Marianne Marshall is the facilities manager for an expansive new high-rise building in downtown Chicago. Working late one night, she discovers all of the exits locked and the security system disabled. And she is not alone. A maniacal killer prowls the offices and corridors of the high-tech 65-story building. So begins a deadly game of cat and mouse as Marianne must fight for her life and elude a psychopath with nothing to lose.

From a screenplay written by Fred Walton & Steve Feke ("When a Stranger Calls"), "Trapped" premiered on the USA Network in 1989. It was subsequently released on MCA Universal Home Video in 1990.
