devil's Soldiers MC that make cameo's in Trusting Maverick. She makes sure her readers aren't lost, even if they haven't read any of her past books.
I fell in love with Maverick right away. Gwen is also loveable immediately. The way Emily wrote in Gwen's sister, Ellie, who has down syndrome is so well done. You love Ellie right from the start and you see right into her sweet soul and hilarious personality. The way Maverick and the rest of the Lincoln's accept her into their family is so sweet.
Gwen is a complex character, due to her upbringing and responsibilities of raising Ellie on her own, and I really felt for her. I also got a little upset with her towards the end of the book, because of the decisions she makes.
This story left me smiling and I'm really looking forward to reading the rest of this series!
I absolutely love Emily Rose's writing you can't go wrong with her books. This book shows you that family can pull together and get through hard times as long as you trust and share your problems. Maverick has been happy being single after a horrible past with dating but when his brother asks him to run to the book store for him things change. Gwen has never had time for herself as she has been raising Her sister who has special needs. When Maverick asks her out and they start spending time together is is amazing to see their relationship unfold. Mavie as her sister calls him is so amazing with her and truly they have a very special bond. The only problem is that Gwen can never accept that someone actually cares about them and not just going to leave them and puts walls up. This book will bring out all kinds of emotions as you read along and your heart goes out to the sisters but also to Maverick when mistrust and misunderstandings come out. You will find there journey an incredible one and your heart will swoon for Maverick he is a special man with a heart of gold. I was given this book as an ARC for my honest review.
I was given this as an advanced copy for an honest opinion.
Let me just say this has been by far my favorite book by Mrs. Rose. This book hit me right in the heart.
Im not even sure of where to start. If you have followed the books in order than you know Maverick was introduced in Embers book (Fire and Ink). I instantly fell in love with the Lincoln boys. Maverick is what book covers are made of. He is caring, compassionate, and loving. This man would give the shirt off his back. Truly his character has only grown since first meeting him.
Now we are introduced to Gwen and Ellie. What a beautiful and powerful relationship. Yes Gwen is the older sister but that girl was a rock for Ellie and basically her mother. I for the life of me counld not imagine being in her shoes. Gwen still continued to get up everyday to take care of her sister and didnt complain.
Seriously these two are a power couple for sure. Something that really made the book was the other side characters showing up. The ladies make these books.

Emily Rose has produced one of her most emotionally captivating stories so far, and that is no mean feat, maybe it is because Trusting Maverick has a slight personal connection that made this book stand out.
'You can't expect a man to give you everything and only give half of yourself in return'.
Gwen is raising her adult special needs sister, Ellie, being let down time and time again by men who can't cope with the fact that Ellie will also come first, Gwen has built a wall around herself until Maverick comes bursting into not only her life but Ellie's, but Gwen is waiting for the shoe to drop the one where Maverick walks away, the chemistry and connection that all three share really comes to life on the pages, I understand Gwen's fear and, I love how Maverick just keeps breaking her walls down, but when Gwen has the opportunity to lean on Maverick for support and doesn't, he knows he needs to take some drastic steps to get Gwen to understand he is all in with the two girls that have come to mean the world to him.
This book...honestly I was in a slump from reading and I decided to try and read this to see if I would be interested enough to start reading again and my goodness. Firstly Gwen is amazing, she strong and independent and I totally relate to her she's amazing. Gwen's sister Ellie is the best thing that I've read in a long time. She has down syndrome I have a special relationship with people who have special needs and the way the author wrote about Ellie just made my heart explode. The book was not raunchy which was a breath of fresh air, I like spicy but I'm not really into some of what's out there right now. What can I say about Maverick....he's honestly is the perfect guy! It makes you skeptical as a person but as a reader you can tell he's totally genuine. The Lincoln's (Maverick's family) are the way you want people with money to be. Maverick comes from a humble, genuine and kind family who love to love and who are willing to help those in need. I will be reading more of Emily Rose's books this was just the beginning of my journey and I'm not upset about it.
I fell in love with every single character in this book. For the life of me I can’t pick a favorite and most importantly I don’t want to. Maverick was one hundred percent the perfect hero, I honestly think this author outdid herself with her portrayal of this billionaire. He’s a regular guy who saw a beautiful woman and wanted a date. When he found out that this woman couldn’t just darte anyone he made himself perfect for her and her lovely sister. Gwen is selfless and devoted to her loved ones and she will do anything in her power to protect them, even giving away her happiness. Ellie, the author did an amazing job in writing a character with a disability and she made her real and that made Ellie even more special to us. I loved every word between the characters, even when they had to let go it was perfect . The secondary characters would come in a give us a chuckle or made us drool a little(hulk). So all in all this book is a love story not only between the two main characters but also between a special girl and the man in her sisters life.
Wow! This is a fantastic story. The main theme is trust...hence the name of the book. Gwen is the older sister and her trust in men is broken. (And let me just say, I'm with the crazy ladies in their thoughts about Gwen and Ellie's mom.) In comes Maverick who is a billionaire in the Lincoln family. He is trying to prove to Gwen that he's not like the other men she's had in her life that have let her down. All seems to be well in Gwen and Maverick's relationship except for when something major happens and their fragile bond is broken due to lack of trust. All I can say is a big thank you to Emily Rose for writing about Down Syndrome. I loved Ellie! Unfortunately the reality in the real world is that there isn't a lot of tolerance for someone who is different. I especially loved how Maverick and his family interacted with Ellie. It was extremely heartwarming! For a really great romance story and HEA, you should read Trusting Maverick.
I’m a huge Emily Rose fan her books are funny, hot, loving, family, friends and all around outstanding! I was given an ARC to give an honest opinion! Well this book stole my heart! This book is the 1st in the series it can be read as a standalone but all her books starting with Inked series, Devils soldiers MC, and Dragon’s MC are all entwined with amazing Characters! The family and friends and all there shenanigans are outstanding! Maverick and Gwen where so perfect and I loved how he new! It bugged me how it took Gwen longer I wanted to smack her. The family and how they always open up and loved is perfection! Then there is Ellie the sweet sister who gave maverick the best nickname Mavie! She stole my heart! I get to work and be around special needs kiddos who make my life special is an understatement! Ellie made this book so special how she touched everyone’s life! Great job and this is such another amazing read!
Maverick goes into a bookstore to pick up a book for one of his brothers. He has an instant attraction to Gwen the store clerk. She doesn't want to date anyone because she has been burned before by other guys. She puts her sister first and believes she can't have a relationship with Maverick because he will leave her too. When Maverick goes to Gwen's house and meets her sister Ellie she has a connection to Maverick. Maverick realizes why Gwen feels the way she does because Ellie has Down syndrome and needs full-time care. Maverick has no problem including Ellie in their dates. This story gets better and better as you read it. There are times when you want to yell at Gwen for some of her choices, and Gwen and Ellie's mother is a piece of work. But with help from the Lincoln family and The Devils Soldiers women Maverick, Gwen and Ellie get their HEA! This is a truly heartwarming story that will leave you feeling great.
It is the first in this series. From the beginning, I found myself instantly connected to all of the characters. This Is a heartwarming romance with the perfect mix of humor, sweetness and little spice.
The interaction between the characters and their family was unmatched. Maverick got along great with Ellie and she even gave him a nickname “ Mavie”. This is kind of instant love book. They had an instant connection. Maverick is head of a multi-billion dollar company. Gwen works in a bookstore They meet when he came to pick up a romance book. Up until meeting him she devoted time to her sister. Her sole focus was taking care of Ellie. Watching them fall for each other and their family interactions was a treat.
Trusting Maverick can be read as a standalone. It's the first book of the Lincoln Billionaires. It’s a great start of this series.
This book is just perfect! The billionaire H is not usually my fav, actually I’m not interested in the money part in a romance book but Emily Rose is one of my fav authors and here I am!
H billionaire with a perfect family and friends, like seriously, they are simply perfect h is a working woman with a Down syndrome sister who needs her whole attention, they have the worst mother ever and the struggles are real!
Their relationship is real, lovely, sexy and funny and I completely understand her doubts and her fears but H is so dreamy… that at some point you wannna get the woman and say Honey, please… Her roommate says some true words! The book is very romantic, funny and safe, This author has three series that are connected and I recommend start reading the Ink series, it’s worth it and the books are funny! One of the best book boyfriend ever! Can’t wait to read Asa’s book!!!

Maverick meets Gwen at the bookstore where she works and immediately becomes smitten. Gwen because of her sorry excuse of a mother is not a trusting soul, and who could blame her, but sadly she puts Maverick into this category as well. She's basically had to raise her sister Ellie, which has downs syndrome, since she was five years old because her mother is a drug addict and didn't want either of them, but gladly accepted the government check that she gets for Ellie, and then when she dropped her off at Gwen's doorstep, she was bribing Gwen. Her roommate and sometimes sitter, Thea was getting angry with her for not trusting Maverick with her issues, and her working herself to the bone. Gwen was also skeptical of meeting Maverick's family and realized quickly that they are a very loving & giving family, and brought them into their circle. Another awesome story. Happy reading.
Oh lord, just when I thought Emily couldn't get any better she delivers this incredibly heartwarming story filled with drama, love and some very spicy scenes.
I was excited to see what Emily was planning to do with Mavericks story as we've briefly seen him in a few of her other books. He's the boss man with a heart of gold and I loved that he met Gwen while picking up a romance book for his brother! Then we have Ellie, oh my I just loved her! Ellie had down syndrome, and is briefly mentioned that she may have autism too. She's a delight to read and Emily has portrayed her in such a beautiful way.
Definitely my favourite book from Emily so far. (I'm saying so far because I keep saying this about all of her books!)
Not great at writing reviews so hang with me. Gwen & Maverick (& Ellie) were beyond enjoyable to read. Gwen is used to doing things on her own for and her sister Ellie. Maverick, due to his insanely loveable family, is not used to this go-it-alone concept 😂 Gwen & Mavericks relationship grows and through some growing pains we learn that trust is key. If you're familiar with other wonderful works of Emily Rose then this book is also enhanced with many appearances from characters in her other series (such as Raven & the pranks 😁🤣) Read Gwen & Maverick's story, give them a chance, and I'm sure you will love them just as much as I do. Well, maybe not AS much, I mean, did I mention how much I LOVE this book?! But seriously, give them a shot!
This was my first Emily Rose book but it will NOT be my last!! The instant attraction between Gwen and Maverick was a great hook to get you into the story but the love between Maverick and Ellie (Gwen's sister with Down Syndrome) was my true reason for loving this book. Gwen has a hard time trusting Maverick- which made me want to jump into the book and smack her- but in the end the way he proves he will do anything for her and Ellie was chef's kiss!! I really loved the genuine way his family embraced both Gwen and Ellie- everyone should have a family that loves so big and strong like this family. I can not wait to dive into the books the came before this one to get all the back stories and I'm looking forward to all the books that come next in the series!!!!
What a swoon worthy, emotional and inspirational story!
This slow burn got me in the feelers for so many reasons. The main characters were wonderfully written with in-depth quirks and struggles. The slow burn had me fanning myself and when they finally gave in I was fanning myself even harder. The plot was unique yet 100% relatable and believable. I loved seeing other series favorites and how they were sprinkled in at the perfect times.
Maverick and Gwen had a mountain of a struggle to get to their HEA and it was full of passion, growth, spice and romance. It was so rewarding to see them get there and for Ellie to be such a strong and essential part of it 🖤
Hands down one of the best books of 2022!!! Maverick and Gwen's book is such a beautifully written story, that shows us what unconditional love is. Don't worry you still get the laughs, anger, tears, and everything else you expect in a book by Emily. The book might be focused on Maverick and Gwen's, but the real star of the book is Ellie!! Ellie is special needs and Gwen's sister. The relationship between them is purely beautiful. I was so happy to read a book with special needs individuals. To show that there is NOTHING WRONG with being different. I can't wait to see where this author takes us next.
I love maverick and gwen 's story,it's not your typical billionaire book and I thoroughly love Ellie ,Gwens sister who has down syndrome and lives with gwen full time,Maverick was so sweet with her and you couldn't help but swoony and smile when they were together , overall a great read that I couldn't put down and I loved catching up with other characters from Emily's other series as they are all one big crazy family
Congratulations Emily rose on a amazing book I will definitely recommend this to everyone
