A few pieces of advice we good, HOWEVER, isn’t this just promoting toxic femininity?? As women, we’re trying to get away from toxic masculinity, why would we, ourselves, want to become toxic?

Manipulation isn’t the key, and I highly, HIGHLY doubt, Alexa Demie or, really anyone else mentioned, uses the manipulation and such as a method to be a ‘femme fatele’.

Again, some good advice (I’ve taken the advice to not post on social media as much) but there’s a lot I don’t agree with, and I think as women, this isn’t the kind of relationships we should be promoting.

All love!

I'd give it 4 stars for the advice, but tbh there were many mistakes which shows that the author didnt actually re-read what she wrote before posting it. The advice were actually good though.

i was curious with this book because i'd sometimes see it on my fyp. however, it blatantly promotes manipulation using concepts similar to the art of seduction by robert greene which is something I did expect since the author did mention that the book was from their experiences throughout the years from trying to gather knowledge and etc. people read with their own free will, whether they have the intention to manipulate, to understand more about things, etc. and writers will have the free will to write, whether it is about toxic feminity, manipulation, etc. - even with the content it was still substantial, however, the way the book was formatted could be worked on, grammatical errors, the way things were written could be worked on especially since this is supposed to be an actual book. a book can doesn't have to be formal, it can be written in a simple manner, however, it felt like I was reading someone's twitter or a blogspot of someone who read books about this and that.

It is a short book with acceptable information
I wished it to have more details specially on the dark femininity parts
It does promote toxic femininity but guess what that's how the real world works
In the end you have the choice of doing what this book promoting

Definitely borders on toxic femininity but useful advice. Also definitely not proofread and some of the ideas could’ve been put forward more eloquently.

i was intrigued when i first heard about this book through tiktok, hence i searched it up immediately, but i was honestly met with disappointment.

the first part of the book talks about how to be confident with yourself which is something i already know, but it's probably for women who are still insecure about themselves and thus, i am still able to appreciate the advice.

the second part talks about how to manipulate men for them to go crazy over you in which i understand how people can see it as toxic. it was a good read, however, i find the advice superficial and even intuitive.

the last part was a section on how to get your ex back, which again, the advice seem intuitive to me.

all in all, i do feel that this book doesn't help in making you understand "how to become a femme fatale", and i'd suggest you search up online or tiktok for these advice instead.

》This book didn't bring any new piece of information for me. 🙈 It can be useful for some people but for sure it's not a book worth my time. 🤷‍♀️ I think the title is just clickbait and I have a suggestion for a new one: 'How being confident can change every area in your life'. Because this is the truth and the main idea of this book as well. 👌
》Also, I feel like it's talking too much about 'dark feminity' when what the author actually meant (in my opinion) is toxic feminity. 😬

This book is written mainly to let all the ladies out there know who are insecure and unsure about themselves or their potential that they are capable and beautiful in their own way. But beware because this book also promotes toxic feminity so don't fall prey for it. It does have powerful affirmations. Do practice the positive ones to grow yourself and it's mainly upto you how you want to channel your inner dark feminine side. Stay authentic and humble🖤

(First of all - I actually think every female ought to read, or understand the concept of this book. Think of this as a self-defense tool. While you hope you will never need to use it, you don’t know what kind of guy you will face the next day. Having a femme fatale mindset greatly aids a female’s ability to not get hurt when others want to hurt her - which is what happened to the author, thus promoting her to develop her own toolset to deal with it.)

Having said that, the main thesis of the book is to simply observe the target, and find ways to fulfill that target’s inner fantasy (thus making the femme fatale irresistible). The first part of the book is simply house cleaning stuff - explaining the reader the author’s rationality, as well as telling the reader ways to maximize the reader's sexual allure. Then, on to the topic of fantasy, the author wrote:
WHAT ARE THE MAIN REASONS FOR SOMEONES[sic] OBSESION?
1- You are the ideal versions of themselves
2- You fill a void in their psyche
3- You bring out the most suppressed sides of themselves

I find it particularly interesting that the author categorized several different kinds of male, and gave readers ways to deal with them. For instance:

Dealing with cold male: take the process slow, affirm their “toughness and masculinity”. Over time, find things that will trigger such male’s inner emotions. Take notes on those things, then eventually pounce on them.

Dealing with narcissist: Give in to their narcissism. Feed them, but ever so often completely stop. They’ll crave what they lost and want you more.

Dealing with a player: Mirror their flirtiness, “insult them playfully to slightly damage their ego but then pair it with a laugh to show that you’re just playing around”. Find their weakness eventually and “directly point it out”. Alternatively the author advocates for acting innocent with the player to make the player think they’re in control (whereas you’re the one in control).

To emphasize the message, the author wrote:
One of the number one rules of dating is that everyone wants what they can’t have. Therefore the number one way to make them obsessed is to keep your intentions a secret and never discuss the future/what you want from them.

Down to Chapter 10 and hugely disappointed. First of all, seems like a bunch of well-known self-improvement phrases without any real and substantial content or advice. It all seems a bit too superficial without actuals tips or guidance as to how to achieve what the book suggests (as if a specific perfume could actually get you a healthy and happy relationship). Also, very repetitive, presumably to reach a larger number of pages. Secondly, I found the "manipulation" part very disturbing, especially the "tips" (again, nothing substantive and worthwhile) on how to seduce clearly unhealthy or immature or toxic men. Is this what we as women actually want to learn and succeed in? Winning over bad men and then expect to have a healthy relationship based on them being obsessed? Seriously? Lastly, I am amazed that the author clearly states the motive as someone hurting her, then her seducing him, just to "destroy him" in the end. Horrible!

3,5⭐️

At the beginning of this book I was disappointed because there wasn’t any information you couldn’t get by a quick google search.
But the second half of the book was pretty good, especially the last chapters!
It was a very quick read but I didn’t like how it was so adapted to the current time, I always get a weird feeling when for example TikTok, Instagram is mentioned😅
I do recommend this book though, it also mentions a lot of spiritual practices which I really liked (for example law of attraction, manifestation,…)

Please don't buy this book!! This is a waste of money. COPY PASTE. The original is available for free online in pdfs. If you google "BECOMING A Femme Fatale book free pdf" (pdfseva.com for ex.) you will have it for free and this is the exact same content. Copy-Past.
The rest of the e-books they sell are also copy-pastes from other books. :) Nothing original. I purchased because I thought I will learn something new but now I'm very dissapointed.

Too much history/descriptions and not enough proper information and guide about the main topic. Also, the grammatical errors and suggestions to check out the site all throughout the book annoyed me. I think this book would have done a lot better with an editor and more concrete information about the way a femme fatale would act in certain situations. Still, it was a very short read that I mostly skimmed through to see what actual information there was about becoming a femme fatale.

"Become a Femme Fatale" attempted to provide guidance and advice to women seeking to enhance their allure and femininity. However, the book failed to deliver on this promise.

The content was lackluster at best and repetitive, offering nothing new or thought-provoking.

The writing style was simplistic, lacking the sophistication and elegance that one would expect from a book about becoming a femme fatale.

Additionally, the over-reliance on clichés and stereotypes was tiresome, bringing nothing substantive to the table.

The book suffered from poor organization and structure.

The chapters felt disjointed and disconnected, lacking a coherent flow. This made it difficult for the me to engage with the content.

The author's voice lacked credibility and authority.

It was abundantly clear that the author was merely a self-proclaimed expert and basic TikToker looking to make a quick buck.

This undermined the book's credibility.

In summary...

"Become a Femme Fatale" was a disappointing and unremarkable read that failed to live up to its title.

I wouldn't recommend it to anyone seeking to enhance their understanding of becoming a TRUE femme fatale.

I only read it because it was constantly appearing on my fyp. It may have some good advice, but generally, the book promotes toxic feminity which I don't like. On top of that, it has grammar errors which give the idea that the author didn't re-read the book before publishing it.

All I can say is there’s so really solid tips in this book.
I can see how it might seem problematic to some but if you take everything with a grain of salt a lot of these tips can be used in real life even outside of the realm of relationships.

The ethics of this book are very debatable and as she also mentions in the book, the strategy appeared because of her own hurt. She found it easier to control men. There are also other options out there, such as really understanding them.
