She doesn't like anything about him. Well, maybe a few things...

English aristocrat Bella Orstwell thought helping get her abusive Russian mafia boyfriend arrested would be the end her troubles. It isn't. Because even though she's been whisked off to parts unknown to hide out until the trial, she now has to pretend to be the housekeeper to the Delaney Brothers and nanny to their kid sister. And then there's Levi, one gorgeous bully of a cowboy tasked with protecting her. He might be in charge of her safety, but if he thinks she's going to follow his every order without question, he's in for a rude awakening...

Levi Delaney does not need a babysitting gig. Helping raise his orphaned kid sister and running the ranch with his brothers keeps him plenty busy. But an ex-Navy SEAL never turns down a call from an old friend-which is how he found himself in charge of keeping the annoyingly lovely Bella safe. Now, if only he could find a way to keep her quiet that didn't involve kissing her-or falling for her...

Bella is shaping up to be a real pain in Levi's behind, not the least the way his brothers keep falling over themselves when she's around. But he gave his word that he'd keep her safe and that's exactly what he plans to do. One small problem, the more she fights him, the more he finds her getting under his skin.

After the trauma of Dmitri, Bella just wants to survive, but is that enough? There's something about her wounded hero that makes her want to heal him. Not that he wants to let anyone in close enough to do that. But he hasn't dealt with her before.

Can these polar opposites overcome the demons of their pasts and find common ground on the road to happily ever after? Only if he can keep her alive that long...

This is a Clean Cowboy Romantic Suspense, and this is the first book in The Brothers of Creekside Ranch series. The characters in this book was just everything, and I loved all of them. I laughed so hard during parts of this book. The suspense in this book was not really there until the end of the book, but I did not miss it because the characters where so great getting to know them. The romance was very slow moving, but I think that is what this storyline needed. I enjoy this book and love the characters in this book so much. I was kindly provided an e-copy of this book by the publisher (The Small Publishing House) or author (Edith Mackenzie) via Booksirens, so I can give an honest review about how I feel about this book. I want to send a big Thank you to them for that.

Wow. Best romance/action novel I’ve ever read! This book makes you fall in love, become a part of a family, and fight off your demons. Levi is an ex-SEAL who returned home because his parents died. His two triplet brothers, Elijah and Amos, and his little sister Allie with him as they mourn the loss of their family. The ex-SEAL agrees to take in a witness protection program participant, Bella, change her name, and have her live on the farm with them while he trial date awaits. However, it’s hard for everyone to not love this British ball of strength and power. In this book, you will find longing looks, action packed rescues, and emotional pain that everyone can relate too. Read this book. It will be one of your favorites too.

She is hired to be a nanny for Levi's sister Allie. I really enjoyed this book by a talented writer Edith MacKenzie. Get lost in the world she creates at Creekside Ranch.

Every so often, I'm in need of a good wholesome romance and this author so delightfully delivers just that. I feel we all have our own backstories and that's part of what makes us us, so I very much enjoyed Bella and Levi's stories, individually and together.

Very much enjoyed the character building and coming home to their ranch, and following this beautiful family pick themselves up after their devestating loss. Very much tugged at my heartstrings and had me rooting for them all. If you're looking for some silver linings and sunshine after the storm, check this author out. Will continue to recommend!

I just could not stop reading this book when I started! I was so drawn into the book nothing around me mattered until I finished reading the entire book.

I think every woman needs a Levi in there life. And his brothers are magnificent. Ok and Allie the little sister…..then there is Sargent the dog. Bella - known also as Beccy is one lucky woman!

I love a book that makes me feel so many emotions as I am reading and this book has it all.

This is the first book in a new series by an author I hadn’t read before. I really liked the blurb and decided to give an author I hadn’t read before a chance. I do tend to read more ‘spicy’, sometimes erotic books but I do also enjoy a good clean romance too, which this book is.
In this first book we get the story of Levi, one of a set of triplets. Books for other triplets Amos and Elijah are to follow and I’m now looking forward to those.
Levi is an ex Navy SEAL who is asked to protect British aristocrat Bella as she is in hiding waiting to testify against her Russian mafia ex boyfriend. Using the alias Beccy, she’s ‘hired’ to be the nanny of the triplets younger sister Allie following the death of their parents.
I really enjoyed Levi and Bella’s story. The characters are very well written and are relatable. The camaraderie between Levi and the other 2 triplets is great o read and I love how young sister Allie has the 3 men wrapped around her little finger.
The story flows really well and keeps you entertained from start to finish, wanting to keep turning the pages to see what happens next.
If you enjoy a clean romance with well written characters and a good storyline, this is the book for you.

Levi is a former Navy SEAL who is fighting his own demons but when he is called on to protect Bella from a Russian mafia boss, he brings her to his family's ranch disguised to be his younger sister's nanny. Levi is closed off to love, except the love of his family but when Bella begins to get under his skin, he begins to wonder if forever love was possible. He just needs to keep her safe.

This story is a clean and wholesome contemporary cowboy romance. It has family drama, love, suspense, kidnappings and romance. I enjoyed this story and the happy ending, as well.

I was given an arc copy of this story and I willingly offer my honest review.

Sometimes you need a quick clean romance book to fill your afternoon and thats exactly what this book was.
We meet a family who has suffered a huge loss and things really took off from there. This was a very fast feeling timeline and while we get to know a lot of info on each main character Im greedy and wanted so much more back story on both of them.

I cant wait to read about the rest of the brothers we met here.

This is a contemporary romance story with a bit of excitement thrown in for good measure. This story had a bit of everything you could want from this genre – great characters with a strong connection, a sweet and believable romance as well as bit of action for entertainment. I thought the two main characters worked really well together. There was push back from both of them in the start but the bond between them grew into such a strong connection.
I thought the author did a great job with the supporting characters too. Everyone added to the overall story nicely. The book was well developed and a truly sweet romance. I am looking forward to more from this author.

I was very intrigued by this book from the start. I was immediately curious about Bella's past and who Levi is underneath the cranky exterior. This was a delight to read although relatively short. I do wish there had been more to this book I wanted to see more romance and I would've loved to read more details about the dramatics of the fight scene at the end but overall this was well done and a nice quick read. I quickly grew to love Bella and Allie was just the sweetest little girl ever. I enjoyed seeing all the boy's different personalities but they had one thing in common...they love their family and would do anything for each other and that is one of my favorite qualities in male characters. This is worth the read if you have a couple hours to spare but don't want anything too intense.

This book was a good read. The characters and storyline was amazing. There were times I found myself upset while reading it due to events happening. But I still enjoyed it. The author knows how to make you go on an emotional rollercoaster. I can’t wait to see how the rest of the series goes.

My first book from this author. And this book was softer than things I’ve been reading. I enjoyed the characters and the story line. A little short for what I normally like as well, but wouldn’t deter me from recommending it.

I received an advance copy for free for an honest review.

This is a clean cowboy romance.
Bella and Levi buttheads. Bella gets along better with Levi’s brothers Amos and Elijah, they are the other two of three triplets. Bella is running from her ex who’s in the Russian mafia. Levi is a retired marine who gets asked by his friend to protect Bella. Levi is cranky and rude at times but he does it cause he can’t help his feelings for Bella. Read about how they fall for each other and all the suspense and drama and action that happens in this book. Edith really knows how to tell a story that sucks you in. I would definitely recommend this book.

Levi Delaney is one of three triplets who is an ex-Navy Seal suffering from PTSD. He's agreed to hide Bella from her tormentor, Dmitri, on his Creekside Ranch under the guise of a nanny to his kid sister, Allie. While on the ranch, Bella is known as Nanny Becc, a name she totally hates. Becc has never been a nanny, a housekeeper, or a rancher but she finds a way to fit in for her safety. Levi and her are like oil and vinegar on most days! His brothers Amos and Elijah are pretty drawn to the pretty Becc right away but Levi feels something a little different when he realizes that.
When Becc breaks a major rule, things get a little suspenseful and scary for everyone involved, especially for little Allie. Can Levi ever forgive those who've wronged him?

I loved this book! The characters are immediately loveable and relatable. There is a good mix of suspense, humor, and romance. This is a very clean romance novel that I would be comfortable with my teenage daughter reading. I am excited to read future stories about Elijah and Amos! This being my second book by Edith Mackenzie, she is now a favorite author to me!

Levi is Book 1 in The Brothers of Creekside Ranch by Edith MacKenzie. I really enjoyed this contemporary book. I liked that there is a little bit of a thriller as well as romance with great characters. The triplets brothers are so different. Amos, stayed on the ranch, Elijah is a doctor, and Levi was special ops in the military. But, the brothers adore their half sister, Allie, who is 9. With their father and step mother, Faith, dead, they are all home to help raise their sister. Everything changes when Levi brings Bella, or her cover name Rebecca/Beccy, to be Allies nanny. When Bella's ex-boyfriend, Dimitri comes calling, Levi and his brothers fight to save Aloud and Bella. I enjoyed this clean well-written story and I am looking forward to reading book 2 in the series. I received an arc for free and am leaving my review voluntarily.

Levi is Book 1 in The Brothers of Creekside Ranch series. In it we are introduced to the Delaney Brothers who have been left to look after Creekside Ranch after losing their dad and stepmom. On top of running the ranch, they have been faced with the difficult task of how to care for their now orphaned nine-year-old sister, Allie. Running the ranch is a full-time job so the brothers are unsure how to properly care for their little sister. Ex-Navy SEAL Levi is finding the task especially daunting and feels that he is far too busy with the ranch to have to worry about how he is going to try to raise his kid sister. An opportunity presents itself when an old friend asks Levi for a favor and needs somewhere for a person in the Witness Protection Plan to hide out. Levi decides to bring her to the ranch as their new Housekeeper and Nanny to their little sister.

Bella has found herself in the Witness Protection Program after helping to get her abusive ex-boyfriend, Dimitri, arrested. Now she must find a safe place to hide out until the trial against Dimitri and the Russian mafia. Bella never anticipated to be asked to be a nanny for a kid or a housekeeper for three grown men. Having never been a nanny before Bella is unsure what to expect or how to act the part. She is more unsure about what to do about the attraction she feels to the rugged, good-looking cowboy Levi.

Bella and Levi instantly clash and butt heads with one another. Bella, an English aristocrat, comes across to Levi as snobby. His brothers, on the other hand, find Bella charming and fawn over her every chance they get. Levi comes across to Bella as bossy and rude. Although Bella is still struggling with how Dimitri hurt her, she has a problem with him thinking that she must follow his every order. Levi is fighting his own demons. Although the two butt heads, they also feel inexplicably drawn to one another. Bella feels compelled to help Levi and Levi finds himself jealous when his brothers shower Bella with attention. Will Bella and Levi act on their underlying feelings?

I loved the wholesome story of Bella and Levi and enjoyed reading to see if either would let their guard down long enough to let the other in. Bella may have seemed snobbish at first but there was more to her than that a prim and proper appearance and good manners. Deep down she was full of grit, determination, and hidden strengths. Levi came across as harsh and cruel initially, but he was fighting with the trauma of his past. This book was full of action, suspense, mystery, love, and good old fashioned family values. A great read!

Levi (The Brothers of Creekside Ranch Book 1) by Edith Mackenzie - Review by Jessica Stone

Bella, a young English aristocrat is forced to go into hiding, after leaving her abusive Russian mafia boyfriend Dmitri and turning him in for his crimes awaiting his trial. The last thing Bella expected was becoming a nanny to an orphaned girl in a house full of gorgeous and slightly bossy men.

Levi, an ex- Navy SEAL, recently returned home to his family ranch after losing both of his parents, he and his two brothers have taken over caring for not only the ranch, but also their little sister Allie who's been left devastated by their recent lose.
The last thing Levi needs right now is some snooty beautiful English woman coming into his life and fighting his every word. But that's exactly what he gets when asked by an old friend to house Bella and keep her safe.

So under the guise of her being a nanny hired to take care of Allie, Bella, now going by Beccy learns the ins and outs of farm life. Between Dodging two gorgeous brothers whom she started to consider family and one brother who can't seem to say anything nice to her, but for some reason she can't get him off her mind, she has her hands full. Bella definitely didn't know what to expect, especially when she finds herself falling in love with Levi, can Bella and Levi work through their own past traumas and find love and safety within each other's arms. Or will the past catch up to them...

Terrific book, the dynamic between the brothers makes for a wonderful read, throwing a spicy little through bread in added the perfect amount of flavor to make for a captivating read. I love that this book dives into so tough subjects as we discover some of Levi's past as a ex navy SEAL while still keeping the story light and enjoyable. Its definitely something I'd like to see more off.
I would LOVE to read books about the other brothers, they are very charming and though we only skim the surface of them as characters in this book, they are hard not to fall in love with.

There's a lot of growth in Bella during this book as well, I believe that she came from a place of privilege and was thrust into a unknown situation and family dynamic which forced change where there otherwise wouldn't have been any.

All and all a 4 star read!

Levi was a sweet/hard different type of romance than I’m used to. A band of male identical triplets, which gives me at least 2 more books to look forward to. This is Levi’s wild ride. Well written with beautiful character growth especially for the main female character was exponential.
In witness protection to be hidden from her Russian Mafia ex-boyfriend, Bella finds herself a nanny to a recently orphaned girl. Though she’s not Bella to them but Beccy instead. The only one who knows her real identity is Levi. Bella does everything she can to fit and blend in but housework and cooking was never something she ever did before.
Levi, ex-Navy seal, has been tasked to keep Bella safe. He uses it to his advantage by suggesting she be a nanny to his baby sister. Levi is deeply wounded from his time in the military, so if you suffer from ptsd go into this novel and tread lightly.
I know people personally who could sympathize with Levi as they’ve battled that monster as well.
Helping each other along the way Bella and Levi end up growing closer to one another, developing a connection that grows throughout.
Bella is posh and Levi is hard nosed and hands on, what would these two ever have in common?
Is it a story of safety?
Or is it about opposites attracting?
Do their feelings get in the way?
If only their lives were easier, maybe they could explore the chemistry between them. Maybe there is just lots to look forward to, not only in Levi’s story but in the future books starring Amos and Elijah.

This is my first read by this author and it was a delightful read, it has everything. From danger, suspense, and love. The characters are well written and I loved the way they played of each other. The plot was good also.

Bella Orstwell English aristocrat and she thought helping get her abusive Russian mafia boyfriend arrested would be the end her troubles. But it isn’t. Because even though she’s been whisked off to parts unknown to hide out until the trial, she now has to pretend to be the housekeeper to the Delaney Brothers and nanny to their kid sister.

Levi doesn’t have time for spoiled rich girls with helping to raise his orphaned kid sister and running the ranch with his brothers keeps him busy. But an ex-Navy SEAL never turns down a call from an old friend—which is how he found himself in charge of keeping the annoyingly Bella safe. He gave his word that he’d keep her safe and that’s exactly what he plans to do. One small problem, the more she fights him, the more he finds her getting under his skin.

Will Dimitri find Bella? Can Levi Keep Bella Safe? Can they both make it out of this safe? Can they overcome their demons and have a happily ever after?

This story had everything my heart needed. I absolutely loved how rugged, tense, and hard Levi was and loved even more the other side you got to see of him. This author did a brilliant job of showing you just a hint of PTSD. She kept it light but it was also so powerful that it had tears streaming down my face.

Bella comes off as a rich, posh, snobby woman who you soon learn is good at living with a façade. Her interactions with Allie will melt your heart and give you a glimpse of who she really is.

Elijah and Amos add to the fun. I fully enjoyed watching the three brothers interaction and could see how it related to so many other sibling relationships. I found myself laughing out loud quite a bit which just made this book even more enjoyable.

This book had so much romance in all the right places as well as action and suspense. The author did a brilliant job of writing a clean romance book with a suspense twist. The story I would classify as both a cowboy/western clean romance and a clean romantic suspense story. I cannot wait to read the next book in the series and I was not let down by my first Edith Mackenzie book that I’ve ever read. This author reminds me a lot of Bernadette Marie and Jill Sanders which is saying a lot. I highly recommend that you run out and pick up this book as you will not be disappointed at all.

This was an enjoyable and engaging western style, clean romance, which kept me happily turning the pages. Bella Orstwell, is an English aristocrat who helped get her abusive Russian mafia boyfriend arrested, but is now in hiding whilst awaiting the trial. Bella has to pretend to be both the housekeeper to the Delaney Brothers and a nanny to their younger sister. Although all three of the brothers are attractive, it’s cowboy, Levi that catches her eye, however, it’s also ex-Navy SEAL Levi who is in charge of protecting her. Levi is busy enough helping his brothers run the ranch and raising his little sister, without having to take on a ‘babysitting gig’.
He definitely wasn’t expecting Bella who is both annoying and lovely at the same time, and all he can think about is kissing her, when he’s not ordering her around, for her safety. Meanwhile, Bella is determined not to follow all of Levi’s many orders, but although she has sworn off men, there is something about wounded hero Levi which makes her want to heal him. Soon the couple have more dangerous things to deal with as any HEA can only happen if Levi can keep Bella alive when her past comes looking for her. The main characters are all likeable and relatable, and the chemistry between Levi and Bella came across in the narrative and in their banter. I was hooked from start to finish and I felt immersed in the storyline, which was a good mix of, drama, suspense and romance.

The cover just shouts “ you’re home! “ I couldn’t wait to get lost in between the pages of this read ❣️📕

I started a little teary but my sniffling quickly turned to gentle giggles when Levi and Bella meet for the first time ….

Bella May feel she jumped from the pot to the frying pan but just hang in girl I’ve a great feeling about what’s about to happen …..😉

So Bella is on the run and need to go into witness protection and Levi, his family and the ranch seems to be her haven and it comes at a perfect time because the men are in a need of a feminine touch and hand in tearing their little sister Allie…

I enjoyed the banter between Amos , Elijah and Levi oh boy they made me laugh 😉😂

The funniest was what I call the tea incident and it was so funny because I’m so particular about my tea 🤣it has to be made in a teapot and served in a cup and saucer !

While she gets along well with the boys but there seems to be a little tension between her and Levi and I know why but I’m hoping they find out what I know ❣️🤣

An absolute treat to read ! Characters are loveable and there was a touch of everything to tick all my blocks ❣️📕😉

Bella thought getting her ex-boyfriend arrested would be the end of it, but while waiting for the trial, she’s hiding out as a house-keeper and nanny for the Delaney family.

Levi is an ex-Navy SEAL with a haunted past. The last thing he needs is to take care of someone else, but when a friend calls, who better to help out than a man whose loyal behind all. Now he’s stuck with Bella and finds that she gets under his skin and takes some of his demons. Unfortunately, his brothers are also under her spell.

Can Levi keep Bella safe and also keep his heart safe?

Can Bella find a way to heal Levi and herself?

Can they even survive long enough to find out?

This story was amazing! I had every intention of letting it slowly unfold over the course of a week, but once I started I couldn’t put it down. So I finished it in a day. Oops!

Levi is everything a girl wants in a wounded hero. Strong, brave, and handsome who wouldn’t want to be swept away by his pain and do everything they can to soothe his hurt and heal his heart. It’s no wonder Bella finds herself wanting to do just that.

Bella is strong willed and broken, but she’s so determined to find herself again after the trauma of her past relationship.

I feel like the only thing I would have liked to see more of would be Bella’s past in London and with Dmitri before she escaped him. This was a great read with a ton of suspense and a clean romance that burns nice and easy.

Can’t wait to read more about these Delaney brothers!

This book reminded me of a good wholesome Hallmark movie. Levi is a retired Navy SEAL living on a ranch with his brothers, they are triplets. Their parents just died, unexpectedly, and now they have a ranch and a little sister to take care of. None of them ever cared for a little girl and didn’t know what they were going to do. However, in their need Levi receives a phone call and is owing someone a favor. Bella, she is a key witness and entering into a sort of witness protection until they can bring down her ex-Russian mafia boyfriend. Levi is her cover and protector till they can show up in court, “hired” as his sister’s nanny and housekeeper. The five of them quickly get used to living together on the ranch and quickly build a bond. However, it does take some work since Levi is broken from his past and has a lot of rage. Bella quickly becomes his solace but the feelings are not fully understood. Will his demons be able to stabilize to protect his family? Will he be able to keep her safe from a crazy man?
This was really a wholesome story. I would say if you need a palate cleanser in between extreme reads, this is a great choice. I thought the characters were very loveable. I enjoyed the progress we see from Levi (maybe having military people in my family makes me love him a little more). I also enjoyed seeing a submissive woman turn into someone who had a mind of her own. It showed just how much love can change people after loss. It was sweet, flirty, and how all Hallmark movies end, with a happy ending!!

Levi: A clean and wholesome wounded hero cowboy romance (The Brothers of Creekside Ranch #1) by Edith MacKenzie

This isn't the first book I've read by the author. Levi is the first book in The Brothers of Creekside Ranch. Levi is a fantastic read and will leave you wanting more.

Bella, or Beccy the nanny, is sent to live with Levi and his siblings for protection. Although Amos and Elijah have no idea who she really is. She falls for Levi only for it to turn bad. Her ex finds her and takes Allie. The quote I chose for Bella is: “There are a few blanks I’m going to need you to fill me in on. Is Allie safe? Thank God. It doesn’t matter what I can remember or not, there’s one thing I’m certain about. I love you, Levi. My stubborn, ornery, pig-headed loyal protector even when I don’t want it.”

Levi hates that he had to bury his dad and step mom. He doesn't like that his sister now has no patents. Then he hates how Bella makes him feel. That's until she goes to rescue his sister on her own, putting herself in danger. The quote I chose for Levi is: “Giving me permission to marry Bella. I still would have married her without it, but it’s nicer for everyone this way.”

Highly recommended for Clean Western Romance lovers

I absolutely loved this story! Whilst I love romance stories with the steamy scenes sometimes it is nice to read a clean romance story and this was 100% that! I loved getting to know the characters Levi and Bella (also known as Beccy) they certainly had a love hate relationship and I just loved them together! The story may have been a little predictable but I didn’t care because I was completely swept up in the blossoming romance between the two main characters (even if they didn’t want to admit it). I knew that Levi was going to be a big softy underneath that hardened exterior and I knew Bella would be the one to break down those barriers! I also loved all of the secondary characters and I’m very excited for each other brothers to get their own stories and Little Allie was just the sweetest! She’s definitely lucky with those big brothers to look out for her!
A wonderful read and one that I would highly recommend – I can’t wait for the next book! This was also a wonderful introduction to a new author!

It seems love will find you no matter what and never when you expect it. Bella is in need of a safe place, and it turns out that Levi’s ranch is the safest place for her to be. Bella and Levi are like oil and water; never to mix yet there is a spark that ignites between the two and the longer they are together the more it grows. When everything starts to unravel, and the evil finds them, what will happen when secrets are revealed?

This is a sweet story about trust and love. Levi and Bella make a cute couple. There is much more to each of them than what they show the world. As the two begin to see each other’s true selves’ emotions come into play. The two work well together and it was nice to see how Bella understands Levi and what he is going through. Alongside their relationship we also got to see the family connections and the closeness of the brothers and just what they will do for each other. This story has some nice character and plot development. The closeness and the banter of the brothers adds to the story and has me interested in seeing what comes next for this family.

Levi has been forced to return home to help run the family ranch and to look after his little sister with his brothers when his dad and stepmother died. They are all trying to find the balance in their lives but when an old military friend of Levi’s asks for a favour, he is more than happy to help protect the person in his charge.

Bella is scared, she put herself in a position of no return with a man who is violate and evil, when she receives a way out, she takes it with both hands but when she lands on the doorstep of Levi and his family, can she keep the pretence up with the family or will she break as they openly welcome her into the family. Plus, can she also hide the chemistry between her and Levi?

This is the first time I have read a book but this author and will not be the last. I enjoyed the way the story flowed, and the characters were well developed, the contrast between Levi and Bella was a lovely dimension with the higher society in which Bella lived with the coldness of her family to the honest and warmth that flowed through Levi’s family was great to read.

With the secondary characters this brought the world to life, and I am desperate to see if the author continues the series with the other brothers whose stories are there for the taking and to also see more into the future of Bella and Levi. I cannot wait.

After the unexpected loss of their parents, the Delaney triplets must decide the best way to care for their younger sister. The three decide all of them will live on the ranch to care for her, though none of them have a clue what they are doing. Shortly after moving back, Levi, a retired navy seal, receives a call from an old contact asking for his help. Thinking this may be the answer to his prays, Levi brings Bella aka Beccy to the ranch under the guise of a nanny/ housekeeper. His job is to keep her hidden and protected from her ex whom she is helping put behind bars. Will Bella be able to be a convincing housekeeper? Will the two be able to tolerate each other enough to keep the peace while stuck with each other? Can Levi keep her safe?

This is the first book by Edith Mackenzie I have read; I can not wait to see what comes next with the Delaney triplets- which triplet will fall next? This was a quick enjoyable read, I would absolutely recommend reading!

Levi (The Brothers of Creekside Ranch Book 1) by Edith Mackenzie. This is such a good clean western romance. Its the story of Levi who we met in the very first The Brothers of Creekside Ranch book. He has been put in charge of Bella or Beccy the nanny ( her secret identity) who has been sent to the ranch for protection from her mob ex boyfriend. He is in the Russian mob and when she got him arrested she thought she would be free but not at all. He's determined to kill her. Levi has grown up taking care of all his brothers and little sister Allie. He doesn't really want the responsibility of looking out for anyone else but the more time he spends with Bella he's liking her. She is also becoming a pain in his behind but he's promised to look out for her. When Allie gets kidnapped Levi is furious and Bella is devastated. Will Levi and Becca make a relationship work out and will Allie be found safe? Read this fun, clean romance to find out!
