Cornbread and Dim Sum: A Memoir of a Heart Glow Romance by Jacqueline Annette Sue is an interesting memoir. While an African American woman and a Chinese American man falling in love and getting married is somewhat rare today, it must have been akin to lightening striking the same place twice back in the 1970’s when the author and her husband tied the knot. The book is a sweet, sentimental piece worth reading.
