Voodoo Voodoo is a man on the edge. He has been there for months. His club doesn’t trust him, and he doesn’t know how to change that. Maybe it’s time to move on. He betrayed them in their minds and, therefore, can no longer be trusted. He doesn’t feel like he’s a true brother anymore to the Warriors. This, combined with his haunted past, is tearing him apart and pushing him to the edge. To a place he doesn’t want to go. Even his cousin, Blade, isn’t enough to keep him where he’s not wanted. He’s all set to make his decision, when a ride out to support a prospect leads him to her, Nevaeh.
Nevaeh Nevaeh hasn’t had things easy for the last few years, but she continues on with the love and support of her mom and cousin. She finally feels like her life is on track when an attack brings an old enemy back into her life. Someone who shouldn’t have been allowed out to wreck her life again. She’s sore and beaten when her cousin walks into her hospital room. Only he’s not alone. He’s brought some of his club’s brothers with him. One of them immediately takes her breath away and has her full attention, Voodoo. She’s never met a man like him.
Voodoo and Nevaeh have not only her enemy to fight, but Voodoo’s demons, his brother’s interference, Nevaeh’s resistance, and a Bratva boss. Will Voodoo choose to stay with the Warriors, or strike out on his own and try to protect the woman he loves? Or will he stay and embrace the Warriors fully as his family? The decision is up in the air, but all he knows is he’ll do whatever it takes to protect and love Voodoo’s Sorceress.
Warning This book is intended for adult readers, It contains foul language, adult situations, discusses events such as stalkers, assault, torture, PTSD, and murder that may trigger some readers. Sexual situations are graphic. There is no cheating, no cliffhangers and it has a HEA.
An avid reader with a passion for romances that finally got the chance to write one of her own. The rest is history. Not what anyone thought for someone who has been a nurse and in healthcare management for years.
I sit writing as my two fur babies, my pugs Kujo and Khaos, impatiently wait for me to get done so they can lay on me as their human sofa!
My children are finally considered to be adults, so it's me, the hubby and the dogs.
I'm a iced tea drinking fiend who has insomnia, more ideas than I know what to do with, and a need to write them down.
Not too bad for a girl from rural Ohio in the foothills of Appalachia that grew up in a town of about 4000 people.
So now I have to wait for the next book that doesn't have a release date to come out. I love Voodoo he is amazing. I happy he decided to stay and for his old lady.
Voodoo is at a crossroads with his club. He did not divulge details about his brother that the Dublin Falls Archangels Warrior MC and they have kept him out of the loop enough that he is considering leaving his club. When he is asked to help check in on one of the prospect's cousin, he doesn't expect to meet the woman who will change his world Nevaeh.
Nevaeh can't believe she was attacked and when she finds out who by it scares her because she knows he wont relent. Being protected by the MC helps, but she doesn't quite understand why Voodoo spends so much time with her. Voodoo is trying to get close, but for some reason Nevaeh has not caught on that they are meant to be. Will Voodoo be able to protect her while getting her to realize they are meant to be?
I had been waiting for Voodoo's story and this one did not disappoint. Liked who he was paired with and how the story with his club unfolded. Another great story.
I liked how Voodoo was pretty much struck dumb by Nevaeh when he saw her, that was it for him and it wasn't long before he let Maddox know where he stood. From there it was getting Nevaeh on board with a relationship, which didn't take long either.
The big problem for them was the sicko that was stalking Nevaeh. The problems this man caused were many, but in the end Nevaeh got her revenge on him with the help of her mom and the club did what they needed to, to keep Nevaeh safe.
Voodoo walked into the hospital and found his heaven in the form of Maddox cousin Nevaeh.
Nevaeh was brutally attacked by a stalker she thought was out of her life.
Voodoo was undecided still if he was staying in the club. But to protect Nevaeh it was the safest place for her. Something triggers an attack where he finally confesses to his brothers and family what happen in his childhood. This begins a healing process for Voodoo and his brothers. In true Archangel form and gets his girl pregnant and to the author. Must be something in the water. Living this series and looking forward to more. No not going to give away the story. HAPPY READING
Voodoo finds his reason to stay with the club in his Sorceress Maddox cousin. But she has a crazy ex chasing her but a club to protect her. Another awsome book.
one of my least favorite of the whole series! I loved the character, Voodoo, but the author not so much on this one. I fell for Voodoo back when he first contacted his brother for help for the CLUB, when one of the old ladies needed help. So of course he got a beatdown because of who his brother was AFTER he helped the club and old lady. He put himself out there to ask his brother for help for the club and the old lady, but after the old lady was rescued Voodoo was punished. That would make me want to help again. That really upset me so I waited and waited to see how it played out. His issue was kinda dropped in the follow on books until his own came out, yes he had a form of PTSD but the part with the club was glossed over until he had a meltdown then everyone was all of a sudden his "brother" again. I really expected more of an exchange after his beatdown and distrust from the club and brothers...he was in limbo and the PTSD didn't help but the trust issue with the club should have been more obvious one way or the other... over all I didn't enjoy this one at all, I was club Voodoo from the get go and feel his book was missing so much. Happy he found his HEA though.
Voodoo is still unsettled. After his club brothers felt betrayed by his omission about his brother, he is still struggling to feel as though he fits in with the Dublin Falls’ Archangel’s Warriors. The brothers have tried to make up for their show of distrust and prove to Voodoo that he is a part of the club and family, but the tension is still there.
Voodoo is ready to make his final decision about moving on or staying when one of the prospects receives a call from his aunt about his cousin being in trouble and in the hospital. Voodoo rides out with the prospect and a few other brothers to go see what’s going on and help to protect the prospects cousin. That one trip throws all of Voodoo’s problems out the window because when he lays eyes on the beauty laying in the hospital bed, his only thoughts are with her.
Nevaeh has had a lot of men problems and now she’s in a hospital bed because someone attacked her outside of her apartment. She has no idea what happened or who her attacker was, but everyone else around her believes it is the man that caused her so much trouble before that she had to go to his father to help her. She doesn’t look her best to receive visitors or meet her cousin’s MC club brothers, but she has no choice when they arrive at the hospital.
I loved this story. It was raw, gritty, haunting, tragic, and so well written. Voodoo had a rough childhood, and he is carrying so much pain that it affects his relationship with the club and Nevaeh as they begin to get to know each other. Just like his club brother’s Voodoo knows as soon as he meets Nevaeh that she will be his, but now he has to convince her of that. Nevaeh and Voodoo have a lot to overcome and heal from but by each other’s sides they can heal and move on with their lives. I loved the book, characters and as always, the series! The men and women of the DFAW and the HCAW as well as their club friends are always a great story to read. I still wonder how Ciara St. James can make each book so much better than the previous one when they are all so great! I give this book a 5-star review and wait not so patiently for the next book by Ciara to hit my Kindle, it doesn’t matter which series it’s from.
Ciara St. James continues to expand her imaginary mc world with more characters from men, women, & of course to many more babies too lol. She is such a gifted author & I enjoyed reading another great book in this series!
Voodoo character has definitely had a hard life & one that does happen unfortunately too often in real life & that no child or family should have had to deal with. Ciara's books cover so many topics in each storyline that some may shy away from or may not want to know it happens but the truth is though these things happen in her imaginary world it unfortunately also happens in our real world too & more often then it's reported. PTSD especially with a military soldier has increased over the years & not all get diagnosed & the help they need. It's sad to know there are people like Voodoo's dad who don't know or seek the help & end up choosing to commit suicide just to end their own hell they suffer in.
And I must say I loved Nevaeh's name "Heaven spelled backwards" idk lol her character & background story was a crazy one & the rollercoaster ride of twists & turns in this book wasn't too bad lol. I also must admit out of all the ladies so far introduced Neveah to me was the calmest not too much crazy drama except for her ex and was surprised no bunny drama too lol. And she wasn't afraid to do whatever she had to do to save the ones she loved too & showed the guys what a bada$$ kicka$$ she & her mom was too lol. They definitely fit right in with all the other females in this MC too lol.
I look forward & so excited to reading the next book in the reading order which is finally one of my must read can't wait books on another MC President Reaper from the IP MC & also Harper's brother.
She put a spell on him and he has no regrets! Voodoo’s Sorceress (Archangels Warriors MC Dublin Falls Book 17) by Ciara St. James is one sweet and wild MC romance ride. VooDoo doesn’t think he’s ever fall until his Sorceress puts a spell on him and he couldn’t be happier about it. The feelings he never though he would have give him purpose and hope just when he is at his lowest and untrustworthy in the eyes of his MC Brothers. Nevaeh changes everything. An unexpected move after an assault and the threat of danger is reveal, has Nevaeh reeling and then wondering how her life changed so drastically and filled with hope despite the looming sense of doom and ever present danger. Overall, Voodoo and Nevaeh work together, and persevere through the inevitable miscommunication to come out the other side of adversity and a dangerous threat to their own HEA. I read an ARC of this book and voluntarily share my review.
This is latest book in the Dublin Falls Archangels MC. These books keep getting better and better with each new addition. This is Voodoo’s and Neveahs story and it is a great insta love story. When Neveah is stalked and hurt, her mom calls her cousin to come and help. When he comes he doesn’t come alone and brings some of the MC with him, when Voodoo first sees Neveah he is gob smacked and instantly wants to hold and protect her. She goes back to the compound and they start to have their relationship, and as they fight, laugh and fall for each other they both come to the realization that they can be who they want with each other. When Voodoo has a panic attack and try’s to leave the MC, its Neveah who helps him understand that he wasn’t responsible for his fathers death or life. She also helps him and the guys realize that he is suffering from PTSD from his childhood trauma. They together with the MC take out her stalker and form an even tighter family bond with each other.
Voodoo book is number 17 for Dublin falls and like the 16 books that came before it you wont be disappointed when you read it.
Voodoo has been in a funk and been pulling away from his MC family feeling untrusted and unwanted he takes a trip with Maddox and few of the brothers when Maddox aunt calls and voodoo meets his future love of his life Neveah but danger lurks in the shadows can voodoo not only keep neveah safe and protect his future but mend his relationship with his brothers and keep his relationship with his blood brother in the process. Voodoo and neveah have to confront their past to have a future they both want.
I highly recommend this book and Ciara st James books
I've read all of this series and at first I felt it was very predictable with the two main characters. Neveah was a typical heroine in distress and Voodoo was a biker who fell in love as soon as he saw her. It did however move away from what I expected to happen and into the plot. All the usual characters were there too although we didn't get the wedding scene where Bull gives a present - I quite like that. In the minus side, the male characters always seem to yell a lot whilst the females misunderstand the simplest nuances. For being quite clever, shouting and over emotional seems to be the key for voodoo and his brethren. All in all is a good biker story although predictable.
Knew from my list of Ciara St James off the internet that Voodoo had a book coming up. I am just glad to see the love the Dublin Falls Warriors showed their brother in his time of need. How I missed Blade being his cousin I don’t know. We learn more about his brother and that Voodoo has his own issues from his childhood that still haunt him. He luckily wins his way to heaven with Nevaeh who has her own version of hell she has lived and has come back to almost kill her. Mental illness comes in many forms and some are easily treated but others are down right scary for those affected by those that are not getting proper care.
Voodoo’s Sorceress is book 17 in the Dublin Falls’ Archangel’s Warriors MC and sees some of the club going with one of the prospects, Maddox, to see his aunt and cousin Nevaeh who has been injured.
Apart from Nevaehs’ stalker issue, this book doesn’t see too many issues for the couple as their relationship develops which was a nice change. The characters were great and I loved the introduction of a members family who then become family to the club in another way. And although she was beaten down when she was introduced Nevaeh found her strength as the book progressed.
Overall, this was another good read and a book I’d recommend.
I chose this rating because this was a really good book. I enjoyed pretty much all of the characters. This was a book of protection, compaction, interaction, acceptance, being a good person, doing the right thing, and also believing in yourself and that you're worthy of love. I enjoyed Voodoo and Nevah story. I think the author did a great job with putting these characters together. Voodoo he was a wee bit pushy but he met his match with Nevah because she wouldn't have it. When push came to shove they had each other's back along with his MC brothers. Great read! I recommend this book to all romance readers and MC lovers.
Another great read by Ciara St. James! This time it is Voodoo's story. Its insta-love when he first lays eyes on Nevaeh. As it usually happens with the Dublin Falls' Archangel's Warriors, their relationship ignites quickly. I loved how passionate they are with one another, you can expect many steamy scenes. There is also some angst as they travel a less than smooth road toward their happily ever after. A past threat comes back to torment Nevaeh and creates a lot of drama for the club. I read this book in one sitting as I couldn't put it down. I highly recommend not only this book but the entire series.
Archangel's Warriors series gets better and better. Love love this book. Voodoo comes strong and dangerous. But really his broken , lost in his head his not worth anything for her or his brothers. Archangel's Warriors are a club of family and loyalty. They won’t let you down . But with the help of Nevaeh he learns to trust and value his life. We get to see the change for a lost soul. To a man ready to protect his brothers and his ol lady. One of my favorite books in this series. Your gonna love it .
Wow this was a really great story. Nevaeh was attacked at her apartment and sent to the hospital and her cousin, Maddox which is a prospect for the club was called by his aunt Nancy. Several of the guys went with him and Voodoo was one of them. He was besotted by her beauty right then and there. The club decided to bring her back with them to better protect her from her crazy and unstable ex boyfriend, Theo. Quite a few twist and turns throughout, Voodoo gets his sorceress. Happy reading.
My heart broke for Voodoo in the previous books. I just wanted to give him a big hug and take him to bed and sooth him 😊 I don't want to give anything away but I'm glad the guys were able to make things good with Voodoo because he definitely belongs in Dublin Falls. Neveah was the perfect woman for him they definitely balanced each other out if I can't have Voodoo I guess I'll share him with Nevaeh!! This series is a must read!
Voodoo feels the love magic hit him, when he first sees Naveah. She was badly burned in the past by cupid's arrow, now she thinks it's all just a sick joke. Due to how she ended up in the hospital, she is moved to the Warrior 's compound. Wires get crossed and they are believing different things. In the end, it all works out for them.
The story is NOT a stand alone, to fully comprehend the characters. You must start at book 1.
This is my favorite couple! Voodoo is someone I empathized with from the start. A good guy who suddenly felt like he wasn't wanted by his club brothers. Thinking of moving on, transferring to another chapter, it all goes out the window when he meets Nevaeh. Nevaeh is such a strong chick, I just loved her. She is Voodoo's soul mate, they compliment each others' strengths and weaknesses. An amazing story with fantastic characters, I love this series so much, 10 stars for Voodoo and Nevaeh!

Ciara St. James is a master storyteller who's not afraid to tackle the tough stuff. Her MC world series is a gripping ride with characters like Voodoo and Nevaeh who face real-life issues with grit and determination. It's a testament to her skill that she can make you laugh, cry, and cheer for her characters all at once. Definitely recommend everyone reading this if you love sexy a$$ bikers and their feral females!
Voodoo's Sorceress is book 17 in the awesome Dublin Falls' Archangel's Warrior MC series written by the talented author Ciara St. James. This is Jordan 'Voodoo' Becker and Nevaeh ' Sorceress' Dane story. The sizzling chemistry, the twists and turns of suspense and the hot banter between these two is off the charts! You’ll definitely be rooting for the characters.
I always look forward to getting news that Ms St James has released a new book😁This last year I have found several new authors, and I have not been disappointed yet! There is a lot of talent out there and I'm just lucky enough to find some of it😍 Look forward to the next book!
I really enjoyed reading this book for many reasons. Having been invested in these characters throughout this series it's great we get to learn the intricacies of their backgrounds. PTSD is a huge factor in this book which comes out in people in different ways and at different times. Both characters deal with a lot from their pasts...but once help is asked for the impact on them and everyone around is immense. There are lots of hiccups along the way, nothing runs smoothly, but the journey to find out more and see how the characters finally step up through all the angst is worth turning the pages through to the end.
I'm excited each time one book finishes and another starts. There is always some psycho after their women and somebody they have to get rid of. I thought Voodoo was going to have an aneurysm before he and Nevaeh got married and had a baby. Someone is always obsessed with their women.
She may have seen them from a distance, but we tended to spend our evenings together alone at the guesthouse, even before I started to stay at night. To be honest, I’d been hoping this wouldn’t happen for a while, but knew that was a pipe dream. Like my single brothers before me, I hadn’t been a monk.
This is the latest book by Ciara St James in the Dublin Falls MC series. I enjoyed this as much as the last 16 that I read. Voodoo has PTSD but is unaware that he does until his”one” is able to help him see what his childhood did to him. I can’t wait to read the next book in the series.
I love reading about all the bad boys falling for there one. I really like that the women are warriors in there own right! It strengthens the family group! Now we have lots of kids for a second generation series!
