A great read of a book on ADHD

I loved this book as a dyslexic man with some elements of ADHD this book is packed with lots of good coaching mentoring advice for how to cope with every day activities. I will definitely be rereading this book again soon and recommended for anyone who has been or needs to be diagnosed with possible ADHD.
Best wishes Sean
