A bit hit or miss. Some stories are good, others border on the trivial (the one on Huntress was especially trivial for what should have been a very tragic story). This has always been a problem for Battletech, whose authors have struggled to find the appropriate scale for their stories in a universe where planets of billions of people field only a few regiments of armor and infantry.
