Solid for the basics, but doesn’t offer much beyond that. Rather vague. I found it difficult to get past the mediocre writing and the fact they could’ve used a proofreader.

However, if you’re interested in better understanding personal finance, this book could be supplemented with additional materials to bring it all together.

Great book that helps you get out of debt!

Some steps are similar to Dave Ramsey’s baby steps. I follow his advice and wanted to check out this book if it was any different. I loved both books.

This is the first financial book I've read but I've read financial tips on multiple blogs. The book seems to offer solid advice but as others have pointed out, its pretty vague with no new ideas to offer.

It was okay. It was very predictable and I didn't learn anything new. However, if you need to learn the basics it does the job.
