I found it dated because the author leans into, heavily at times, the Covid pandemic and how the workforce changed at that time. It feels weird to say it, but only a few years after that and workplace is returning to before with small changes.
3.5 stars. I haven’t felt any of this but I am not looking for a job either. The book had good ideas to stay current and relevant and had some interesting statistic.
