You Never Forget Your First

Rate this book
Both Jenna and Fallon—best friends since childhood—married handsome, successful men. Publicly, the two couples get along famously. But beneath the happy façade, both women know shocking secrets about each other’s husbands they’ve never revealed.

After being involved in a late-night auto accident, Jenna refuses to file a police report or go to the hospital for treatment because she knows the police will never believe her extensive injuries were caused by a relatively minor fender bender. Nor can she tell anyone, not even Fallon, what really happened, or why. At least, not yet. But come Saturday, all hell’s going to break loose.

Advance Praise for "You Never Forget Your First"
“A cautionary tale for those who always grew up wanting to marry Prince Charming.”

“Everyone knows Owen French is the smartest, most ruthless guy in town. As it turns out, he’s not even the smartest, most ruthless person in his own house!”

“Jenna French has never been able to forget her first. Now, after years of mistakes and regrets, with her marriage in shambles, she hopes for a second chance to make things right. But—lest anyone forget—this novel was written by John Locke, not Walt Disney!”

John Locke was an English philosopher. He is considered the first of the British Empiricists, but is equally important to social contract theory. His ideas had enormous influence on the development of epistemology and political philosophy, and he is widely regarded as one of the most influential Enlightenment thinkers and contributors to liberal theory. His writings influenced Voltaire and Rousseau, many Scottish Enlightenment thinkers, as well as the American revolutionaries. This influence is reflected in the American Declaration of Independence.

Locke's theory of mind is often cited as the origin for modern conceptions of identity and "the self", figuring prominently in the later works of philosophers such as David Hume, Jean-Jacques Rousseau and Immanuel Kant. Locke was the first Western philosopher to define the self through a continuity of "consciousness." He also postulated that the mind was a "blank slate" or "tabula rasa"; that is, contrary to Cartesian or Christian philosophy, Locke maintained that people are born without innate ideas.

Amazing as always! 🥰

I always devour John Locke's books WAY to fast. I buy them the second they come out and can't help but gulp them up in a single sitting. Thank you for writing John! Waiting patiently for the next one!

An absolute disappointment

Not for a minute do I really think John Locke wrote this. I have read 21 of Locke's previous books and enjoyed them. I loved his dialogue and the crazy twists and turns of his plots. The crazy plot twists are here in this book but the dialogue is NOT Lockes.
No way in hell!!
Shame on you John Locke. You're better than this.😕

Classic Locke

Read this one in one sitting. I have been expecting another John Locke book for some time. I was not disappointed. This one, like the rest, was entertaining. Like Locke’s ability to create interesting characters.

Never Forget

Mr. Locke keeps lining them up and knocking them out if the ball park. Is it wrong if me too fond the best part being the mere mention of Donavan Creed? Entertaining and quick read. It is a great fast paced rollick to get your “John fix” in.

Psychological thriller mystery- seemingly normal people doing crazy sh*t. Interesting plot, unlikeable characters, plot twist ending.
