This is a fast paced intense story. Who wants everyone dead and farms burnt. Lily and Nia go to far but danger is everywhere.

Axel is a great character even if he is a bobcat.
Wonderful. Another Collins takes centre stage. As a reporter she has had many a close shave but none closer than the one that killed a man. This is brought to the forefront when someone starts attacking farmers, using arson and the common denominator is her. Is someone stalking her and why. Add in the fact that she still has feelings for her first love (who is now a widower) and her fear of commitment or is it really a fear that she will be let down again. A great read and the bobcat is a real winner. Bossy and a bit of a know it all but a great one to have in your cobber when faced with danger. Remember these really aren't standalone as one book leads to another except for book 1.
