🔺An identity just like your mind is never fixed it is continuously evolving through new discoveries, better beliefs, and accessing new ideas.

🔺Live life like a lazy Sunday afternoon, be actively lazy towards things or activities that drain your energy or anything that doesn’t make you really happy.

🔺Success is always available. When we eliminate two words, success gets closer(those two words are: by now)

🔺Where you are is not who you are. Don't overidentify with your circumstances.

Do you like books that are not written in a typical non-fiction style but in the form of storytelling like "The Alchemist" or "The Go-Gover"? This is one such book. It's written in the form of a conversation between a client and a coach.

When a man who was successful but frustrated with his work life: deadlines, expectations, conflict, challenges, and decided to consult a coach. They get into a deep conversation touching upon aspects of life and how to deal with each situation and make your life easier.

They come up with 60 tools for facing difficult circumstances and tapping into a deeper nature when life gets complicated.

I would highly recommend you check out this book, whether you are a student or a working professional, leader, or business person. With certain changes in mindset, attitude, and how you process things, these principles shall make your life easier.

This book is a new twist on many principles that are familiar yet often forgotten! The great message it uncovers is that we are often both the greatest obstacle and golden key to our own success! We are more creative and powerful than we know. Having the courage to confront our fears can add new perspective to everything we approach in life. If we rest in the ideas that we are not our thoughts, circumstances, or feelings, we can experience them without judgment and trust ourselves to find solutions.

I like that the author used a story to help reinforce his points. I struggled with takeaways in this book though, title says 60 ways to make life easier, but didn’t feel like I walked away with that many? Definitely a few though. “Work at my own pace, don’t compete with others, serve others and you’ll win” and more. No regret that I read it.
