Snake is possessive and private, hiding--he thinks--who he is from his club family. After being gently kicked out by his conservative family, Snake finds his path to his new family on his own. He feels like there is something missing in his relationship with his secret lover, but is afraid to voice it for fear of losing Hawk.
Hawk is big, muscled, and a simple man. He enjoys his work with his MC, even if he hides his relationship and love for his partner, Snake. An event at the club allows them to be open and honest with their club family. Which opens his eyes to another possibility.
Oliver is a paralegal and a nerd to boot. He dreams of being in a triad relationship, a menagé, surrounded by love. But he finds it hard when he works all the time. A new door opens with a friendship in the legal world, and Oliver is excited, nervous, and afraid. Two men catch his eye, and when it becomes apparent they are interested in him as more than just an added partner for the night, Oliver is ready to take that offer with both hands.
Insecurities get the best of people with the best intentions, will communication ease fears or are they too deeply rooted?
Wife to a supportive loving husband, stay-at-home mom of two-legged and four-legged kids, I enjoy reading, crafting, and teaching as well as writing stories that are stuck in my head. I recently took the leap to self-publish after typing out my stories years ago!
This is my first time reading this author and I want to say first I love MMM novels. Now with that said, I’m surprised that there were a lot of grammatical and sentence structure errors, with this being book number 9. Having to reread the paragraph over to understand the context of what the author was meaning took away from the enjoyment of the story.
I really enjoyed how well written and how you got to get go know the characters. I couldn't stop reading and was hard to put down. If you like poly style relationships with a few bad boys and happy ending you really should read this book. thank you author for a great book.
Just a joke 🤣😂.
I totally enjoyed reading about these three men finding their way to each other, despite all odds! Snake and Hawk have been a couple in secret for 3 years, members of the same MC. They both start to realize that something feels incomplete about their relationship, despite being completely in love. Oliver, who has actively longed for a relationship with two men, comes into their lives at just the right time, and they are drawn to each other right away.
Sexy times abound, but the road to happy ever after is not smooth, of course, and the three have to work their way through emotional misunderstandings and figure out how to really communicate. Having said that, this book is not super heavy on the angst, and was just a highly enjoyable read for me. This was my first book by this author, as I tend to stick to the MM genre, but her world building is great, and I am absolutely intrigued by many of the side characters' stories as well.
This was a really lovely poly story. I especially liked that it took place in the macho world of MCs.
Hawk and Snake have been this secret couple for three years. I do wish they had a chance to be out to the club before adding a third. It seemed to add another complicated layer to this relationship. However, I liked the communication aspect of this, even when it came up a little short.
Olivier was adorable and knew exactly what he wanted: to be the filling in a biker sandwich. Oliver gets his wish and it was a spicy sandwich, indeed.
Overall , I really enjoyed this story. Some editing and grammatical issues were evident throughout and it was slightly distracting. Still, I loved this trio so it was worth the time to read.
Okay, why do motorcycle clubs always have to have weird names? What's wrong with James or Tyler or Kevin? Snake, Hawk, Biscuit, etc. I have not read other stories (most appear to be m/f) and I had no clue who most of the supporting characters were, but the relationship itself was okay and I appreciated that jealousy did come up and it wasn't all roses. I was also a bit weirded out by Oliver's constant referals to Snake's skin as chocolate. It was fine but not a favourite.
I enjoy mmm and this was a good surprise. Tank and Snake are not an out couple. But they are in love until the realize they are missing something. It’s Oliver who wants to be part of a triad. It’s Sweet, sexy and it’s always easy
