SILVER Silver is co-managing Club Whisky with Fox and Mia’s help. He’s feeling overwhelmed and a little like something is missing in his life. Working hard and no time after Fox let's him down Silver has to find staff, and find them fast, or he'll be in a position where the Club will be ready to open and no one to run the place. When his new staff member is beaten in the clubs parking area things start to happen, and Silver doesn't like it one little bit.
EDEN Eden has just lost her job and realizes that allowing her step-sister to use her has left her with nothing and all alone. This is not what her parents would have wanted for her. Eden is at the end of her rope. Being homeless while looking for a job is far better than the life she is living. She begins working at the bar and has caught Silver’s interest. Come along for the ride, as they navigate the destructive storm that Eden’s step-sister has brought upon them while discovering their love and friendship. The Raging Barons show Eden what true family and home are all about.
This is not a hard-core read. Each of the books in the series covers one of the MC characters. They can be read as standalone but are best read in order. No cliff-hanger, HEA The content is for mature audiences only 18+. Please do not read if sexual situations, violence, and explicit language offend you.
Silver is the co-manager of Club Whisky and getting ready for the reopening of the club. When he hires Eden he feels something for her but it is not until she is in danger that he really begins to grapple with his feelings. Can he keep her safe and could she be interested in a biker like him?
I liked aspects of this but Meat was the main character, who I thoroughly enjoyed. Silver and Eden are in the story but there is not a lot of chemistry that builds between them. The story has a lot of different takes from different characters so it is not a story solely focused on Silver and Eden.
Silver is struggling to cope with the soon to be re-opening of the club he and Fox run for the MC after Mia's revamp. Eden finds herself homeless and jobless, after being used by her step sister Shirley, getting hired at Club Whiskey is just what she needs for a new start. When trouble heads for Eden, Silver and the club won't stand for it and will protect her, even if it means Silver claims her. Well written MC romance, with classic JE Daelman humor -love Meat!, detailed scenes, the mixture of characters draw you in and the story holds your attention through out. With laughter, action, suspense, teasing steamy scenes and more!
I really liked Eden from the start and hated how she got taken advantage of. I did love her leaving the house with everything she bought, including the food. There are times when this level of petty is appropriate! The aftermath wasn't great for Eden, living in her car and hoping to find a job. Her talking to Shar at the coffee shop, changed so much for her, even if it took a bit.
Once Eden had the job at the new club, things started to look up for her. Regular money coming in and you could tell that soon, her life would be on track. Sadly that track got crushed through no fault of her own and while it was awful what happened, the outcome was so good! Now fulling into the fold with the MC, Eden finds friends in Mia and Shar, finds brothers with all the guys, but especially Meat and finds people that appreciate her and want her around. Then there is the whole thing with Silver. That whole situation was odd, but it worked for them, mostly because they made it. They took the time to get to know each other and really decide if this was something they wanted. It was nice to see how things ended for them.
Now as much that was going on with Eden, there was a lot going on with Target and Chaos's friends they were trying to find to bring into the club. Stitch seems like a great guy, normal and I'm sure will fit in. But and it's a big one, Meat is an odd ball and I say that with love! I found all the scenes that Meat was in, he pretty much stole, from showing off his naked Tarzan skills when Target first found him, to the mayhem at the end with Mia and Eden were right by his side, this trio is bound to stir all sorts of trouble in the future and I cant' wait to see it. Then there was all the food talk with Meat, I wanted to eat all that they were talking about.
I look forward to reading more in this series and to see what other new businesses are going to happen to the club.
Oh My this series is so good. Book 3 is Silver who is the co manager of Club Whisky , Fox has left him hanging so he has been handling it all on his own. Mia interviews and hires Eden (who happens to be homeless thanks to her step sister) but Silver becomes her protector when she is attacked. Not going to give it away but the story will keep you reading. I loved it. You can't go wrong with a story that has veterans and a cook named Meat!
This is a new author for me which I will be reading more of her books. This is a great story. I love the fact that the woman get to be as strong as the men. The fact that other members were included in the story line was fantastic. I would recommend this to anyone!
There were too many side characters mentioned from the start of the story; so much so that I had to go back to the blurb and read who the h and H were supposed to be. Then I later went back to the book's page on Amazon to see what categories the book was listed in because there was seriously no chemistry or romance between the main couple for maybe 80% of the book and then there was one short sex scene at about 93%.
I also tried to find the author's bio because some of the wording (mum, queue, etc.) and phrasing seemed as if she was using UK terms which was just a bit jarring to the flow of the story since I thought the MC and the story were in the US.
This series just keeps getting better. You will laugh out loud and fall in love with Silver. Silver is in charge of opening one of the clubs businesses with another brother Fox who leaves Silver hanging stressing him out. Eden is a sweet girl who unfortunately has a horrible family. Suddenly she finds herself without a job or a roof over her head. Luckily she is hired on at Club Whiskey. This opens her to the world we love of Raging Barons MC...suspense, action, and of course love.
I was honored to receive an advanced reader copy of Silver from Jan and this is my voluntary & honest review. Silver is co-managing the newly renovated Club Whiskey with Fox and Mia will be assisting with interviews for additional staff. Eden lost her last job and also decided to move out of her family home, because her evil step-sister got the house when her father Stan passed away. Eden was not only having to pay a massive rent fee, but bought groceries and paid the utilities, because Shirley didn't work. Eden met Shar at the club's Coffee House and she got Eden an interview for Club Whiskey and that's how she & Silver met. A few twist and turns throughout and even some fun adventures. You're going to enjoy meeting Meat and Stitch, whom Target knew during their time in the service. Fox was supposed to help co-manage Club Whiskey, but wound up doing some furniture refurbishing for his sister, then others wanted him to build other products, and now Mia is establishing another new money maker business for the club. I thoroughly enjoyed this story as I have with the other two and also her series with the Satan's Guardians MC.
I’ve now read the first three books in the series in three days. I just love the writing style. They are written in first person, not my favorite POV. The difference that I like so well is that there are more than the main characters POVs. Each chapter or section might be any of the characters. With the various events the person who is doing or observing is in their own POV. It really fleshes out the story so much better.
There are some typos and missing words but not enough to drop my star count.
I’m not going to tell about the story as others have done so. All of the books have been great so far. You really should start with Truth and Lies, the Prequel to the series and then proceed straight through in order. I’m going to download book 4 now.
Another good story from the author that can either be read as a stand-alone or following on in the series. I really liked it as she has a way of writing that draws you in. The story in some parts isn’t easy because of content but overall it shows a strong woman getting her HEA from a sad start. Eden can’t believe what’s happened in a couple of short years in her life and feels like she’s rock bottom. She eventually gets a job working for the Raging Barons MC and meets Silver but fate still hasn’t stopped messing with her unfortunately. A good five star read
Eden is homeless and she walks into Shar's coffee house. Shar gives a lead for a job at the bar owned by the MC. Silver claims Eden as his ole lady. The get to know one another. Mia, Shar and Eden go out on their own take down Tommo and another man. These girls are going to be something else. Together they are a force to be reckoned with. I hope in the upcoming stories we see more of these girls and what they get into. Lots of laughter throughout this story. We get to know more about the MC brothers and their personalities. I really enjoyed this book.
Silver is struggling with managing his bar, with no help from his partner Fox and everything going on in the club. Add to that the feeling of something missing from his life. Eden is homeless and struggling to find a job. But it’s better then letting her step sister continue to use her. She ends up working at the bar and the club finds Eden beaten in the bar parking lot, as they help her heal and deal with her problems Eden and Silver become friends and realize that they belong together. Come along for this wild ride with Silver, Eden and the Raging Barons MC.
I love these books as the point of view is from more than just the two main characters which lets you get to know more about the other characters and leaves you wanting more (can’t wait for the next book). Silver is the manager of the MC’s bar and Eden’s bad luck changed when she met Shar and was told about a job opening at the bar. From the first time he met her, Silver knew he had to know her more. Slowly but surely their relationship develops and after a few bumps in the road, they are finally ready for their happily ever after.
This is Silver and Eden’s story and the third book in the series. Eden has no family since her mother died except for her stepsister. Eden has a good work ethic but Shirley doesn’t as she lives off money that Eden earns at her job. Things become complicated when Eden is attacked and beaten. Shirley is now a druggie and has sent her supplier after Eden for money. Silver becomes involved when Eden is attached in the parking lot. After multiple problems Silver and Eden get there HEA.
This is the third book in this series. The first bookstore was wax rough and left many questions unanswered and honestly I didn't think it was written very well. However, I found the characters interesting and wanted to see if the writing improved. While the second and now the third book also seem to be somewhat lacking The author has a good imagination and her characters are interesting with quirky personalities making me want to read the next book just to see what they get up to next.
Eden and Silver, what a great couple. I love how this author brings all her couples together as friends with a little attraction. I did get confused on the POV from newer characters, but she tied it all together so nicely. We are kept updated updated on everyone, including Axel and Mia, which I love. J.E. Daelman can bring a smile or two out, also. Tarzan and his two Janes🤣 Thing is, now I think my new favorite is Meat
Love the series and this addition to it is NOT a disappointment. I laughed, cried when someone was attacked, rejoiced when the characters did and adored every second when reading it. Action galore. MC kind, relationship kind, and girl posse kind. Highly recommend. There are a few editing issues but it does not detract from the story. HEA, no cheating, no cliffhanger. Fabulous read
I loved this book. Daelman has fleshed out real and likeable characters in the club. The romance is sweet, The old ladies and Shar are up to mischief, managing to find trouble to the dismay of the brothers. I LOVE Meat's character. So many layers. You will laugh, cry, boo and cheer through the book. Buy/borrow it and enjoy!
This entire series is excellent and book #1, Truth and Lies is superb
Best ending ever! I laughed so much. I can’t stop smiling. These brothers are awesome. All a little crazy, which I just love. I am a big fan of instalove and this is not that. Silver and Eden got to know each other and found themselves in love. And I love it. While there is already a brotherhood, the women that are joining them are building their own sisterhood and family and I am totally enjoying it. So good!
This one has confused me. Up u til now, this series felt like it had a direction but after this one Im not so sure. The comedic monents were the most enjoyable as the over all plot of girl in danger fell short in tension and mayhem. This club is a club and not a real MC. The writing almist reminds me of a YA book, very simple and somewhat choppy. Doors are not open and this has no sizzle. But I liked the humor.
What I really love about this series is that although the book is focused on one couple you also get to see what’s happening with the rest of the MC with chapters from the perspectives of some of the other characters. I’m finding that I’m really enjoying these books and I find them to be quite addictive and I’m just glad that I have a few to read through. I would most definitely recommend giving these books a read.
I loved Eden and Silver’s story! It was exciting, fun and so entertaining. I love how the MC has found a purpose to helping their community, women as well as taking out the trash and protecting their loved ones! J.E. Daelman is a fun writer with a great imagination. I look forward to reading more of the RBMC and their friends and families. Thank you J.E. You’re awesome!
with the Raging Barons MC . Thoroughly enjoyable storyline with a lot of action, shenanigans and interest. Characters are well described and interactions thoughtful without overuse or irrelevant information. Not one essential word wasted and descriptions are like looking at a picture taking shape.
Looking forward to the reread, serious matters with lots of fun too.
I am loving this series, and this one didn't disappoint! I love that these women are strong and Eden fit right in. Silver was amazing, and he and Eden were perfect together. The only thing missing is the old guys, but watching Eden build a relationship with the other guys in the MC was my favorite part.
Silver meets Eden has she comes in for a job at the bar But Eden has her own trouble with family that leaves her homeless and needing help. But Mia ,Shar and the MC ralley around and saves her. Another great story love the new brothers . Can't wait to see what happens next.
Great book. Plenty of intrigue, awe moments and laughter. Not easy to put down once started. Great characters, plenty of intrigue, awe and laughter. Look forward to see how Meat and the girls get the club up and running and their club proceeds. Look forward to meetong the next lady to join and I am sure cause as much mayham
What a wonderful story. Silver is runs the bar and Eden walks in for a job. Eden is have a very difficult time in her life right now and when she is hurt it will take all the MC to help keep her safe. Now if you want a clean sweet well written MC story than you must read Ms. Daelman books. They have romance, intrigue, and funny moments. I definite must read author.
The romance in this book takes up less than a third of the book, it's mostly about the mc. The characters are interesting and I liked them. Meat was great but the romance just wasn't there, they barely spoke till half was threw the book and then it was "hey want to be my ol lady" to which she reply yes. That was very underwhelming.
i loved reading this story about Silver and Eden. Eden's past broke my heart, and Silver being able to put her trust and heart back together was awesome. Silver being so dependable and stoic but showing Eden a different side to a burly biker was awesome!
