Rabbits, an often celebrated part of the animal kingdom, have been kept as pets for centuries. This book offers numerous tips on how to ensure a pleasant home environment for your new pet and also covers care, housing, diet, and health issues that may affect your rabbit.
The most useful information I can remember from this book is that it tells you every plant/veggie/etc that is poisonous to rabbits (i.e. tomatoes). It's informative and deals with litter training, how to tell when your rabbit sick, when it's an emergency, grooming, etc.
An amazing amount of detail in there - everything you could possibly want to know about rabbit care (it helped me!) - it is my absolute rabbit bible! I thoroughly recommend.
I think this is a good rabbit book for beginners. It isn't preachy and lets you draw your own conclusions. I really enjoy how honest the book was about pine shavings and petstores.
