What a great conclusion to this trilogy, suspenseful with twists and turns that capture your attention.
Great writing, along with a imaginative twisted storyline with fantastic characters.

This is the 3rd book in the trilogy and should be read in order. Killian and Shay’s story continues and he has rescued her from the Riordans’. However, a new enemy has emerged and is even more dangerous. Killian vows to do whatever he must to get her back, will he get her back in time? Fast-paced read with loads of drama, suspense and steam. Great characters with lots of depth. I loved it!

This is the third and final part of this incredible trilogy. Shay has endured so much and has been brutally hurt and defiled, and when she is rescued, she is in more trouble as she has been betrayed, condemned, and is about to be sold, as a new enemy has been unmasked. Killian will do whatever he must to rescue Shay before it is too late. This is a well written fast paced action-packed story, which is dark, raw, gritty, intense, and intriguing, with mystery, suspense, danger, emotions, twists, and love, which leads to a riveting and addictive page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

The conclusion of this dark & compelling series...
Poor Shay's life went from bad to worse. I had a vague understanding of red rooms but black is beyond my comprehension that there are sick people that like to see snuff films, the more brutal the better. The arrogance of the folk behind the atrocities blew my mind, they didn't do the killing themselves but facilitated the capture of the women & continued to increase their fortunes. Killian saved the day eventually but Shay had been defiled & brutally hurt. Could he help her mind heal alongside her body. I received an arc & this is my honest & voluntary review.

Broken Empire: A Dark Captive Romance the final book in the Ruthless Elite Trilogy. This book is dark, gritty and riveting. Shay was rescue from the bad guys but now she's in even bigger trouble because she's betrayed, condemned and about to sold. Killian will do anything to get her back even if he of to resort to murder. The story was brilliantly crafted with talented characters and flows seamlessly. It was fast paced action packed, mysterious and suspenseful.

The suspense will have you turning the pages without stopping to the last page!
I couldn’t wait for this book to come out with how Twisted Knight ended! Stella portrays Shay’s captivity flawlessly where you feel Shay’s hope for Killian rescuing her from the unknown entity. I love how Killian gets to work trying to figure out who kidnapped Shay, and where she is located with the help of Shay’s friend. The explosive conclusion is everything you needed in this dark romance!

This is the final piece of Shay and Killian's story and what a breath-stealing, heart-pounding ride it has been. Just don't be prepared to relax because this epic ride isn't over just yet because there are plenty of raw emotions, tense drama, sinful darkness and tantalizing twists and stunning moments to get through before it is. Broken Empire is the conclusion to Killian and Shay's journey of love and boy was it an epic journey. I absolutely loved the way this author pulled everything together for a suspenseful and crazy ride to the final page. The writing is well done, the characters are well developed, and the ending was perfect. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.

Great Ending

The final story in a captivating series is breathtaking! With twists and turns in almost every chapter it's impossible to put down at night. The storyline is so realistic, you stop and wonder who in Politics and Hollywood are currently involved in something just as sinister. Great writing!
