Holy...oh...man...I just don't have words.

SO much carnage here. Mahito really has to die. This piece of shit has killed SO many of my favorite characters. Now we have the duo come together once more to take care of this piece of shit but will they be able to finally beat this cursed? This is an amazing volume and this arc is top 5 shonen arcs of all time.

I mean, at first, staring at the volume titles, I was like, why the hell is shibuya arc stretched for like a lot of volumes. Wouldn't it get boring? Hell, I don't even believe myself that I thought that. I mean, this is so far from over AND THINGS ARE STILL JUST HEATING UP AS IF I'M NOT BURNED ENOUGH OVER AND OVER AGAIN FROM THE PREVIOUS VOLUMES.

But come on now, it's time for Okkotsu to go home. He's been out of country for far too long now, what the hell's his business there anyway? Wait, faint memory, was he suspended? Or it was a really freaking juju business? I can't remember.

Rating: So many stars for this volume I lost count!!!!

(1) Mahito you fucker!!! I fucking hate you!!!

(2) Tons of fight scenes, mostly it's the long-awaited Yuiji v.s. Mahito!!!!

(3) It's hard to put my thoughts into words after witnessing everyone's ordeal!!! T___T

(4) Poor Nobara my poor baby!!!! But she is cool as ever and I love the pieces of her backstory!!!! T_T

(5) Plus Todo senpai is the coolest guy ever, another awesome battle!!! But poor him too!!! T_T

(6) That's all really fucking exciting I read the whole volume in no time at all, but the ending part, Getou I fucking hate you too!!!!! >_< !!

Holy. Freaking. Smokes.

My heart hurts so badly after this volume.

If I had thought that everything before this point was crazy and heartbreaking I was sorely mistaken. I had no idea how hard and devastating this could be. Well, maybe I did a little with the previous volume but just a bit.

The thing is, it seems like things are just barely starting to get interesting and I'm not sure how I feel about that.

“We are Jujutsu sorcerers. You and I! Kugisaki! Nanami-san! All of our allies together, we are Jujutsu sorcerers!! As long as we live our friends who have passed away will not truly have been defeated! It’s not about sins or punishment. The moment we become Jujutsu sorcerers; our lives cannot be limited to such misfortunes. Looking for meaning or logic in death can at times defile the memories of those we’ve lost! Even so! What have you been entrusted with? You don’t need to answer right now. However… until you find your answer, never stop moving. For those of us who live as Jujutsu sorcerers that is the punishment we must endure.”

That ending has me absolutely shocked, confused, and intensely happy.

I've been dreaming about the day that particular character bit the dust, especially after these last couple of volumes, and seeing it happen was plain amazing. There's no other way to describe it. That being said, it was also a bit underwhelming since I wanted someone else to deliver the final blow.

Even more, I'm not even sure that how things ended is actually any better.

Things are terribly wrong right now and absolutely everything happening is just giving me more anxiety.

“Find your happiness. No matter how you do it, if you’re happy my wish will have come true.”

Though mostly an action-packed volume, as it is an action-packed story, the dash of romance that we can see in this volume quite simply, destroyed my heart.

What a way to make something tragic.

Accompanying the romance we have a nice serving of philosophy that I was missing sorely. I serve, whenever these characters have a minute to talk I'm always blown away. Especially one special duo of brothers.

“I’m gonna kill you. Even if you come back as another curse, I’ll kill you. Change your name. Change your form. I’ll kill you again. I don’t need to find meaning or a reason. Maybe a hundred years after my death, the meaning behind my actions will become apparent. In the grand scheme of things… I’m probably nothing more than a cog. But I’ll keep killing curses for as long as can. That’s my role in all this.”

This volume hurt so badly. I think I expended 90% of it in tears.

And it was so incredibly good.

I am, yet again, genuinely scared for what is to come now because I have no idea what that is but I'm sure it's not gonna be too fun.

The end was insane, as per usual, and I'm glad it happened at the same time that I wanted it to go down differently.

Okay, okay. I'm buckling up to make a final sprint and finish this infamous arc. No, I don't feel any more ready than how I have been feeling lately. I'm still doing it. Just rip that band-aid off.

I don't like that cover because it makes me uneasy. Yet again, is not like the cover is really telling me anything.

The thing is, I know that things just go from bad to worse. I know this. And yet, I keep hoping for things to get better, miraculously, and for me to get my happy ending. It's delusional, but that's where I am at.

So, here I go. Ready to tear my heart out with no regard for safety.

I'm deducting a star for the trauma this volume put me through. This is a solid 5 star pain-fest, but I'm petty and there's goes one star.

You really need to hand it down to mangaka for making this story go this way off the deep end. He's holding no character sacred, and no holds are barred. This was the reason why I was stressed out whole time reading Red Rising books because you never knew who'd die at what moment. And I know there may be hundreds of Mangas that may be following the same trope, but thus far, this series is slowly creeping up towards the top spot near RR.

And I know the pain won't end in further volumes, so.........

Now that the Paranormal Liberation War in MHA is over, Shibuya Incident is probably the best ongoing arc in Jump right now. And this volume is probably the best of Jujutsu Kaisen so far. Certainly Itadori's best volume. Chapter 132? Iconic.
