This is book 3 in Kennedy L Mitchell’s In Clear Sight series. She’s written them in such a way that they absolutely stand on their own - but there’s references to characters from the other books and they’re best enjoyed in order.

This is my favorite of the series so far. I really liked the balance of romance and suspense as well as the pacing. Mitchell did a great job is interspersing the action scenes throughout the story. I also liked that the trio had a longer time getting to know one another. Georgia’s initial assumption that Trap & Shade are a gay couple led to a lot of hilarious misunderstandings. While the guys are not romantic toward each other, I loved the depth of their friendship.

Shade & Trap are also great with Georgia’s preteen daughter, Grace. Yes, they have a romantic interest in Georgia, but I truly felt the family bond between all of them as individuals and as a whole unit. I would have liked a bit more of an epilogue (I love epilogues!) but it seems Mitchell keeps things a little vague to prevent spoilers between stories. Maybe at the end of the series we’ll get a peek into the future. 🤞🏼

I can’t wait for Caradee’s story.

CW (spoilers):
Mention of sex trafficking & sexual assault including minors, detailed attempted sexual assault of Georgia, detailed assault on Georgia

I received an advanced copy of the ebook and am leaving my honest review.

This was my first Kennedy L. Mitchell story- but when I saw it was MFM mixed with the heroine in danger trope, I knew it sounded delicious. And, for the most part, I quite enjoyed this. Fast paced, swoony but alpha heroes, a strong heroine despite being in distress, likable secondary cast, and lots of steam. It was entertaining and enjoyable- and despite the subject matter, not too heavy.

Our heroine Georgia is escaping her very horrible husband with her teenage daughter, and finds herself in a new witness protection situation in a small town. Turns out who two VERY sexy neighbors Shade and Trap are local police officers, and her new found protectors. The chemistry is instant, but the situation of being in a throuple dynamic is certainly unusual, at least to her….Shade and Trap have in fact shared a woman before, a woman they are still grieving. But, the romantic tension can not be denied, and Georgia decides to explore this dynamic.

Holy moly are these guys HOT. Swoony dream boats. Strong, alpha, protective, hella sexy. They are really understanding of Georgia’s distrust. The sexy parts are great, and we’ve got some good danger at play. I did find the ending to feel a bit rushed/abrupt, but mostly i just wanted more emotional intimacy between these two. They are kind of trauma bonded, and their connection doesn’t really go beyond that. I still enjoyed them together, and the action and danger perhaps kept the three of them for really getting to know each other more in the context of this story. And, I love love their dynamic and the sexy times.

This was an MFM romance with romantic suspense done really well. I loved the connection between all charcters and how there was deep healing for all the characters. This book also had so much heat, emotion and there was danger around the corner. It was the perfect combination.

When Georgia overhears a conversation her husband is having with some of his board members she know she needs to take action to protect her daughter. To save herself and her daughter she goes into into witness protection in West Texas where Max from the first book handles her case. We meet all the characters from the previous books and there is such great found family and small town vibes in this series.

“Your ass in those leggings draws the eye of every single fucker in town, and I don’t want them looking at you. You’re ours.”

Georgia really needed to feel seen and be loved. She had been very alone in her marriage and she needed to feel that she was wanted. The humor in this was great when Georgia first thought that Trap and Shade were gay. It leads to some cute and funny moments.

“Is it…? Do you only”—I gestured between the three of us—“take part in group activities? If so, is there like a calendar of events?”

Shade and Trap are her next door neighbours and they are both police officers. They lost their girlfriend three years ago and have been living an empty life since then. Trap and Shade were so interesting to me. They live together and want to find a woman that they can share. Both men were strong alphas and very protective of Georgia from the moment they meet. But they also had such different personalities, they were vulnerable in different ways and wanted to take care of Georgia and Grace in different ways.

This romance has instalust but it also took some time to build that romantic connection between Georgia, Trap and Shade. The intimacy was beautiful and I liked that she had moments when they were all together but also with one of them to get to know each of the men more deeply. This was so spicy and I liked that we got a man in uniform using his handcuffs on Georgia, so sexy.

“You’re in control of this, Georgia. You say, ‘Enough,’ and we stop. You say, ‘More’”—his hazel eyes twinkled—“and we’ll give you everything.”

Something that was very sweet was how they both had an important part to play in healing the relationship between mother and daughter. Georgia had to shelter Gracie from the awful truths she found out and in doing so their relationshop became strained. Trap and Shade showed them both what it means to feel safe and be cared for by healthy men and I loved how they all became a family. I liked that both men also had a relationship with Grace and made her feel stronger as well. With Georgia and Grace Trap and Shade start to live again, they find a home and it was beautiful to see how they all need each other and help heal each other.

I was already attached. They were already so deep under my skin and working their way into my heart that it was too late to ward myself against them. Maybe that was okay.

3.5 stars for this romance suspence in which we meet Georgia, Shade and Trap. Horrified by her discovery of her husband's corruption, she ends up secreted away where her neighbours are hot and 'obviously' a couple. There are surprises in store, teenager angst and attitude to face, and a steep hill to climb before Georgia can find peace.
A good menage novel with sparks of heat and rewards for a battle fought. 💖💖💖💖

For me personally this wasn't my favourite by this author, but I knew that would probably be the case going in.
There's a reason why I mainly only read MF books, unfortunately for someone who reads for the plot, far too often when a book has 'different' (for lack of a better word) relationships, the steam gets focused on more than the storyline.
Which is always a shame but especially by authors I adore.
The premise of the plot had me on the edge of my seat and I wish it was focused on even slightly more as I have so many questions still.
For those who like it hot with a dash of suspense, this is the book for you.
Unfortunately it mostly just wasn't for me, and that's more than ok.
Still looking forward to the next book in this series.

When Georgie finds out what her husband has been up to, she does the right thing which has now placed her and her daughter Gracie. They are taken away from everything that is familiar and placed in witness protection where she tries to distance herself from everyone but that is proving to be difficult when it comes to her sexy neighbors.

Trap and Shade share all aspects of their lives as they live together, work together, are best friends and are both attracted to Georgie. They are always there for whatever Georgie and Gracie need but will they be able to protect them when her past catches up to her with a vengeance?

Romance and intrigue combine as Georgie and Gracie find so much more than a place to hide when Trap and Shade come into their lives. Both narrators were a great choice as you could feel the emotions of the characters and the suspenseful situation they found themselves in. 🎧Pink Flamingo

Saved by the Officers is a hot MFM romance that I devoured! Georgia turned her disgusting husband in to the FBI after discovering his many misdeeds and enters witness protection. While in a temporary placement in Texas, she meets her neighbors, Trap and Shade, who also happen to be the local officers.

Georgia is struggling with how quickly her life has changed. Her daughter Gracie, a nearly 13 year old, is struggling even more because she doesn't understand why. Georgia's husband isn't going down easily either, which adds more stress to Georgia. Trap and Shade were perfect for her. They are protective and supportive. They build a relationship with Grace as well, helping her to adjust to the massive changes in her new life. The relationship moves kind of fast, once Georgia learns Trap and Shade aren't gay. I didn't think that fast pace was a bad or unbelievable thing. Her life was a mess and here are two hunks who want her (a new thing since her husband had NO interest in her) and can keep her safe. I felt the book strikes a good balance between steamy romance and suspense.

  POV: 1st
  Tears: no
  Trope: secret identity, single mom
  Triggers:
Series/Standalone: stand alone (it is part of a series, but I hadn't read the previous books)
  Cliffhanger:

What a page turner!

There was steam, there a fast-paced suspense plot (Georgia seemed to be in constant danger, but I guess she was in witness protection), and there was a good helping of caregiving (Trap and Shade were the officers next door who wanted to protect and take care of Georgia and her daughter Grace, and they managed to in a way that wasn’t overbearing).

Minor point - Georgia immediately trusting Trap and Shade didn’t make sense to me, but I went along with it because I liked their dynamic and overall really enjoyed the story.

this was a delightful find for me

MFM ✔️
Strong badass female character ✔️
Two first responder hunks ✔️
Kinky couple scenes and some delightful threesome scenes ✔️
A little suspense, but not so much or so long winded that I had severe anxiety ✔️

Yea, I loved this one. I think this is the start of a love affair with Kennedy Mitchell for me

This book was crazy good.

I loved every aspect of this book and its characters. It was a wonderful surprise to see Trapp's depth and Shade's sweetness. When you first meet them, you don't picture those traits, so when they show up, it makes their personalities and interactions much more delicious.
I craved Trapp's protection and Shade's cuddles.

Georgia was amazing. A strong woman running for her life and for her daughter's protection. She was loving and resilient. Rooting for her was so easy.

Their dynamics were incredible and their chemistry was explosive. And once again the secondary characters added the right flavor to the whole story.
Wonderful.

I haven't read this author in a while, but this was a really sweet and steamy MFM romance! I really enjoyed all our characters, but I just felt like there was a little something that was missing. I wanted even more emotion/connection between Georgia and her guys, and at times i felt like Shade and Trap were still grieving the loss of their girlfriend that Georgia was almost second choice to them at times. That'd not to say that this wasn't a good by any means, and I might feel differently if I go back and read it again, but I just kept wishing for *more.*

So Georgia is now in the WITSEC program with her daughter after she found horrific news about her husband (who is the absolute worst) and is working with the fbi to bring him down. When she moves to her safe location, she's instantly attracted to the gorgeous officers next door, but she knows she can't trust her heart after all she's been through, and doesn't feel like these men would look even twice at her. She's got so much going on between fearing for her life, having her daughter hate her for taking them away from their lavish lifestyle, and just trying to keep it together day by day.. woman has a lot on her plate.

Shade and Trap immediately feel a kinship and attraction to Georgia, even if they are hesitant to jump into a relationship. Their last girlfriend died three years ago, and their grieving process has been so different, and their friendship isn't the same as it used to be.. but can the single mom from next door be what finally makes them whole again? Or will they lose another woman they love when they realize just how much danger she's in?

Like I said above, this is really good. I liked all of our characters, I was just wishing for more emotion. The spice was perfect and I loved how the guys brought Georgia out of her shell and helped her daughter see that her mom was just protecting her. There was some truly laugh out loud moments too. All in all, a good read!

Wow! Saved By The Officers (In Clear Sight Series #3) is crazy good
and I am beyond jealous that Georgia got be in the middle of two hot AF officers! After discovering astonishing and despicable crimes that Georgia’s husband has committed, and turning him in to the authorities, she and her daughter Gracie were immediately whisked away from New York to the witness protection program and relocated to my favorite small town in Grandger, Texas. While Gracie is less than thrilled considering she’s a sullen teenager and has no idea what crimes her father has committed and why their life has been uprooted however, Georgia is doing the best she can each day. But the minute she laid eyes on her two very gorgeous and broody neighbors, Shade and Trap, she was locked in (I don’t blame her) and so were they.

Because of the unfortunate death of Shade and Trap’s long term girlfriend, both of them literally shutdown their hearts and any notion of a relationship until Georgia walked into their lives. I absolutely loved how their relationship developed and how the three of them healed each other. Also, they were off the charts kinky, very arousing and hotter than heck which is EXACTLY how I like my threesome tropes to be. Seriously though….I was clenching my thighs while reading a few of these scenes! Of course there was some edge worthy suspense that was well worth it. Saved By The Officers is a great five star read!

Kennedy nailed it with another book from Grandger, TX! This small town just keeps getting bigger. Trap & Shade thought they were ok just going through the motions of life, protecting their small town, and managing their farm… until Georgia and her daughter (Grace) showed up next door running from something.
Georgia had no idea what to do after turning her husband into the FBI for numerous crimes. She shows up in this small Texas town with her daughter and really nothing else. She has to start all over. Luckily, her two friendly neighbors willing to help her. Doesn’t hurt that they’re hot as hell!
Trap & Shade prove over and over they are there to protect and take care of Georgia, something she’s never had.
Georgia works hard to find her new self and in doing so, helps Trap & Shade move on from their past trauma. They all work to find a way through the past which helps Grace find a way in her new life too.

3.5 stars, rounding to 4✨

I loved the dynamic between these three characters. I loved the aspect of Georgia being such a strong, resilient woman but Shade and Trapper coming in to give her a much needed break from her stark reality.

Loved the way they all played on each others’ strengths and pushed when the other pulled. The ending was pretty suspenseful and had my heart racing at moments.

The spice was pretty on point for the most part but there were times when I wasn’t vibing with it. Which is definitely a personal opinion🤷🏻‍♀️

I also felt the men were not fully believable at moments where the author seemed to lose touch with the male POV.

Overall it was a solid book. If you’re interested in MFM where the men are macho protectors yet soft for their girl, this is your read!!

Third book in this series and I have been waiting to read Shade & Traps book ever since they were introduced in book one. And it didn't disappoint.

Georgia, one conversation. That's all it took for her life to be turned upside down. When she finds out about all her husband's deeds, she makes a quick decision that leads to her and her 13(I think, can't remember now) year old daughter to go on the run. She is a strong, intelligent and kickass heroine who would do everything to protect her daughter. And then she finds herself in a small town, with two protective and hot😜 neighbours, who would also do everything to ensure their safety.

Shade intense but loving and Trap, charming but protective. These two are not only best friends, but they have faced their own heartbreak and it hasn't been easy letting go of their past. But when Georgia and her daughter enter their lives, they find themselves finding a reason to move on, live and be happy. (𝐴𝑛𝑑 𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑦 𝑎𝑟𝑒 𝑑𝑎𝑚𝑛 𝑝𝑟𝑜𝑡𝑒𝑐𝑡𝑖𝑣𝑒 𝑜𝑓 𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑚)

Kennedy Mitchell just over here making WITSEC seem like something we all want to be in. Georgia takes her daughter and hides from her husband, after discovery of his illegal and corrupt actions.

Shade and Trap are their new neighbors, ex military and police. It’s instinctive of them to care and protect - and boy do they! They’ve been in a “sharing” situation before and never thought they would find their third again. They all are coming together in a time of need in each others lives.

Their story is MFM and explosive. As always there’s the suspense element that keeps you turning the page and guessing what our characters are going to face next.

I'm so glad Trap & Shade got their story since they've popped up in previous books, and since I was intrigued by them, I was hoping for their story. These guys do everything together, including women, but their long term partner has been gone for a cool minute, and they've been suffering a bit since. Georgia is on the run from her husband after finding out how truly evil he was, so she & her daughter have ended up neighbors to Trap & Shade hiding from said husband. Oh my hell, her first impression of these two men being together had me laughing hard to be honest. After all of that was cleared up, the sparks started flying between these three, and the sexy times were super hot. However, it was the emotional centeredness between the three that was my favorite part as the two men gave Georgia everything & more, not to mention how they interacted with her daughter has me sighing like a girly girl. To round out all of this goodness were the twists that did come in, since corrupt men don't tend to leave things alone so yeah, Saved by the Officers was another fantastic read by this brilliant author that I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

In true Kennedy L. Mitchell form readers are thrust into the midst of some sketchy stuff. From page #1 I knew that Georgia was going to be an amazing character, and I was not wrong. Georgia realizes that her husband turned into someone she doesn't know. She quickly gets things into place and flees with her daughter with the help of the FBI. Georgia and her daughter, Grace end up in a small town in Texas while they are in witness protection. I really love how Mitchell portrayed Georgia and Grace’s relationship….Grace’s character was spot on for a teenager, especially one thrust into a new life. And she did a great job of showing how isolating moving, parenting solo, and being a teen somewhere new can be. There was no sugar coating their situation.
Shade and Trapper are police officers. These best friends have a long history, and have lost the woman they loved. They never thought that they would be able to find what they had before. Each has their own way of coping with the loss, but are very worried about each other. When their new neighbor and her daughter move in, they know they are the run but not from who or what. They both step in and become the friends that Georgia and Grace need. Shade and Trapper are so different, yet balance each other out so well. Shade is very intense, and Trapper is easy going. Both are overprotective, but in their own way. When the trio began to navigate their way through a relationship the intensity was palpable. Mitchell did a fantastic job of showing the sexual tension, and when they all finally gave into their desires it was so unbelievably hot. So steamy. So very steamy. With all of that said, the fact that Georgia was a single mom was never pushed to the wayside like so many single parent romances. Grace was never an afterthought and her wellbeing was always everyone's top priority. If you love romantic suspense, a small town feel, and are unsure of a menage storyline is for you this is the book to read. You will fall in love with Shade, Trapper, and Georgia!

Story: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Trope: MFM, heroine in peril
Angst: 😱😱😱
Smexy: 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

"𝘠𝘰𝘶'𝘳𝘦 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘧𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘸𝘰 𝘣𝘳𝘰𝘬𝘦𝘯 𝘮𝘦𝘯 𝘸𝘩𝘰 𝘯𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺'𝘥 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘴 𝘣𝘦𝘢𝘵 𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘪𝘯."

Kennedy L. Mitchell completely knocked it out of the park with an emotionally driven and super smexy ride! Shade and Trap have done everything together since they were kids. Joined the military together, became cops together, and preferred to share a woman together as well. Three years ago, their special lady past away and since then, they've both been adrift... until their new neighbor shows up. Thirty seconds of eavesdropping changed Georgia's life forever and now she's hiding out from her ex, trying to keep her daughter safe when she meets the two super protective, hot guys next door.

I really enjoyed everything about this story. It was well written, fast paced, and had some nail biting action by the end of the book. The character development has been fantastic in this series and Georgia, Trap, and Shade are definitely not the exception. You care about them and their outcomes. Georgia is a super strong and successful woman who has had some major blows because of her ex, it was nice to see how Trap and Shade helped her build herself back up, just as she fills out the empty spaces in their lives. There is instant attraction between her and the guys, but it takes a bit for her to figure out the how of her place with them with some comedic results. Overall, a super hot read that will definitely hold your attention to the end and leave you wanting more! I can't wait for Caradees book next!

When running from your crooked husband to save yourself and your daughter what could be better than two hottie policeman next door that have a goat farm?

That's exactly what Georgia found when she was placed in a tiny town in witness protection. She also found protectors and the love she deserved. The dynamic between Shade, Trap and Georgia was so good. They each had their moments as couples and even the friendship between Shade & Trap and it made the story. The suspense of the plot was on point and kept you turning pages to find out what would happen next. I loved Georgia's backbone and all that she went through to make her daughter safe even with all it cost her. Saved by the Officers is a great addition to this series! All of them are must reads!

A Captivating & Steamy Trifecta! Amazing Story & Audiobook Listen🎧📚🎧

Saved by the Officers
In Clear Sight, Book 3
By: Kennedy L. Mitchell
Narrated by: Oliver Highpoint, Meg Price, Gomez Pugh

Kennedy L. Mitchell turns up the heat in this third book of her amazing “In Clear Sight” series and I’d like the say the series keeps getting better and better, but that would not be fair to the first two books which are just as fabulous as this one. The books in the series stand on their own, each featuring different lead characters, but I recommend enjoying them in order written, characters crossover into each other’s books, and it is beneficial to know their back stories and to be with the world building from the start. That said, the author includes everything you need to know about the existing world and characters so you will never feel lost or like something is missing. Georgia’s who world was turned upside down after overhearing what her husband and work colleagues were involved in. Fearing for her young daughter’s safety, she gathered all the information that she could and went to the FBI with it, demanding protection for herself and her daughter, clemency and a divorce. They place her and her daughter in witness protections and after to moving to different locations until Max takes her to that special town in West Texas, Grandger. She kept her daughter, Gracie, in the dark about everything going on, so Gracie was not a happy camper and just wanted to go back home. Her new home came with two gorgeous neighbors, Shade and Trap, both law enforcement, and misunderstanding the situation, she makes an assumption which leads to some cute, funny and somewhat awkward moments and conversations. Shade and Trap have a unique bond and friendship, they are both getting over a devastating loss, and are having a hard time with it. Georgia and her daughter were melting the frosted wall they had around their heart. Georgia was comfortable around them, first for the wrong reason, despite that it was a natural comfort, and both guys were great with Gracie. It was great to watch their relationship grow, they were great together and for each other. Shade and Trap’s protectiveness was admirable, and so was how hard they fell for Georgia and Gracie. There is never a dull moment in this book, the story is cleverly plotted with plenty of drama, some angst, thrilling suspense, heartfelt emotions and a steamy MFM romance. Kennedy L. Mitchell, thank you for another fantastic story and emotional rollercoaster ride.

🎧📚🎧 And for fabulous narration, Oliver Highpoint, Meg Price and Gomez Pugh were the perfect cast to bring these characters to life, and did so with a complete understanding of who they were portraying. I love how they took each role and made it their own, sounding believable and just as I pictured the characters to sound. They set the perfect tone for the story, captured all the characters’ emotions and had you feeling each one. These entertaining storytellers made a great team and their performance elevated this already amazing story to another level. Thank you for another fantastic listen.

SAVED BY THE OFFICERS is the third instalment in Kennedy L Mitchell’s contemporary, adult IN CLEAR SIGHT erotic romantic suspense series focusing on Grandger, Texas. This is Texas police officers and best friends, thirty-six year old Shade, Trapper Cain, and code writer Georgia Day Graves’ MFM, reverse harem story line. SAVED BY THE OFFICERS can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story lines is revealed where necessary.

WARNING: Due to the nature of the story line premise, there may be triggers for more sensitive readers.

Told from three first person perspectives (Shade, Trap and Georgia) SAVED BY THE OFFICERS follows Georgie Day Graves and her twelve year old daughter Grace in the wake of the discovery her husband’s illegal activities. In the FBI Witness Protection program, Georgia and Gracie are placed in Grandger Texas where Georgia will meet her future in the guise of best friends, military buddies, police officers and her neighbors Shade and Trapper. Struggling to keep her sanity in the face of what happened and how, Georgia quickly discovers that even with the protection of Shade and Trap, the bad guys have a way of getting through. What ensues is the building romance and relationship between Shade, Trap and Georgia, and the potential fall-out as Georgia’s husband’s partners take aim at our story line heroine.

Georgia Graves has no idea as to her husband’s dark, fraudulent, and illegal schemes but revealing everything she knew to the FBI placed our heroine in the direct line of fire. As the CIO, founder and owner of Day Inc, Georgia found herself suspect in her husband’s dealings, dealings of which the FBI had already known. Meeting Shade and Trap gave Georgia the peace of mind she had always wanted but Shade and Trap wanted something more than friendship from their beautiful neighbor.

The relationship between Shade, Trap and Georgia is one of immediate attraction but Georgia didn’t want to come between friends, and suspected the men were in a relationship together. Shade and Trap have loved and lost, three years since the death of the woman they once shared but with the arrival of Georgia, Shade and Trap saw a second chance at love and their own happily ever after. The $ex scenes are intimate, erotic and intense but I dislike the use of a certain four-letter word used liberally throughout the story.

The secondary and supporting characters include Georgia’s troubled daughter Gracie, and FBI Agent Carleigh; Max and Rachel (Guarded by the Officer 1), Grayson and Anne (Cherished by the Agent 2),and Caradee The requisite evil has many faces.

SAVED BY THE OFFICERS is a story of power and control, betrayal and vengeance, love and acceptance, friendship and family. The premise is fascinating and intriguing; the romance is passionate and seductive; the characters are broken, energetic, and compelling.

I started reading this book as soon as I finished the second book! I was really excited to read this book because I knew that it was going to be MFM and I was very intrigued by the main male characters in the other books! After reading this book, I can say that it may be my favourite of the series so far! I felt like it had a different vibe to the other books and I honestly didn’t want to put it in down until I had finished reading! There was a lot of romance in the plot and I liked the pace it developed at and that it gradually evolved into steamy scenes between all three characters! There was also some action and suspense in the plot, which added a lot more to the plot than I was expecting and it made me enjoy it a lot! The characters were also amazing and made this book even better! Georgia was the main female character, and in this book she was in witness protection because she did the right thing and told the truth! I liked Georgia a lot and she just wanted to keep her daughter safe and protected! Georgia also gave up a lot when she told the truth, but she then gained the love and friendships she deserved! Trap was the main male character and love interest of Georgia! Trap was more of an open character! It was also easy to see how much he loved those around him and he worked hard and it was easy to see how much Georgia and her daughter meant to him! Shade was another main male character and love interest of Georgia! He was a much quieter character and he struggled with the loss of someone who meant a lot to him! Like Trap, Shade was very protective of those he loved and he also worked hard and was the sweetest! This book was written from Georgia, Trap and Shade’s point of views! I was hoping that it was going to be written from all three characters point of views before I started reading and I was really happy that it was! It helped me connect more with Georgia, Trap and Shade and see their feelings for each other develop and see how they were dealing with everything they were all going through! The characters also went through some things by themselves, so the book being written from multiple point of views allowed for a few more things to happen in the plot, which added more to it! I now can’t wait to read the next book in this series! I know that it’s going to focus on a secondary female character from this book, but this has me even more excited to read it! I can’t wait to read her story because she's been an intriguing character in the series! The next book has just released, so I’ll definitely be reading it as soon as I can! The cover for this book is also absolutely stunning! I loved it as soon as I saw it and it would draw me to the book if I wasn’t already reading the series! The cover models are also the perfect Georgia, Trap and Shade!

I'm feeling the heat!!! 🔥🌶🔥🌶

After enjoying the Protection series by Kennedy Mitchell so much, I just had to read more from this author! Saved by the Officers is a Menage Romantic Suspense in the In Clear Sight series of Standalone Romance novels. I could say I don’t know why I started with book three but let’s be honest two hot men giving all the attention to one hot woman pretty much cinched my decision…really it’s all about the numbers!!

Georgia in an attempt to save her daughter after learning some very ugly Truths about the man she was married to, goes to the FBI and offers them all the evidence they need to put her husband away in exchange for protection for her and Grace. They enter the witness protection program and find themselves in the small town of Granger living next door to the two most gorgeous men she had ever seen. Trap and Shade are two best friends who share everything together. They were in a long-term relationship with one woman they loved deeply but tragically lost in a car accident . Since then, they have been drowning in grief and regret. When they both seem to be attracted to their new neighbor, Trap wonders if she might be exactly what they need to bring them back to life and move on from the pain of the past. But will she understand their preferences and the unique relationship she would be getting involved in?

This book was just a damn good Romantic suspense. First Trap and Shade, my heart hurt for them they really loved with their whole hearts and finding a woman to love that way again was terrifying for them but Georgia was exactly what they needed and she and Grace became everything to them. Grace was lonely. She needed solid friendships, and she needed to feel desired and wanted. She was extremely attracted to both men, and though she was unsure of the logistics of being in a relationship with two men or how they worked, she very much wanted to be with them. She was a strong woman who would do anything for her daughter, and I really loved reading how the four of them become this loving family. As for the steam in this read DAMN!!! A firey furnace is within these pages, and I’m not even messing around. Trap, Shade, and Georgia were smoldering I’d give this book 10 stars just for the sexcapade in the hotel room after a trip to the FBI office if I could.

This Romance has it all, a well written steamy read with some laughs, some tears, and heart-stopping moments . If you like MFM Romance, I can not recommend this one enough. I loved every page!

“You’re perfect for two broken men who never thought they’d feel their hearts beat again.”

Saved By The Officers was a steamy read that’s full of danger and romance. When Georgia overhears her husband making a shocking deal, she makes immediate plans to protect her daughter and herself which includes witness protection. Trap and Shade are her new next door neighbors and she awakens a yearning in them that they had not felt since the death of their partner, Jessa. Can this unlikely trio along with Georgia’s daughter, Gracie, become a family or will Georgia’s past catch up with her and threaten all of their lives?

“I feel seen with you both, which is something I haven’t had in a while.”

Georgia is a tough, strong, and ferocious mother who will stop at nothing to protect her daughter. I loved her strength of character and how she immediately took charge of her life. She wasn’t a fragile wallflower and rose to the challenge of the unusual relationship that she found herself in.

“You’re everything we never knew we needed, and everything we’ve ever wanted.”

Trap and Shade had both struggled to move on after the death of Jessa. They never thought they would find someone that would accept both of them again, but when they met Georgia and Gracie, the pieces fell into place almost instantly. I loved Trap’s humor and protectiveness and Shade’s quiet gentleness and tender care.

“I’d rather have you now, for as long as we get you, than to have never felt my world turn on its axis like this. Because of you, and only you.”

This is one steamy read. The chemistry between Trap, Shade and Georgia is electric and lights up the pages. They also develop a unique friendship where they each offer something that all of them need so that it’s a perfect blending of souls. The audio is narrated by Oliver Highpoint, Meg Price and Gomez Pugh and it is FIRE. All of three of these narrators bring the steam and emotion to this story and I had so much fun reliving it again.

“It was all worth the risk of never truly living again.”

Full of mystery, danger and so much heat, Saved By The Officers is a fast paced read that will keep you on your toes. Georgia, Trap, and Shade were the perfect partners and I loved their relationship with Gracie, too. Now I can’t wait for Caradee to find her HEA.

Saved by the Officers was an emotional, raw, suspenseful, and steamy romance. I haven't listened to the previous books in this series, but it didn't lesson my experience, and I definitely do want to check them out! Georgia is in the witness protection program with her tween daughter after being betrayed by her husband. They are feeling lost and lonely in a new small town. They meet their new, hot police officer neighbors, Shade and Trap, who become very protective. Shade and Trap have mourned the loss of the woman they loved and shared, in an accident years ago. Georgia has restarted their hearts, making them want to live again. They also help Georgia and her daughter, Gracie, repair their tense relationship, while finding a home they didn't realize they needed. But when Georgia's past finds her, will Shade and Trap be able to protect them from the evil who wants to destroy them? This gripping story, with it's twists and turns, took my breath away and had me completely riveted. I loved Georgia, Shade, and Trap and cheered hard for their HEA! I loved the explosive heat, emotion and discovery between them. I also loved how Shade and Trap helped Gracie become stronger, as they built a beautiful family together. Mitchell did a great job with this story, taking a tough situation and wringing out all of the emotions, from fear, and anger, to joy, love, passion, and so much more.
Narrators, Oliver Highpoint, Meg Price, and Gomez Pugh did an excellent jog bringing these compelling characters, and this gripping story to life. They picked the perfect tone for this story and easily delivered all the emotion, and heart pounding suspense, making this story even more captivating. They are all new voice actors to me and I definitely want to listen to them again.

This is book 3 in the series but is written as a standalone and any vital information is shared as needed. I prefer to read any series in order where possible.

Georgia finds herself at a crossroads as she arrives in Grandger, Texas in the witsec program with her unhappy teen daughter. Still trying to understand how she found herself in this situation. Trying to be the best mom and keep the grueling truth from her child to minimize her trama in this situation. The futher she is removed from her ex and the life they used to live the more she realizes just what their life was missing. Instantly drawn to the sexy neighbors when she lays eyes on them, misconceptions and all.

Trap and Shade are not strangers to love or loss. Three years later and they are still trying to find a path out of their greif. Best friends longer than they can remember, they are a package deal. Their dymanics have some of the townsfolk at a loss, but those who have taken the time understand their closeness and it's special strength. When Max delivers the beauty next door, they both find new sparks for life. Could this be just what the doctor ordered, or will this just be another love and loss to add to the list?

A well weaved story of FBI, Witsec that has you looking over your shoulder and waiting for the next shoe to drop. A sparks flying, MFM menage relationship that is smoking hot and sizzling off the pages. Deep healing and understanding of the past and how things affect our future. A moody teenager turned a sweetheart with some love and attention. A great read for a cold snowy day.

Saved by the Officers
In Clear Sight Book 3
By Kennedy L. Mitchell
Narrated by Oliver Highpoint, Meg Price, & Gomez Pugh

What do you do when you overhear the unthinkable from your husband? You make a deal and go into witness protection! Georgia will do what it takes to keep her daughter safe and this is the best way. Max, her handler has taken her to a new town, but she doesn't trust anyone. But her neighbors, Shade and Trap have taken a liking to her. They seem ok and though her assumptions of them prove to be wrong, she is comfortable being in the company of the two men. As they get to know each other, the two of them let her know their intentions and now Georgia has some decisions to make. Would she be comfortable in a relationship with two men? And is it safe right now to be even entertaining the idea? Her husband is still out there after all. Little does she know the danger that is following her and her daughter, or the feelings these two officers of the law have for them. She isn't the one who should be scared! Spicy, suspenseful, sweet, Kennedy L Mitchell packs it all into the third installment of her In Clear Sight series and it's fantastic. I love her romantic suspense, with just the right amount of spice and thrills! This is definitely one not to be missed.

With a cast like Meg Price, Oliver Highpoint and Gomez Pugh, I knew I was in for a treat. These three know how to bring a character to life and each one found the essence of their particular one. The slow burn is sizzling and the suspense is thrilling all do their voices and it was a fantastic listen!
