As Chris untangles the web of suspicious financial transactions, he discovers a secret that will once again put him in the crosshairs of sinister parties.
Just like going to the movies. When I was a kid I used to watch westerns every Sunday and Saturday. The good guys always won. Shoot out after shoot out you just couldn't kill the protagonist. Way to go Mr. Darren you told a great story.
Good, but a bit overkill; pun intended. After awhile, I was like, seriouly?? Liked the main character, but, again, seriously?? Sometimes more is just more.
This is a better than average action packed novel. It didn't rare a fifth star because it just was not believable. The plot was predictable and there was no surprise ending.
Heart pumping right to the end! Loved the characters and their stories. The writing was outstanding and I could not put this book down. Can't wait for the next one!
He sure gets into major problems! I knew several IRS agents who had some very colorful stories, this is way beyond that. Fun read, I enjoyed his pep talks to hisself!
