Sandy Cathcart takes readers on a secret journey across several continents and through the deep recesses of the mind, always reminding us that we, too, can be Secret Agents no matter our age or limitations, even when we are caregivers or being cared for. Throughout the book, Sandy shares Secret Agent missions to encourage readers in their own unique journey.

Through tears and laughter, remorse and miracles, Sandy has found her Creator Redeemer to be faithful. She reminds us of where we have come from and what is still possible.

You can become the Secret Agent God always meant you to be.

“The hope of Christ’s real presence and power and grace in our older age, when the world discounts our value, is fresh water and nourishing encouragement so many of us yearn for.”

After reading this book I’m inspired to be a Secret Agent. Sandy kept me spellbound as she shared her daring escapades while traveling the world to share Bibles, and her love for the Lord, in places it was forbidden. I love her faithfulness to obey the Lord no matter what He put on her heart to do. She draws us in as she takes us through her call to take the Bibles, the preparation and planning to go, all the way to the checkpoints going into China with the illegal Bibles in her bag! This book will keep you on the edge of your seat. Thank you for your courage to accomplish your Secret Agent life and for sharing it with us Sandy. I would give it ten stars if I could!

I liked how the memoir was written as devotional thoughts. It's nice to remember not everyone needs to live a grand big life to make a difference or to follow God.

After reading, I am reminded that practicing my morals and staying true to them matter immensely. Especially in times like today. Whether I am practicing my faith alone or in church, what matters most is my direct relationship with God.

This book left me with a question to remind myself. How am I growing my faith?
