Upward battle

Whew, Ms. Erika B, Keva, and Cooper had more than enough going on. Their relationship was an upward battle but I was glad they hiked through it. Keva was so hurt and humiliated by Elijah that she built walls that almost took a stick of dynamite to breakthrough. I was surprised and not at the same time about her profession. I could understand her using that career to build her finances, self-esteem, and self-confidence. Elijah was a certified jerk. He wanted his cake and eat it too. I was glad when Keva read him to filth when he tried to play her profession against her. I honestly don't think Keva and Alan had anything more between the two of them. I think the services she did was just that for her livelihood. I was glad when Keva piqued Cooper's interest. Cooper knew what he wanted and went for it.

Speaking of Cooper, his "best friend" Evan I did not care for. I honestly don't know if Evan was jealous because he didn't get Keva. Could it be that Evan had formed a bromance that Cooper didn't realize? I feel like Evan's ego was too big and he thought he contributed more to Cooper's success than he did. Evan was more like a secretary while Cooper did all the grunt work.

This novel hit a plethora of issues from someone being left at the altar to blackmailing. I was glad that Keva and Cooper withstood through it all. The blackmailing was hilarious to me once Cooper confronted THEBMAN he went from a "thumb thug" to quiet as a church mouse. I was a little leary at one point if Keva and Cooper would make it. The anonymous email shifted their relationship on an axis that started the big revel. Regardless, Cooper knew Keva was his "one". I love how he accepted Theo like he was his own. Theo was a sweet little soul that was quite attentive for his age. I am hoping 🤞🏾 if there are any updates on this couple that the family has expanded. Theo needs more siblings on his mother's side. Cooper needs some little ones to continue his legacy. Maybe just maybe Layla's story is birthed from this book. I feel like it's a lot going on with her and her baby daddy. Layla was the perfect cousin/sister that any girl could ever ask for. She gave it to you with no chaser. This is a fantastic read, grab a copy and indulge.

ummmm I’m confused….

I feel like I am missing a lot with this book, who wrote the email, what happened between the friendship with Cooper and Evan? What happen with Cooper job, did he make it or not, I don’t like Elijah or Sara I wanted to see her bubble get popped. I would like another book to clear up all this because this book definitely for short.

Love Coop & Keva💕

Queen Erika gave us a slow burn, insta-love. She had me ready to bust some windows with the way the book kicked off😂.
Let's address the phuck boy of the year, Elijah. That bih needed paws to be laid on him, a time or two to bring him off that entitled thrown of his. That disrespectful motherfudgesicklestix acted as if he was the one who got left at the alter for a side piece and a baby🙄😡. The level of hatred and disrespect he had for Keva was just sad a pathetic. Hua most definitely sent that anonymous email and it showed every time he spoke to her regarding her relationship with Coop.
I had a feeling Boyd was a creep, but dayyyuuummm, blackmailing for the😺🤔
Evan we suspect as hell the whole book. Him always saying "He got Coop where he was" made me think of Jay-Z when he said "you made hov, then make another hov" like if you so called made him, go make another one. He made me feel like he was low-key in love Kava, otherwise why would he be so invested in her.
I love Coop & Keva💕. They both equally worked my nerves in the beginning with their lack of properly communicating, which requires you to listen. They were so in love with each other and I'm glad the stopped listening to the negative Nancy's and gave their relationship a true shot. Now I was pissed that she pretty much allowed Elijah bih a** to constantly disrespect her and use her and their son to lie to his wife. I was really hoping she pulled out her receipts to shit him tf up and stop him from being an effing disrespectful bully.
Her sister/friend was super dope.

I loved this story & I need a Book 2, please🙏🏾

The first chapter started off with a big bang & I expected Keva to have a runaway groom, smh - just hated the "why" of it though ... plus reading her ex-fiance stayed in Keva's life due to their co-parenting and he's a bully - simply became an unneccessary thorn in her side🤨.

I was cheering when Keva found confidence to stand for herself and in her truth even while facing some of her messy choices. Glad Keva bounce back led to the discovery of true love which made this story between her and Cooper provide some undeniable emotional feels - its contents drama & their sexual explosion that's so electric you need a fan.

Plus laughable moments shared between Layla & Keva throughout the entire book is excitingly unforgettable. I rejoiced in the nurturing way Layla continues to provide Keva support not only as her as cousin actually their life-long friendship is refreshing.

Very happy Cooper was on his grown Man's man status - he accepted the feelings his heart would not let go for Keva. I like that he put his career ambitions aside & ignored Evan self-serving relationship advise. Doing so Cooper was able to focus on obtaining the love of a lifetime he wanted with Keva and became her forever future she desired along with being the type of dad needed for the oh so lovable Theo.

Evan was just such a fake😤

PS. I am hoping Erika B gives Layla her own story plus include an update on Cooper & Keva, too -- so thank you Ericka B in advance for making me a satisfied reader ☺️

Forever Love

Cooper and Keva belonged together and I’m happy they found a forever love.
However, Cooper jumping to the wrong conclusion annoyed me to no end! Keva, should have slapped the taste out of him for how he spoke to her. Punk!

Cooper’s best friend Evan, and his jealousy towards Keva and their relationship was absolutely weird. It’s one thing to be concerned for your friend but he took it too far. And that sorry sack of dung aka Elijah, just needed to die! Can’t stand him!

I loved the parents! Cooper’s father is absolutely hilarious. And Keva’s cousin Layla, is a mess too! lol We need her story next. 👀

Forever + You, is an enjoyable read, so download your copy today.

Great job Author Erika B.

Sometimes People Are In Your For A Season, A Reason Or ALifetime

Erica B, excellent read! Thank you for allowing Keva to find herself, to get her confidence up and to not allow a mess to keep her from missing her blessing.
Cooper is the best! He had every right to feel how he felt, but he was man enough to think with his heart and not his head. Keva was scared to let go but Cooper showed her such love for her and her child, she finally knew what true love and friendship meant.
Evan was just such a dweeb. His karma will catch up to him.
Are you gonna give Layla a story? Her self needs one. Great Read🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

Connect the dots.. give us the goods!

I struggled with rating this story. One, while I loved Cooper and Keva as a couple, their tale wasn’t very realistic. Keva was a strong woman, but she also vacillated back and forth a lot which was not only annoying, but I also found kinda childish as well. All that foolishness with Elijah, Evan, Boyd, and the other guy just wasn’t it. And in the end, we never find out what happened with Evan and Cooper’s friendship. Also, we’re all adults. We want the sex scenes, not the watered-down version for a made for tv show!!! Got me waiting on the details of their first time and all I get is a flashback the next day!!!

Can we get a part 2?

I enjoyed the story of Keva and Cooper. I was engaged with the story from the very beginning. Keva and Cooper were very frustrating at time because of their stubbornness and their inability to simply communicate with each other. This is a sexy and entertaining love story . I only wish it gave us a little more with what happened with Cooper’s career and his friendship. Erika B. graced us with another great story!

Cooper and Keva

Cooper's and Keva's relationship went through a lot of ups and downs but their love prevailed despite a stank ex-fiancee, co-worker and so-called best friend. I really enjoyed the friendship that Keva had with her cousin, Layla. There were so many laugh out loud moments between the two which I looked forward to reading. This is the first book that I've read from this author and I was not disappointed.

Sorta, Kinda...huum

The story was sorta and kinda interesting. A few times the details floated above instead of a soft landing. I'm not sure I felt any kind of connection between Cooper and Keva. And Elijah, Evan,Boyd, and Layla all felt superficial- none of them crossed my mind as real friends. 3.5 stars....

Forever You

I had hope when I started reading this book, but it was poorly edited. Neither the plot or characters were developed. There was bad grammar, inconsistencies, and the scenes didn't flow. I've read other books from this author but this one has been the worst so far. I didn't check the publishing date and this could be a book she wrote a while ago.

Don’t Judge

We do this too much…judging. This is what happened with Keva based on what she did for a living and too many people trying to be in her relationship with Cooper…lies, deceit, jealousy!

A very good read and something to have is say hmmm.

I expected more

It seemed Iike as soon as it got juicy it ran out of steam. I was hoping for a conflict with either Evan or Elijah maybe even Boyd. It went to quick to the happly ever after. Still it was decent read.

Forever Plus You

I hated how the story ended! I did however like how hard the couple would ride for each other. No recommendations for this one I feel it was rushed and left more to be desired.

Messy

Messy from the beginning to the end, with lots of love and sex in between.

Unresolved issues can through you out your game, if you let it.

Great read, real life issues.
