Too much insta love, without real connection between the characters.
Darcy books, at least the ones I've read, are good.
Quick reading but well-connected, well-structured.
This one is not one of those.
It should be longer to be good.

For some reason I didn’t connect with these characters.. I wanted more.
Jasmine is a waitress who got knocked up because she trusted her boyfriend at the time and well the guy used her and discarded her. Now she’s working to save money for her child enter Blake a hitman who is already drawn to her and he already cut ties from his world to make sure she’s safe and taken care of, but Jasmine is akin hesitant since her luck with me is well bad.
But Blake has been a gentleman since the moment he met her beside the stalking her and making sure she was okay lol. There is drama from the parents of her ex and Blake’s old job. I kinda wish Blake did more to the parents but Jasmine told him not to…

I forgot I read this book 😐 but I did and it was aite. Listen Linda! Listen! This was a fast and quick novelette that doesn’t go too deep and has no substance. Sorry, not sorry. She’s a young, pregnant waitress at a diner and a hitman sees her and wants her and the baby. Instalove, quick, shallow read. It was ok 🤷♀️

I’m all for instalove romance but this was more than that. This was something akin to fated mates or realized destiny. In a matter of roughly 72 hours they go from meeting to living together to saying I love you.
Blake is a 38yo bachelor who enjoys a life with little to no attachments or responsibilities. He’s an independent hitman, unaffiliated with the families. So when he’s out for a joyride one night, simply clearing his head, he happens upon the thing he least expects.
Jasmine is a 19yo 8-month pregnant waitress who works in a little roadside diner. She’s been shunned by the babies father and alone in the world. She has simple goals - make it to tomorrow and save all the money she can.
These two don’t make sense yet you can see a future. I would have like more from the story, something to better connect me to the characters. But what saddened me the most was that we had the prize from breeding and not an actual breeding story. I expected him to be overjoyed to ‘practice’ breeding her, since she was already knocked up. Instead we have a simple “…I’d think you want me to breed you” at the of the story 😭

Blake, a 38-year old man for hire, meets Linda, a 19-year-old, pregnant, diner waitress, and falls for her immediately avowing to give her a home, love her baby as his own, and anything she desires. A hero completely devoted, he sets about doing just that. Oddly, we never meet the father of Linda’s child that might have added some richness and engaging conflict to the story. A mixture of sweet heroine and reformed bad guy, this was an OK story, not necessarily deep, a novella with light, external conflict and a happy ever after.
I don’t understand the book’s title and any bearing it has on the plot line.

This was a fast paced story. We meet Blake who is a fly by the seat of his pants hit man. He has a weakness for fast cars but all that comes to an end once he see’s Jasmine. She has had it hard, trusting the wrong boy and getting left pregnant. Blake decided she is it for him and moves fast. Some minor action and drama but enjoyable to read. . Well this was not what I thought. She was already bred! Jasmine is nineteen and very pregnant. Blake is a hitman who stops at the dinner where she is working. It is instant attraction. Not a very convincing story and just like the other reviews said it felt rushed and feels like some important details where left out.

The title didn’t match the story. Yes, he had filthy dirty desires for a female who was already knocked up. Dealing with her babies soon to be grandparents was horrible. Dealing with his former work contact was horrible, having a punk baby daddy who bails on her was horrible.

Quick and Easy Instalove romance read. It’s love and lust at first sight when Blake and Jasmine meet. He’s all in and does everything he needs to do to win over his woman. Not my favorite InstaLove romance read but certainly not the worst - Read this in about an hour.

When his stomach starts to let him know it needs food he decides to stop at the local diner and that is where he first sees the woman that he knows he has been waiting for. Jasmine is nineteen years old and is eight months pregnant by a now ex-boyfriend who left her and town to go to college. She works all hours she can get at the diner and moved in with her best friend and her family after everything happened. Late one night a tall, dark, tattooed stranger driving a fast car walks into the diner and her world changes. All Blake knows is that he wants to take care of Jasmine and the baby, who will be his child, and that means cutting all ties to his profession and contacts as an independent hitman. Jasmine is not sure about Blake but yet there is something about him that pulls her in and that she knows he would never hurt her. This is definitely a fast-paced, OTT dirty naughty story. There were some parts of the story that I did not completely love but for the most part it was entertaining.

Breeding her is a novella in the ‘’filthy dirty desires’’ collection.
This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable. Blake is a hitman that ends up stopping in a small town. When he meets a heavily pregnant waitress, he wants her. Jasmine has been burnt by love and has a pregnancy to show for it. When Blake makes a move on her will she give love a chance?
The chemistry between Jasmine and Blake is clear to see and I liked them together.
I liked the ending and the epilogue for this story.

Well this was not what I thought. It was okay. This is my opinion. First if you are about eight months pregnant why sleep with a stranger putting your life and your unborn child life in danger. Secondly this was just a little to good to be true. Not a very convincing story and just like the other reviews said it felt rushed and feels like some important details where left out. 😞

I'm loving all the novellas from the Filthy Dirty Desires Series.
Breeding Her was a insta-love romance novella.
Jasmine works at a diner; her ex-boyfriend abandoned her after learning she was pregnant. She meets Blake, a Hitman who instantly falls for her and wants to make her his and raise the baby. Is Jasmine ready for that?
This was a great addition to the series. Definitely worth the read!

Was the story fast...yes. Did I hate it...No. Even with the fast moving relationship, more like insta-love I felt like you still got the connection.
Blake, a Hitman, sees what he wants and he will do whatever he can to get it....even if the other person is not aware.
With the title and I thought there would be more breeding in the book....there wasn't.

Fun and Sexy
This was a short insta-love read. Blake is a mercenary who falls for the small town waitress. Jasmine doesn’t trust what Blake is offering her at first, as she’s been burned before. The father of her unborn child left her high and dry not long ago. Blake proves himself and it turns out to be the best thing that ever happened to Jasmine.
This was a quick and easy read that I enjoyed, just wish it was longer.

I was a bit hesitant to read this dealing with an already pregnant h, but honestly that wasn’t the worst part of the book. I was down with the fact that he “cared” about her enough to take on being daddy. What bothered me was the stalker-ish behavior of meeting her and offering to buy her a house and following her home, then showing up again the very next day and she seemed super ok with it. I’m also not a fan of the I love you’s after a day. Just way too rushed, even for a novella.

I enjoyed this book, it was a nice quick read. I didn't feel any connection to any of the characters. I wanted more from this couple, a few more chapters and maybe an HEA!
Blake meets Jasmine when he stops into the diner she is working at, it's late at night. There are only three other customers in the diner and Jasmine is with another waitress. When Jasmine comes to take Blake's order he asks her to sit with him for a while. After they talk the other waitress comes over, she defends Jasmine and tells Blake to leave her alone. Blake sits and slowly eats his food and when he hears that Jasmine is ready to head home he gets up to get his bill. He gives her a very large tip and she tells him he didn't need to. Blake waits outside until she leaves then follows her home, then sits outside her home until all the lights are off. The next day Jasmine comes to work to find Blake already at the diner, another waitress tells her he's been here all day waiting for her. Jasmine refills his coffee and tells him it was her day off, she is filling in a few hours for someone else. Jasmine finds out that Blake has a new coffee pot and had the bathroom cleaned. When it's time for Jasmine to leave he asks her to come home with him, and she does. Jasmine goes to his home and asks him how long ago he moved in. Blake begins to pleasure her and they they get physical. Jasmine cleans herself up and figures it's time to go home, but Blake tells her to come and sleep in bed with him. The next morning Jasmine wakes before Blake she's getting dressed to leave but he asks her where she is going. She tells him she is going home, he tells her she is home. Blake asks Jasmine if she is hungry and then goes downstairs to make her breakfast. Blake asks Jasmine about the baby's father and they talk while eating. Blake asks her to show him around town, they walk around. When Jasmine is just about to head back to his house, the baby's father's parents are walking toward them. The accuse Jasmine of getting pregnant to trap their son, and wanting to sit at home and collect his money. Then Blake steps in and tells them they don't know what they are talking about, it takes two to make a baby. Jasmine tells Blake that they should leave after people start gathering. When they get back home Jasmine tells Blake she wants to know what he does for a living, he tells her he's retired now. Then he tells her he was a hit man but all his connections know he's done. After Jasmine thinks about things she doesn't think she can live with Blake, so she tells him she is craving ice cream, he runs to the store to get it. Jasmine thinks it's time for her to leave but when she gets to the door someone burst through. They want to know where Blake it, Jasmine tries to leave but the man puts her on the couch. He yells and screams at Jasmine and she is scared. Blake comes back and sees Jasmine in tears, he asks her what his wrong. Then the man speaks up telling Blake he can't leave the business they were making good money. Blake flies into him and starts beating the man. Jasmine screams but Blake must not hear her. When the man scrambles away, Blake tells him to leave and never come back. Jasmine flies into his arms and she tells him she was scared. Blake tells her he loves her and she tells him she loves him too. Three months later, they have a son, Blake bought Jasmine her dream home.

Wow,, what a love story
This was certainly a different type of love story for me. A contract killer, Blake is well praised for his services. Buying what he wants with no cares in the world and not wanting to change his life. He's test driving his new vehicle and decides he needs food. Drives into this little town and stops at the dinner. This was certainly a different type of love story for me. A contract killer, Blake is well praised for his services. Buying what he wants with no cares in the world and not wanting to change his life. He's test driving his new vehicle and decides he needs food. Drives into this little town and stops at the dinner. Breeding Her is part of the Filthy Dirty Desires multi-author series. Blake is a hitman travelling from coast to coast doing whatever job he is hired for. He stumbles upon a small town diner and meets Jasmine, the 8 month’s pregnant waitress, and BAM! instalove and instadesire kick in!
Absolutely loved it! It’s a quick read full of red hot, dirty and passionate sex, a little bit of drama and angst and a lovely HEA. It’s just an enjoyable, OTT, instalove, age gap novella that I enjoyed immensely.
