Loved this book! It’s a quick read. The author is relatable & comes from a place of experience as well as doing her research. She breaks down the science so it’s easy to understand. She talks about mindset, what we eat, and gives easy to implement changes for better overall health. No crash diets, no starving yourself, just eating real, whole foods to nourish your body. The questions at the end of each chapter helped me to think about my own diet & beliefs. Highly recommend!
Effectively pops the cliche balloons of today's official and common parlor thinking. Slight conclusions have been pushed to extreme positions, Keay shows how moderating positions are safer.
i enjoyed the new perspective on diet culture and common myths we hear. lots of practical advice, and i especially love that everything feels backed up by research and yet it reads easily.
