Wow! Wow! Wow! This one took me on a ride! I was on the edge of my seat hoping the worst didn't happen! And there was a really interesting twist in there that I didn't see coming at all! Eve's determination to make things right and try to keep herself alive is awe inspiring! The way that she does not let this man get her spirit down is just wonderful. And Nick's efforts to get to her are swoony! All in all this whole series had been a crazy ride, and I wouldn't have changed a since second of it!
Book eight was the perfect way to end the series. It starts out with Eve after the kidnapping that ended book seven. There is drama and surprises to keep you entertained. The conclusion of their story is perfect and will leave you swooning and in love even more with Nick and Eve.
This book had me biting my nails and so anxious. I didn’t know what was going to happen; was it going to be a HEA or a tragic end for Eve and Nick. They got the ending that was well deserved. My heart was breaking after chapter 13 and the phone call to Nick but I should have known!
This whole series was a roller coaster of emotions that I did not realize I signed up for but so happy I did. It did not disappoint in any way for me. The spice was there when it needed to be, and when it was it was phenomenal and more than I was expecting (in people and amount), there was laughter, there were tears. If you want a short-ish, sweet and spicy series, this is for you.
Eve has been kidnapped yet again. But this time on her wedding day. She is battered and bruised, but determined to survive this next challenge. Now somewhere in Mexico, caring for her BFF’s infant child, will they make it out alive? Will Nick find her in time. Eve is having recurring dreams that are telling her to dig deeper if she wants to survive. She finds Javi and his has vowed to help her as best he can. But with a child in tow how much can he really do without risking his owe life again.
Yes, I know I’m suppose to leave a review after every book, but who has time to write when there’s another book to read? Eve is such a wonderful female character, so mentally strong, quick thinking, caring, protective. Actually Nick is too! I literally couldn’t put the iPad down. As soon as I had read the first book, I had to buy the next seven, which is really unusual for me! A perfect series for a cold winter’s day with mug of hot chocolate or something else.
What a roller-coaster ride of a book. Maxim, Nick's half-brother, was a total sociopath and a psycho. I can't believe what he did to Louise. After she had baby Theo, he had some deep-rooted issues from childhood. Eve and Nick finally are where they belong. With each other. Talk about being kidnapped not once but twice by the same psycho. I'm so glad she made it through. Good series. I can't wait to read Giselle and Carlo's story.
This book finalized everything. Mostly in Eve's voice. No surprise ending.
It felt some parts of this book was missing. The MMF or MMMF all of a sudden stopped. The three young females in this story have gone through a lot to survive. Why were they not written with more maturity?
The ending was cute but i don’t know, i never could get past the whole knocking up the best friend thing and the FMC never seemed to find that a problem. Especially when she had fertility issues. & then the way the “bad guy” acted? Like he was in love with her after kidnapping her, that was weird too. Overall the whole series was just ehhhh.
This was a satisfying conclusion to the story. Honestly, this whole series is poorly written (atrocious grammar, syntax, and even spelling), but the storytelling is quite compelling. I’m about to read the entire spinoff series, so take that information for what it is (proof of enjoyment), and in these times, that’s all I need.
I loved how Eve had to deal with Maxim. He was a true sociopath and the things he dreamed up. Then you had Nick waiting for his bride only to have his half brother kidnapped her.
This is the greatest series ever! I read it non-stop!! Nick and Eve were great characters and this story touched my heart! Great writing and I can't wait to read more by Jessa.
He has a kid with her friend. That is so fucked up and there is nothing he could do to redeem himself for me. I had to return the books because it made me so mad. I don’t want to read about that shit.

This series is AWESOME, GUUUUUUUURL YOU PUT YOUR FOOT IN THIS. I FELL IN LOVE WITH NICK, FELT LIKE I WAS BEST FRIENDS WITH EVE. THOSE DARING DASHING HAD ME ALL HOT AND BOTHERED(LOL) THERE WAS LAUGHTER AND OH SO MUCH FUN. I RECOMMEND THIS SERIES HIGHKY
I loved this series and how hard Nick loves Eve and does literally anything for her. My only thing I didn't like was how they handled Louise. Eve was to accepting of the whole bask stabbing and felt the baby was made out of love when it was Lust not love. You could tell in Book 3 that Nick was beyond attracted to her and they literally did it constantly without Eve being in the room. Granted she was ok with it but at what point do you realize that Nick probably would have constantly wanted to sleep with her if Eve didn't stop it.
But this series does hook you in and I would recommend this story to anyone who loves mafia stories.
If you’re looking for a short book crime-family series this is for you! It is the conventional mafia based book but it is a fun light read. I read all eight of these books in one weekend. Now I’m off to her next book series (which is 17 books)!!
I loved this whole Rosetti Crime Family series - couldn't put them down - Jessa writes clearly and with passion - I can totally get involved with the characters, which I think makes the reading flow seamlessly. I had never emailed an author before to ask anything about their books. I emailed Jessa with what I wanted to know ie the gender and names of Eve and Nick's twins and she was extremely kind and replied to me. I was hoping that Eve's friend Giselle would have her own story along with Nick's friends Carlo and Justin as I loved these characters as well and wanted to know what happened to them. Jessa told me that their stories are in The Sovrano Crime Family series. So I have started reading that series and the books that I have read so far, haven't disappointed me at all - just love them. Thank you Jessa for great books totally believable characters and plots, although they tend to make me sleep deprived as I can't put them down, but I'm totally enjoying them.
Oh dear. This is bad. Very bad. Eve is missing, Nick is frantic, and the misery is rising rapidly. Sure, Eve is alive. But for how long? And will she endure even worse things that she already has up to now?
This book was masterful at keeping me on edge over what Eve may have to do to survive. And how Maxim ran from such extremes: hot and cold, nice and cruel, friendly and evil. I mean, I knew he wasn’t a nice guy at all, but I found myself wishing he could have a bit of redemption a few times. Then he’d remind me of how awful he was and I couldn’t wait for him to be slapped (or worse). But the real worries are all about Eve and her future. I had a few theories along the way and was so glad to find that my hopes came true. Or did they? Because I really doubted for a little bit there. But it seemed that all of the misery and danger and mysteries finally came to an end. And while there’s bittersweetness, there’s also something fantastic to be had ahead for these two. Trust me.
Sadly, this book marked the end of my time with Eve and Nick as the primary couple, but I have high hopes for Giselle and the person who I think will make her every dream come true. Because Nick and Eve have definitely done that for each other, so doesn’t everyone else they love in their sphere deserve the same? I sure hope so because I’d love to revisit these folks again.
A Billion Vendettas is the final book in Jessa's The Rossetti Crime Family series and for me, it is the best. Talk about heart-stopping, emotionally gripping and had me sitting on the edge of my sear. The conclusion of Eve and Nick's love story is one that I really did not want to end. The struggles they have been through, heartbreaks and near-life dangers, to finally the ending they both wanted. This road to happiness was not smooth by a long shot.
Finally, their wedding day has arrived but will it truly happen? Where is Eve? What happened in her room? Why is there blood? Why did she leave or did she? Eve shows us just how smart she is and that she will do anything to save the ones that she loves. When danger arrives at her front door in the shape of someone from their past, how will she deal with it? Can they both survive the danger?
There is so much I want to tell you but that would have me giving spoilers and I don't want to do that. Honestly, this series is one that is a must-read. You will be riding a rollercoaster of emotions, ready to throw your device and eventually fall in love with Nick. Jessa definitely outdid herself with this series. Congratulations on writing a series that will definitely have your readers dealing with a book hangover that will last for a while.
A Billion Vendettas is the final book in the Rosetti Crime series and brings us a stunning conclusion to Eve and Nick’s story❣️However, there are some perils along the way to getting to this point but Jessa ties every question that has left you wondering up in a beautiful bow and shows us that women are real survivors😍
A not to be missed series that will keep you enthralled and on your toes anticipating what’s going to happen next and how will we get to that HEA😳 I received an advanced copy and willingly leave my honest review❤️
"A Billion Vendettas: A Dark Billionaire Mafia Romance" (The Rosetti Crime Family Book 8) by Jessa York was a fantastic read. I loved this last addition to Nick and Eve's story. This story was packed with twists, emotion, drama, entertaining characters, close friends, enemies, and more. I'm sad this is the last book in Nick and Eve's story. I'm looking forward to seeing what happens next with Giselle though. Highly recommend it to all fans of romance, passion, billionaires, family, twists, and series.
Nick and Eve finally get their happy ending!! It was not an easy road for them to get to this place and there was so much uncertainty, but Jessa York did not disappoint!! The ending was so worth the wait and honestly I'm sad their story is over. This 8th and final book in the series was not as hot and steamy as the others, but there was plenty of action, suspense and mystery. There was also a little humor thanks to Eve and her determination to defeat her captor. She was quite clever! I hope we get more books from this world and more Nick and Eve at some point too!!
Wow! What an ending! This crazy ride that was Eve and Nick's love story comes to an end with this last book, A Billion Vendettas. This picks up from book seven and its not looking good for Eve. I loved how strong she was, she could take care of herself in any situation. And my man Nick, he was just perfect for her. So in love and crazy for her. This series was full of emotions, drama, angst and lots of hot sex. This was an awesome ending ending to Nick and Eve's romance, just perfect! The writing was great and the characters were strong and wonderful. Looking forward to Giselle's story.
