Interesting history. I think it would have benefited from: 1) at least one reference topo map (to complement the hand drawn maps), 2) a few historical photos, and 3) a brief description of actual trail building methods. It is also oddly missing any description of the creation of the tunnel on the High Sierra Trail above Hamilton Lakes (perhaps one of the more interesting trail details in SEKI).
