This bonus feature takes place during the climax of 'The Legacy of Tomorrow' (Starhawke Rising 4).

Guardian is a companion piece that provides a point of view on a critical event that is referenced in Legacy (SR 4) but not seen.

I wrote it because I needed to understand exactly what had occurred prior to Aurora’s arrival in the middle of the action, and the only way to do that effectively was to tell the tale from her mother Libra’s point of view. That led to the story you’re holding in your hands.
