This is a really wonderful cookbook in most regards, but two issues lowered it for me. For one, there is no nutritional information. Secondly, like most books by this publisher there are few photos. That said, it's authentic and delicious sounding recipes that will be great for many readers.

Three stars for "liked it."

I received a digital ARC of this book from the publisher.

Korean Cooking Made Easy

Finally. A cookbook that makes the deliciously daunting Korean cuisine simple enough for me to follow but also super convenient for a busy working nurse mom because INSTANT POT.

I love that Christy breaks down the mystifying (well, it’s mystifying to me lol) ingredients in a way that’s easy for a newcomer to this healthy and flavor packed way of cooking to understand. Not only that, I now know what to buy at the Korean markets because she explains the ingredients so well. I especially love Love LOVVVVVEEE the kalbiggim recipe. This is, HANDS DOWN, one of my favorite things to eat but I never knew how to make it at home. Thanks to this cookbook, now I do!
