Love Blooms. Danger Looms. One year has passed since Navy SEAL Ned Silver found the love of his life, his mermaid, Madison, in the beautiful waters of Florida’s Gulf Coast. The two of them have embarked on two great a love affair worthy of Poseidon himself, and a thrilling underwater discovery of a long-lost Spanish Galleon possibly worth millions.
As they explore the depths of their relationship, frolicking in the warm waters littered with ghosts of dreams lost and shipwrecks abundant, dangerous secrets are revealed. Ned wonders if being a Navy SEAL really is his higher calling, or is he now being drawn to remain at Madison’s side in Florida, giving up the Coronado lifestyle and his buddies on Team 3. Just as his father did some twenty plus years ago, Ned has found love and adventure to fill a lifetime, and a treasure more valuable than gold or silver, to protect…
This is book seven in The Sunset Seal series and it is Ned and Madison's story and it is definitely a must read. Her has just returned after her another gruelling assignment with his.seal brother's and can't wait to see Madison who he not only loves but also missed her and that is making Ned question his life and career. Ned and Madison to on another dive for treasure but as usual danger is just around the corner waiting to strike, have they been betrayed and will they all survive. This might be a shorter than normal but it certainly pack's a punch as it is action packed and a real page turner that had you on the edge of your seat and I definitely recommend you read this book and you will not be disappointed.
I am not sure how I feel about this book. Its kind of a continuation of Treasure Island SEAL, which I think was book 3 in the Sunset SEAL series.
Noonan was still trying to live out his dreams, pulling Ned and Maddie into his search.
I understood that Ned was having second thoughts about his future, but I didn't understand why he made the decision he made.
I was confused by what went on when everyone was on the water. The traitor was working with the people on the yacht? What was the person getting out of betraying everyone? That all happened so fast, I thought "Wait, what?"
There was a lot of conversation about maritime laws, deep dive searches, history of the sunken ship, etc. The information caused some uncertainty, some hesitation, some suspicion, but I don't know how important most of it ended up being to the flow of the book.
Maybe I wasn't in the right frame of mind to read this book. This didn't feel like Sharon Hamilton read to me. There was a little bit of action that eventually occurred. This treasure hunt seemed to be more about dishonesty and betrayal. I wasn't really feeling any sense of romance. I kept feeling like something was missing.
If my review sounds like it is all over the place, my guess is because that's how I felt reading this book. I feel badly because I wanted to like it, but I didn't. It was OK, but left me feeling unsatisfied. I would give this 3.5 stars.
I voluntarily read and reviewed the Advanced Reader Copy of this book.
We are back on the Gulf Coast of Florida in this latest story of Sunset SEALs. If you read Treasure Island SEAL, you got to meet and fall in love with quiet, serious Navy SEAL Ned Sterling and Madison Montgomery, his “mermaid”. A year later, after a dangerous mission in Mexico, one that makes Ned wonder about his future, he takes a leave to spend time in Florida with Madison and doing some treasure hunting with his father’s friend Noonan. With a crew made up of his friends, acquaintances and a local scuba shop owner, they start the search of a sunken ship and hidden treasures. Somehow danger follows them, as one of their own falls ill. Will they find the treasure and survive the danger? If so, will Ned decide what will be the next step in his life? Will he commit to Madison? What about his career? This was an entertaining story and a good addition to the series. I was entrusted a copy of this book. The opinions expressed are solely my own.
Loved this book! It had me from the first chapter! I love the guys and their ladies! They never shy away from helping each other or having each orher"s backs! Brothers in not only their job but as in a tight knit family! Ms. Hamilton knows how to weave a perfect balance of rugged and tough as nail men and their feisty independent women who love them fiercely. This is the continued story about Ned Silver and Madison. Their love story and their search for treasure off the gulf coast of Florida. Is it as simple as that or is there more at play? Will Ned be forced to make a decision he never thought he would have to make? Is it the right time? Check it out and see what you think. I love this series as well ! I enjoyed this story so much because we get to revisit with many of the SEAL from team three and others. We get a chance to see what they have been up to! Can not wait for the next book to hit my kindle!!❤🔥
Well that didn't finish the way I thought it would, after such a build up. Intense at times and Noonan is a bit naughty with risks and being completely legal in what he does. I do feel Ned is a bit unsteady, one minute he has made his mind up to leave the team, the next he doesn't know, not very fair to Maddy. Good job she knows exactly where she wants to be. This was interesting and exciting, definitely some suspense and action. I did find a few errors and because of that I did drop a star sadly, I can't in good faith mark 5. However I did enjoy reading the story and it's a fabulous plot and wonderful characters. This is not a stand alone, I feel you at least need to read the series in order but ideally you need to start at the very beginning with Kyle, Coop, TJ ect, because they carry on through even into this one. It's worth the reading I promise. Come on Ned sort yourself out before the series ends.
I received this ebook ARC, from the author, on the condition that I write an honest review. I’ve read several books written, by Sharon Hamilton, and I’ve loved each one. Her books always have a couple, who are madly in love. Ned is the H in this story, and a Navy Seal, and he is in love with Madison, a bartender/his mermaid. A close friend has discovered some undersea treasures, wants them to help him obtain them. Ned calls on his trustworthy Seal brothers, and Madison gets her fellow performers. The whole group dives deep, and find some articles of value, but a threat halts the dive. Their captain suffers a cardiac complication, and the group attempts to dive without their Captain. Once again danger threatens, but they discover the mole in the group. The dive is cancelled to wait until the Captain has regained his health. The couple obtains their HEA, and the books ends beautifully.
So glad we get to see more of Ned and Madison's story in this new book. There seems to new events and challenges to finding out whether they will ever get their HEA. This book is a roller coaster ride of adventures, mysteries and some moments that will have you on the edge of your seat to find out what "exactly" is Love's Treasure. I loved the way Sharon Hamilton left a bit of room and speculation at the end of this book that gives me hope that there just might be another book in the future (please, please, please!) where we can see more of Ned and Madison and new treasure hunts!
I was given an ARC in exchange for an honest and totally voluntary review.
This second half of the series feels much more action-oriented than the time we spent watching our couples fall in love in the first half. I enjoyed this book, but there were some things that didn’t quite work for me. I still loved Ned, and I liked Madison better than when I first met her, however I didn’t connect with her much better than the first time. I also felt like this storyline was a little fractured. There were several scenes that started going places that looked like they could be important, that turned out not to be, and that left me frustrated. I liked seeing the ending Ned and Madison got, it was simply different than where I thought it was going to go.
This is the story of Ned and Madison developing re!ationship. They met previous but their relationship was not explored. They are to go on a treasure hunt of a sunken ship. Of course things don't always go smoothly for the hunt. This hunt puts a strain on the relationship of the two main characters and Ned's friends and aquaiantaces, who are trying to do this find by the law. Ms. Hamilton keeps the suspense going, leaving you to wonder if they can find the treasure or if they get waylaid. Ms Hamilton keeps you on the edge of your seat during the whole story. Loved this story!
LOVE’S TREASURE finds Ned and Madison back together with Ned facing decisions about his and Madison’s future. Looking forward to some relaxing downtime with the love of his life, he never imagined he’d be embroiled in a treasure hunt that could cost him his and Madison’s lives. The potential for excitement is great and the romantic aspects are heartening. It’s an enjoyable and entertaining tale that will keep you involved from start to finish. And, although the ending may not be exactly wrapped up in a shiny bow, it does leave you with the hopeful prospect for Ned and Madison’s HEA.
Navy Seal Ned Sterling goes back to Florida to the live of his life and his mermaid. A year after a very bad mission he is wondering if he just get out and move to Florida with her. He goes to visit and gets into another adventure with his father friend again. He gets some of his teammate to come help and says nothing illegal. His father's friend have a heart attack out on the ocean when stat getting followed. They find out that ship was stolen and had a reward for it. They were told to stay away from it but it kept chasing them.
Back to Treasure Island and the Salty Dog. Ned has gone back to be with Madison taking 2 months leave to figure out if he's ready to commit and leave the Seal teams and make Madison and Florida his home now. While there Ned and Madison ask her friends and some of his Seal friends to come down and help them find treasure. Will they find the Galleon with all its treasures? This book has drama, suspense, and finding out what the real treasure is and where you truly want to be.
We are back in the Sunset Seals world and catching up with Ned and Madison. He has some decisions to make about his next steps in life. They are on a hunt for treasure and many of their friends are there to help. You will have to read to see if they can make it through all the twists to get to the end goal. Felt it is a good addition to the series. I received a free copy of the book and I am voluntarily leaving a review.

The intrigue and adventure keep my interest piqued. Loved it!
ARC for honest review with no compensation 4.5 stars
Love’s Treasure is book 7 in the Sunset SEALs series by Sharon Hamilton and the continuing story of Ned and Madison, 1 year later…making decisions, finding treasure, twists, turns, danger finding what next in their future…
Sharon: I’m amazed at your knowledge of the ocean. Very well written with so few bad words. I love to read Seal romance but a lot of the language is such trash I stop reading. Thank you.
Rejoining Madison and Noonan on the golf coast Ned ponders his future with the SEALs as another hunt for ship wreacked riches. This book has its high and low points but over all is good. Personally I was hoping for a different ending but it does set up for another adventure with the group.
ARC Review For honest review. this story has bed sliver from team 3 and Madison while he's on a break from deployment treasure hunting and figuring out their lives. Fantastic story
Loves Treasure is book #7of The Sunset Series and it is a great story with a few of our favorite navy seals helping out with another one of Noonans dives, but will danger follow them? Ned and Madison still are working on their relationship and future ,but with this last dive will it be the end for them or will Ned change his life forever?I absolutely fell in love with this book and couldn't put it down and omg I absolutely love all my navy seals and it's good seeing them again. Sharon Hamilton is absolutely fantastic and just love her books.
Sharon Hamilton’s seventh book in the Sealed at Sunset was a great addition to the series. The story continues to follow Ned, Madison, and Noonan in their quest for a new treasure. Some of Ned’s Seal buddies come help search for the treasure. Love’s treasure was an action packed story with a good amount of suspense and a glimpse into Ned and Madison’s relationship. I can’t wait for their happily ever after!
