Dragoncat #1-3

A Cat's Almanac of Magic and Dragons

Rate this book
Over 700 pages of Magic, Dragons, and Cats...

The unlikely duo who might just save the world

Ben must be the hungriest cat ever…

One moment, he was enjoying a breakfast of salmon trimmings in his home in South Wales. The next, he was teleported across time and space onto the cold stone floor of an evil warlock.

Locked in the warlock’s tower through day and night, Ben may have to serve him for a while. He'll hate this, especially having to hunt those infernal demon rats when the warlock doesn’t feed him well at all.

Meanwhile, in a distant academy, a dragon is bored out of her mind. Unable to wear a saddle, no human dares mount her. Is there anyone in this land who can ride her into battle against the forces of the evil warlocks? Somehow, she doubts she’ll ever find a suitable bond.

Unless there is another creature with enough dexterity to fulfil that role. One, perhaps, who is currently sprinting right out of a warlock’s front door…

This is the series in one easy box set so when you finish the first book all you have to do is simply turn the page and there is book two or three when you finish book two!

Ben can be obnoxious and stubborn after being abducted from his pampered life in Wales and transported to a different dimension by an evil warlock! These books chronicle our reluctant hero
and the relationship he establishes with a dragon who allows him (Ben) to ride him and become one of the few who can ride a dragon and certainly the first cat who can be a dragon rider! The dragon tries to instill some humility and sense into Ben but it seems our Ben just will never learn those lessons!

He forms some friendships with some humans and these three books chronicle their adventures! I enjoyed this series and recommend this box set as the easiest way to read this series! Talking Dragons and talking cats- what more could you ask for? Add to that action and interaction between humans as well as Fae and you have a recipe for action and adventure! that will take you on the ride of your life!

Really can say enough for this series as it i fun. An arrogant cat is kidnapped into another dimension by an evil sorcerer. He escapes to come to a place where he is bonded to a dragon. The series has continued adventures for the little sociopath until he understands there is need for feelings beyond his self which has to be slammed into his head repeatedly. He actually learns caring & teamwork, maybe, kinda. I really like that I was able to get all the so far books at same time like this and am sure there are more I need to buy now. I was without home internet though paid for solidly two years & now it is slow & spotty but look forward to continuing reading this series.

A cat does that?

Ben a cat and he always tells you his heritage and up being the hero. He accomplishes what no whom was ment to do. He thinks of eating all the time. Crystals are main source of power -good and evil. There is a decent amount of each to keep the story going. It's A good story. Very light read. Meant more for pre teen +. If you WA t something to read that's cute, this is the way to go.

Ben the cat gets more that he bargains from the beginning...

This complete trilogy of Ben the reluctant accidental cat who enters a world of dragons and warlocks and to become a hero and achieving his goal. A funny story full of adventures that made me enjoy it from the start till the end. If you enjoyed the Secicao Blight stories you'll enjoy this one too....

The first arc of a south Wales cat who became Dragoncat

This was humorous but also epic battle between good intentions and selfish intentions. And not everyone necessarily showed the best decision making.
But while this first arc completed, there are more adventures to come.
It will be interesting to see how our Dragoncat matures in the future adventures.
