She was a destitute woman whose life was dependent on others. She was forced to be a scapegoat and traded herself, which resulted in her pregnancy. He considered that she was the ultimate embodiment of evil as she was greed and deceitful. She tried all her efforts to win his heart but failed. Her departure made him so furious that he searched through the ends of the world and managed to recapture her. The whole city knew that she would be shredded into a million pieces. She asked him in desperation, “I left our marriage with nothing, so why won’t you let me go?”In a domineering tone, he answered, “You’ve stolen my heart and given birth to my child, and you wish to escape from me?”
I'm enjoying reading the book. It keeps my interest. ( The one thing that bothers me when reading a book is when I see where they type in the wrong name).
The story line is good but like most books that where started on self publishing reading apps such as GoodNovel they charge readers by the chapter and also pay the author the same way, therefore they use repetitive flashbacks of the same thing to fill in space. Those apps also require exclusive publishing, so I have seen this exact same book published with a different cover and with a different authors name. This book series is 13 books yet only books 1,2,3,and 10 are available here so it’s also seems to be a waste of money to start this series. The 13 book series could of be professionally edited down to 5 or six books if you take out all the repetitive content that seems to take up half of each book. As it stands each book stops mid plot for the next book. There is a lot of mix up in which characters is being talked about. Miss spelling of names. Wrong words used in the context. It seems to be a waste of money to start a series you can’t finish it here on Amazon. You can however find the rest of the books on other platforms.
The book is a good read. One feels sorry for the way Sabrina is treated by her adoptive family. I disliked all of the highlighting someone has done in the books, misspelled words, and awful proofreading . I thought that I was purchasing new books. These books 1,2, 3, and 10 are all marked up.
This book has caught my attention. I didn't want to put down. However, this book needed to be edited. There are so many spelling errors and mixing up the characters. Overall I love the story so far. I can't wait to read book 2.
