Dry Bones

Rate this book
The bible asks the question “Who is on the Lords side” You might find the answer to this
question surprising. Dry Bones is a novel, or a cautionary tale if you will, that exposes not only
wolves in sheep’s clothing, but also sheep who have left their first love “He that hath and ear, let
him hear”

Pastor Herman Reese, a Pastor of a small church, a man who loves God but also a man who lives
in terror of what God has called him to do.
It all begins when He receives a mysterious red envelope. Inside is an invitation to an upscale,
very elite, Pastor’s conference that only mega churches get invited to. He believes it to be a
mistake until he receives a call from the sponsoring church confirming the invitation.
Pastor Mortimer Sneed and Pastor Wilson are the presiding bishops of the conference and the
only God they worship is the almighty dollar. After arriving at the conference, Herman quickly
see’s he is way out of his league, but in God’s eyes, they are out of his league, and God has
chosen his David He will use to slay Goliath.
With the help of kindred spirits, ministering angels, and the prayers of the righteous, the dead are
brought back to life because God is merciful, but some situations and some people just have to
be dealt with, and the evil in this world will learn that it is a fearful thing to fall in the hands of
the living God!
