Happiness and success depend on how you think. You will be owner of your life if you throw away your negative and passive thoughts and change them to positive and active thoughts. The future is yours when you challenge yourself with the faith that "I can do it."
I can do it 1. I will make a change by repaving my path with positive and active thoughts. 2. I will not be afraid of something that hasn't happened yet. Worry and anxiety block progressive thinking. 3. I will challenge myself endlessly. If someone else can do it. so can I.
Received as a gift back in high school. Was never motivated to read it then. An easy, interesting read full of short stories, reflections, and possible solutions in achieving a holistic way of improving self!
