Okay books 1-2 are great but 3 holds my heart. Just the swooniest lines, best MC and ahhh it's so amazing!

I can't say much or it would be major spoilers but seriously one of my favorite books out of hundreds I have read before.

I LOVED LOVED LOVED THIS AND I LOVE LOVE LOVE ALESKI….. seriously he was needed. I need to order me one of him.

SPOILER:

I love that she made sure the main FMC didn’t put up with who she was paired up with at the beginning! Most romances are written to where the FMC forgives and forgets. She let lil find herself, forgive, move on and a man that chased her and adored her … rather than lil still doing that like she did in the first two books of her trilogy.

After reading every Aurora Darklight book available, this is my favorite of all! I loved Liliana from the start and ached for her when her life fell apart. Watching her grow into her own person was inspiring, but her longing to be loved was so heart-wrenching. When I discovered that she had been loved for a long time, it completely blew my mind and left me with heart eyes! This story stays on my mind, and I truly appreciate how well this series is crafted.

I love how Liliana finally got her happily ever after! Her romance in this one is so sweet and I love how he treats her like the strong, powerful woman that she is! This romance was beautiful and I loved watching Liliana grow up over time throughout this series. I would definitely read this book again!

She deserved this happy ending. I’m so happy for her. Finally. I loved the many ways she finally fought for her own happiness and the way her man supported that and gave her space to grow. I’m soo happy for her.

I have now finished the whole sweet redemption series, and this was my favorite book of the series!!

Spoilers:

I absolutely loved Aleksei and Lilian's relationship. It was so satisfying to see Lilian get her happy ending after everything she went through with Antonio. I have read mafia romances in the past and I really appreciate how Aurora wrote this series. She was able to get across the power all the Dons have without being super descriptive of the violence that might have been necessary to gain that power. I also loved the growth we got to see Lilian go through to gain confidence in herself!
