Great into to ultra running. So many great tips and advice. Various training plans for different distances and trading logs make up 200 pages. A great way to get into ultra running.

Easy to follow text--all the advice makes sense. We'll see how the workout plans and the advice pan out when I actually run my ultra.

I love the plans/sample plans they give you and break down for you. This book has become a useful tool.
