Short and sweet.
Feels like catching up with a long lost friend that was close to you while at the same time realizing that friend is always inside of us as well.
"GPF = Give in or Push and Flow" is a question we can ask ourselves each second of the day, allowing us to make conscious decisions and taking conscious responsibity for them. It also eliminates the "empty space" where our mind loves to wanter and de-evaluate what we're actually capable of doing; in short "It answers questions I don't even need to ask myself anymore" as the author says in the last chapter.
