‘How long have i been laying down at home…?’ Han Jia, who is turning 32 this year (she’s a freelancer who’s still doesn’t have a full-time job/jobless), suffers because of the pressure given by people around her that keep telling her to get married. I SWEAR MINCHEORAAAAA THIS WHOLE SERIES MADE ME GIGGLE LIKE A FRICKEN MAD WOMAN. SO WHOLESOME. PERFECT MATCH HUHU. And Mincheora is so fuckin hot I swear I saved a lot of his images because I'm gonna be drawing him forever starting today. Wish to see more of their childhood flashbacks though. This is honestly good 😭 My reaction to every chapter finished is literally my Taehyung displayed picture.

Finished all 80 episodes for Season 1!
This webtoon was sooo good! Jia is such a character. She's loud and true to herself.
Mincheol is such a simp for Jia but it does take a while for him to take the first step. I love that he remembers the little details about Jia. He's also a bit clueless about his effect on the people around him so it's been a fun read. I love how earnest Mincheol can be, coupled with how embarassed Jia gets. The flashbacks to their childhood makes me feel like they truly belong with each other now.
I'm curious to see what the other characters have in store for our main couple, especially the people from Jia's past (i.e. the writer and the producer). Not too make sure what to make of them though, are they going to be good towards Jia or will they upend her life?

Read this manhwa idk when year and I remember only two things (you'll def know my priorities once you'll read the things I remember 🤡)
1• The main lead looks very hot when he gets ready lol i actually remember his look after he took his stupid glasses off (note - I love guy with glasses sm but his glasses were actually dumb looking and they made them look blind 💀💀) and wore that black shirt like bro was ETHEREAL. Like that look of his is imprinted on my mind😮💨..but it's not my fault coz imagine -
A very gorgeous dude who's muscular as heck wearing a black fitted shirt and is a pookie for his women who just took his classes off and he's so handsome w/o his glasses 😭😭 SEE CAN YOU BLAME ME NOW

Literally one of the best and funniest marriage of convenience romance in the contemporary genre. Not to mention the childhood friends to spouse to lovers trope, which I don't love usually but webtoon artists certainly do it differently.

No miento cuando digo que he estado esperando desde que se comenzó a publicar este manhwa a que terminara, y cuando me di cuenta de que por fin estaba finalizado, no dudé en ningún momento en leerlo inmediatamente. Aunque no te mentiré tampoco: me llevé una que otra decepción.
Aunque me divertí mucho leyéndolo, sí creo que hubo mucho relleno. Son dos temporadas, pero tranquilamente pudieron unificarse si hubieran eliminado escenas de relleno que no aportaban nada a la trama. Esperaba un poco más de profundidad, sinceramente, y cuando por fin me la dieron, literalmente fue en los últimos capítulos, dejando caer la trama y resolviéndolo todo hasta el final. Me hubiera gustado que se hubiera abordado antes.

Na łamach 80 rozdziałów pierwszego sezonu przedstawiają nam historię "miłosną" 32 letnich Jia Han i Mincheola Jin'a, ich relacja zaczyna się z grubej rury, bo w pierwszym rozdziale się już się żenią, co prawda dla wygody bez uczucia, mianowicie by zdjęcia z barków rodziców pośpieszających znaleźli sobie już partnerów.

A best friends to lovers in an arranged marriage trope.
What makes this story unique is that Mincheol(ML) is definitely on the spectrum, he's a nerd to the core, he doesn't know how to dress, he is super set in his way and very awkward too but he also manages to do super hot and thoughtful things for Ji Ah(FL) catching both I and Ji Ah of guard.
Ji Ah(FL) on the other hand, is the reason why it took me 4 long days to finish this story she was adamant about not growing up and it was honestly baffling to read. She had her good moments too but ultimately I could not understand the reasoning behind most of her actions.
Anyway, despite my little rant, this awkward couple belong together😌.

Geçen sene haziranda başlayan bu webtoon’un bu yaz 1. sezonunu bitirdik. Diğer adı da “Maybe Meant to be”. İnanılmaz komik, bir o kadar da duygusal, çizimleri, yan karakterleri, öyküsüyle harika bir mahnwa bu. Her bölümünü büyük bir zevkle okudum ve ikinci sezonu da merakla bekliyorum. Çocukluk arkadaşları olan Jia Han ve Mincheol, Jia Han’ın evdeki baskılara dayanamayıp anne babasının dırdırından kurtulmak için Mincheol’a evlenme teklif etmesiyle anlaşmalı evlilik yaparlar. Bundan sonrasında ise bizi acayip eğlenceli bir öykü bekliyor. Hiç spoiler vermek istemiyorum, çünkü o kadar güzel ayrıntılar var ki hikayede internet orda, açın okuyun işte!

Estoy pasando por un bloqueo de lector en libros así que me pasé momentáneamente a los manwhas (ayuda)
Está historia tiene los tropos/clichés de Childhood friends to Lovers y fake marriage.
En esta primera temporada vemos cómo el matrimonio falso de Jia y Mincheol se vuelve cada vez más real.
Me gusta la pareja que hacen los dos protagonistas. Aunque de alguna manera Jia me sacaba un poco de quicio, porque le costaba afrontar los problemas (en contexto amoroso) y cada tanto huía o se echaba para atrás. Pero siendo sincera, si estuviera en su lugar sería igual porque soy una persona vergonzosa. Además, me daba gracia que, a pesar de las tonterías que decía, siempre lo camuflaba bien, como una persona muy segura. (Igual eso no quita la sensación de que en vez de leer a una mujer de 30 y pico de años, sentía que estaba leyendo a una adolescente. Tal vez por ser una inexperta en el romance pero bueno.)
Mincheol es un protagonista que me dejaba perpleja a veces por las cosas random que hacía. Me gusta cómo apoyaba a Jia, y los momentos que pasaba junto a ella.
Aunque me dejó con ganas de saber más sobre sus pensamientos.
Si bien el objetivo es desarrollar la pareja, me dejó picada el pasado de Jia, quiero saber más sobre sus ex-amistades.
Buena historia para pasar el rato.

Little did she know he’d accept her suggestion, and she suddenly finds herself thrust into marriage.
Overall this story had some good laughs and couple was cute together.

Hmm this is good but it the relationship between the two main characters feels like an eternity to progress.
I like the main girl because she's cool and bold. The main guy is okay too but I hate how he's so expressionless at times. I think I'll continue this webtoon if something interesting is going to happen.

So I finished the season 1 of this Webtoon and wow 🤩 what a ride!!!! This was one of the most unique romance storylines that I’ve ever read. Been keeping up with the episodes since like last year and now season 1 is over 🥲. Felt like I was reading a sitcom cuz it was so funny and heartwarming ❤️ can’t wait for season 2🥰
