Alastair and Damon venture out of the Middle Kingdom. As always, they seek to gather the finest materials to craft items worthy of the gods. Their journey brings with it great dangers, and they uncover secrets beneath the earth that speak of humanity's origins in this world.
Their perilous journey is rife with deadly monsters, strange magics, and peculiar characters. But for Alastair, the Fated Crafter, everything is a tool or material from which to craft legendary items.
Damon and Alaister travel the Middle Kingdom the waste lands the steppes and senedtz together. They meet Ishtar and the ogres. They destroy another mage of necromancy and portal to senetdz with a life mage. The bromance is great. The fight scenes are awesome. The action great
One thing you can rely on with Mr King is an entertaining and riveting story. You want the characters to succeed and the bad guys to drown in their own blood and bile.
Very cool second book in the fated series. Surprised ending there, didn't think our main heroes would end up where they did at the end. Looking forward to book three.
A brilliant take on a genre. A beautifully imagined world of magic and monsters. Great characters with realistic situations and lots of action. I look forward to the next one.
(Listened to on audible) The book is slow but that is expected when there are so many details put into the book. That shows the author took the time and effort into the book. There's a lot more character development in this book from the last Crafter's Fate. So that's also a plus. I'm also glad that the characters aren't leveling up too fast. It'll be interesting to see what happens in the next Crafter's Fate. To the author and narrator, until the next time. Keep up the awesome work you guys do. :)
