Can not speak highly enough about this book! Wow! Talk about a page turner that kept me on the edge the entire read. I absolutely love the amount of detail put into this series, and I think this is my favourite yet. I found it a emotional whirlwind with me feeling all kinds of emotions at the main characters. Hoping the next one comes soon cause I’m still reeling from that ending! Excited for more

Kristopher is floundering and lost in despair and inconsolable grief. This story is gut-wrenching and emotional. Kristopher’s mind is a scary place to visit so full of sorrow, doubt and anger. I really enjoyed witnessing Kristopher’s struggle to heal himself and his determination to fight for his life and love. This series has been so heartbreaking and emotional with so many twists and turns. I am looking forward to the final book and hopefully to see Kristopher finally get his happily ever after.

My Thoughts:
This is the fifth book I have read in the Claiming Kristopher series so by this book I am so invested with these characters lives I feel I know them and care about them.
In Hate me we find Kristopher in a psych ward where he’s trying to fight the darkness surrounding him. He soon learns he must fight and fight hard through the darkness to keep his daughter.
This is one of those books you want to curl up and read and Let the author Angel Jendrick takes you on a rollercoaster ride of emotional ups and downs which I for one am not ready to get off just yet. Book number 6 “Free Me” I believe is coming out soon and I can’t wait to see what’s next.

The book sends you on an emotional ride as you follow the path of Kris and his struggle to fight his worsening depression and guide himself out of the dark for his daughter. Truly heart breaking and one guy wrenching Journey into the dark that will leave you dying to know how it ends.

This has been an amazing series so far, a proper rollercoaster ride! So many ups, downs, twists, turns and shifts! We are now onto the fifth book in the series and I couldn’t even begin to imagine what might happen next!
In this instalment our main man Kris is struggling with severe depression, an obstacle he must overcome for the sake of his young daughter, he’s emotionally and mentally drained and broken. The author has done an amazing job of putting across the feelings and struggles that Kris is experiencing and I guarantee that some parts of this story will have you close to tears!
Honestly, I’m starting to wonder if Kris will ever be happy with himself and his life! The whole series has been so powerful and has ventured to some very dark places! Respect to the author for taking us into the darkness that is depression, self doubt, hate and rage. This is a story about Kris trying desperately to claw his way out of a black swirling hole that is continuously sucking him back down!

This is the fifth book in this amazing series and Kristopher is lost with inconsolable grief which has hm in a dark place, and his depression has him in a psych ward where he must fight his way out of the darkness, and into the life for his daughter’s sake. He is a broken man who is devastated to learn that his parental control rights are under threat. This is a beautifully written emotional roller coaster, with has grief, loss, healing, twists, depression, and is a heartwrenching addictive page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

What an emotional journey with Kristopher.
Ms. Jendrick has really captured a wrong side of the tracks romance with gritty, raw, realism. Hard to put down! Hard not to feel tense throughout in one way or another.
After each addition to the story, I need light-hearted for some needed recovery.
I am really, really hoping for an HEA for Kris. He so deserves it! Please!
