My daughters and I enjoyed this book. Great for looking at the brighter side of things, which was great for my grumpy oldest daughter. Jessica D. Adams, Author
Gus is grumpy like most everyone in Monster City. Today is Gus's, 10th birthday and his mom threw him a party. It was a surprise and she made him a cake and he got a big card from his friends. He looked around and saw presents. For the first time he felt happiness. He discovered he loved reading books and painting. He wanted to share his happiness. What could he do?Where would he begin? This is another winner of a book, in my opinion, for Michelle Zimmerman. The writing keeps you wanting to turn the page and find out what is next. The lesson it teaches is one we can all be reminded of. I highly recommend this book for all ages not just the wee ones. I borrowed this book on a Kindle Unlimited website and so can you.
