What an adventure! Book two in the Tree of Life Series, Arrogance starts off with many questions left at the end of Decadence still unanswered. There is no rest for the weary in book 2. Mysteries, secrets and sheer ego plague Rosalyn as she tries in vain to remember the games and how they relate to the prophecy. Nichole has created some deliciously vile characters in this book. Some of the scenarios are rather detailed and honestly can take your breath away with their cruelty. In truth, as you read you do question who is ally and who is foe? Lines are blurred, allegiances constantly waiver as these characters muddle their way through the games and the aftermath. The ending was on point (though it did make me curse a bit).
Excellent series. I cannot wait to see the author takes us next.

Arrogance picks up where book one left off, and a lot of questions unanswered. Rosalyn and her mates are all in the path to fulfilling a prophecy that they don't know much about. Each one needs to set aside their own feelings and do what they have to before its too late.
There are a few triggers in this book, so make sure you mind yours before reading.
I love Rosalyn and her men and feel like they all have a good connection, despite everything that is happening. The story is intriguing and leads you to a lot of questions that you're dying to know the answers to.
The pacing is a little slow, but it doesn't necessarily hinder the story. We get a fantastic story that leaves its readers invested in the characters. It's just now we have to wait for book three!

Arrogance is book 2 in the Tree of life series by Nichole Austin. I couldn't wait for this book to come out to see what happens next. Its starts off a while after The Games tournament. Rosalyn wakes up and just hurts all over. When she opens her eyes she sees her mother. She has no memory of what happened. This book has so many questions going on. Who can you trust? What happens next? I love the twist and turns. This was a great read and can't wait for book 3 to see what happens next. A must read.

I so did not want this book to finish! The cliffhanger is killing me! I can’t wait for the next book with Rosalyn and her mates. This time she will be heading out on her mission after the fiasco of the kingdom games. My heart hurts for Rosalyn .

You always amaze me at every turn. This series should become movies or a tv show! I can’t wait for the next story!!!! Keep it up…..
