Palle Oswald was born in a country of about 240 tribes. He was raised on a staple of folklore, of magical battles and mythical beasts. The stories that frightened other children, fascinated him. In school, the traditional fare was complimented with Western classics such as Great Expectations and Jane Eyre. His writing adopts the best of both worlds.
Palle Oswald resides in Maryland and is author of the debut novel Half A Lion.

It's the second book of a series I still haven't read the first one, but I definitely will after this one. It explores African folklore in extremely intriguing new ways mixed really well with fantasy elements! It's epic, glorious, intense, and dramatic! The narrative style also goes smoothly and lets you dive deeper and deeper into the story and the world as you read chapter after chapter! Definitely recommend the book!
An epic cover, an epic title, and an epic continuation to The Half Tales series that is a must-read for fans of fantasy, riveting character journeys, or African folklore.
