Toby and Jodie are back.
After that revelation at the end of the first book, things between them are broken. Jodie thought she had something with Toby only for her to find that it had been a game all along. Another way to destroy the person Toby hated through her. and he ruined her in the process. Now nothing will ever be the same again.
I totally read this one as soon as it landed on my Kindle because damn I needed that grovel 🤣 I loved seeing the connection between Jodie and Toby and it made me sad to see them broken. I can't wait to see so many more of them. I hope we get the next book soon.
Definitely recommending this one to all the dark college romance loving people out there. This one is a second chance, betrayal, enemies to lovers romance.

Toby and Jodi's story will have you on a crazy rollercoaster ride, and you don't want it to be over. Glad we still going and I need more. Every book I read by Tracy Lorraine makes me love her writing more. She does have the perfect pacing and emotional balance. The characters are brilliantly constructed, and the steam is just perfect for my taste. The way these characters have grown and overcome their issues is so well developed. Can't wait for the final book of their story, I recommend you read them all!

I didn’t think I could love Toby more but I was wrong. He’s perfect in my eyes. My heart broke for him and the pain he endured. I just wanna hug him. He deserves the best and I can’t wait to see their story come to a conclusion.
Side note, I’m in love with the side characters and their relationship with one another. I can’t wait for Alex’s book. I just love his personality

This series just honestly keeps getting better and better every book that comes out I think is my favorite and then she goes and puts out another one that blows the one before away ! Toby and Jodie’s story is everything I love about this authors writing and a epic mind blowing cliffhanger that leaves you with your jaw on the floor just wow !

Reckless Princess is definitely a book full of emotion and steaminess! Toby and Jodie definitely do not lack in their chemistry. Reckless Princess is full of redemption, emotions, growth, and so much more. Once again we get to see the supporting characters be true to who they are and absolutely amazing! Toby and Nicos friendship is everything!
I love this group! They are such a family that my heart bursts with emotion. The banter between the characters is great! It really makes your feel like you’re in the story. I want Sara and Jesse’s story!

Jodie and Toby‘s story is seriously a never ending rollercoaster that you can‘t get off of!
Reckless Princess starts off right where book one ended and it never stopped giving us emotional whiplash.
Toby is such a complex character in my opinion. He has this super sweet side that he mostly only shows to his sister and Jodie but he‘s also full of darkness thanks to his past!
This book also ended in a cliffhanger and Imma tell you! If I don‘t get the next book soon I will go insane! I love Tracy‘s cliffhangers but I don‘t like the time between each book.

Reckless Princess is the second book in Toby & Jodie's journey, and for those who have never read this author before, you simply cannot start here since she's diabolical with the layered up journey for all of her couples with twists coming in hot. So yeah, YOU MUST READ Reckless Knight first. Man, that cliffhanger of that first book really did my head & emotions in as Jody's pain was seriously palpable so I felt it like my own after things were revealed, and now Toby has his work cut out for him if he wants her to forgive him because Jody isn't one to forgive easily. I have to say this bully books with the mafia undertones are totally my jam as I can't stop no matter how upset at the hero I get. Once again we're left with a mother of a cliffhanger so the impatient wait commences as I die inside for more! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This story picks up where Reckless Knight leaves off. Jodie is so upset for the actions that took place in that book…the actions that Toby executed and went through with, despite her having feelings for him. Unbeknownst to her, he hates himself for doing what he did. Can they move past this?

You know by the end of this book, some sh*t is about to go down and someone is going to be hurt, either physically or mentally. Again, Tracy delivers.
Despite what Toby does in Reckless Knight, he’s still this sensitive soul that you trust. You know deep down he will come around and try to fix what happened - whether it be directly or indirectly. Does he do this in this book?
Jodie is saddened and she can’t figure out what she did to cause the cataclysm that went down. Her family dynamic has changed and she’s left wondering who else is hiding secrets from her. She mourns a lot in this book over spilled knowledge that she’s now just learning in her adult life.
As with the other books in the entire Knight’s Ridge Empire series, you’re not going to be able to put this down because there is always something happening. We see these characters shift and morph and we are right along for the ride with them and trust they’ll get where they need to go…before it’s too late.
This book was fire (if you know, you know).

I was given an advance readers copy of this book and have decided to write a voluntary honest review. God I love Toby and have grown very found of Jodie. Yes I think Toby messed up more than once but I also understand he was truly hurting not just for him but his mom too. He's blinded by revenge and U can't blame him for that at all. He has ways to go. I'm hoping that we get a book from Sara and Jesse. Now what is Alex deal??

Reckless Princess picks up where the last story finished and continues to tell the story of Toby and Jodi. This story like the first one instantly had me hooked and I could not put it down once I started reading it.
Jodi went through a lot in this story and had to face some really hard truths. I enjoyed reading her character growth and how she stood up for herself. I really enjoyed how she made Toby worked for it after everything he put her though in the story.
Toby I really felt for in the story with the pain he carried around with him and how much he punished himself for what he did to Jodi. It was obvious though how much he loved her.
This was a great addition to the series and really finished on a cliffhanger. I cannot wait to read the next story in the series to find out what happens next.

RECKLESS PRINCESS by Tracy Lorraine is book 8 in the Knight's Ridge Empire Series. This continues the story of Toby and Jodie that started in the last book 'Reckless Knight'. You will need to read that previous book for sure and the other did help with the overall enjoyment of this series. This book will end setting us up for the next installment in their story. Jodie is learning the awful truth about what has been kept from her. Toby has destroyed her heart. Toby is learning that the pain for his revenge isn't just inflected on others but it has torn his heart too. I can't wait for the next installment.

Tracy is what???? 8 or 9 books into this series now? How are they still amazing lol how does she keep the magic happening. I'm convinced she's a freaking magician.
Toby and Jodie have a lot of things to talk about and work on before they can ever be a thing. This book is about that happening. Toby is growing as a man and Jodie is healing. Not just from what Toby did to her but dealing with her dad and Joker too.
Stella is a main side character in this book and I still freaking love her keeping her bro on his toes.
The ending though. Tracy if you take either one of those characters in the building from me I'm breaking up with you lol

Reckless Princess by Tracy Lorraine is the 8th book in the Knights Ridge Empire Series and man oh man I can not get enough of these couples…these 5 delicious bad boys who will light your body on fire!!! Man they are all something else. The way love, fight and live is just on a whole other level. Toby has always had a special place in my heart. He’s the sweetest one. He loves his mama and would do anything for any of his friends and family…including kill for them. Stella is kick arse! I mean who would have thought she could kick her own brothers tail? Stella and the guys that’s who lol. And Emmie an MC Princess turn Mafia soilders/future boss’s woman…Seb and his losses but his passion and love for all his friends and his girl of coarse. Wow. These characters have just made themselves a little bed in my heart and they refuse to leave. Which is fine by me…I wouldn’t have it any other way. Jodie has also won me over quickly. She’s the complete opposite of the guys but fits right in with Princess pact. That cliffy is just to much. I wanted to cry, scream and be angry all at once. I’m really afraid for Sara…and if something happens to her…well that’s another loss for Jodie. Can she survive any more loss? Lord I do hate waiting for book 9 of the series and the 3rd and final book of Toby and Jodie’s story. I do love how all the guys and girls have three whole books! I’m not crazy about the cliffhangers that tear me apart but I will say they do keep you on the edge of your seat. I received a free advanced copy to read and review.

Just when you thought there couldn’t be a more intense cliff hanger, Tracy goes and tops it! Oh my life! What a way to leave us hanging on. I need the rest now!!!
Toby and Jodie are a perfect couple. I love how they bring out the deeper darker and sometimes better parts of each other. Toby messed up and Jodie stood up for herself and made him work hard to earn her back. I love being able to see in both characters brains, even if sometimes it just makes me want to slap them both and ell them to open their eyes 😂.
I can’t wait for the final part of this trilogy, just how and when will they get their happy ending?

Reckless Princess by Tracy Lorraine was fabulous! So much drama. Secrets revealed. Just an emotional roller coaster. Jodie and Toby's chemistry is off the charts. Cliffhanger was nothing I suspected. Kudos for a job well done!

Bring back my bad boy!!!
I get it, he needs to atone but danggg this one was all heart. Toby, with all his “baby” this and “baby” that, went back to being the nice one, the sweet one. Yes it’s nice and dandy, but I fell in hot lust over the reckless vengeance driven bad boy.
But I still love him and Jodie is a great addition to the crew. This was a decent continuation of their story and definitely makes me want to find out how it all ends! And after that ending…I need more NOW!!

You would think after 8 books in the series Tracy would no longer be able to hit me with a cliffhanger that leaves my jaw on the floor… well think again. I loved seeing all the guys give Toby love advice and Stella beating up her brother… we know he had it coming. The next book can’t come quick enough. I need to see how Tracy wraps this up and then live off the crumbs she will give me for the next Knight.

Oh my god!
Jeez, Tracy Lorraine just blew my mind up with this book. I asked for more action, for more appearance of the other characters and she just did it so perfectly incredible. I knew Toby was alluring, but seriously, he is on completely another level. He surprised me so much and yeah, although he's the good and nice one he also carry this screwed up nature, but it's not so fucked up like Theo or dear God, as Daemon. He's more driven by his emotions and during the journey trying to do the correct and right things. I loved how he acted with Jodie in this book and the way he took it, looking for redemption and forgiveness after the cliff-hanger in the first one.
What I actually liked very much is that the author turned the storyline completely different from the other two couples we read about. There's darkness, twisted games and secrets, as also a lot of crazy moments, but we were delivered with some much more tenderness and gentleness. We didn't observe bullying the principal characters in its usual way, but we read about the thirst for vengeance and revenge because of deep experienced traumas from the past and by the hand of a monster. What we also were shown is how a simple person can pull the strings of a lot of people by manipulating their movements all along.
Toby and Jodie's story is different from the others because she's an outsider and doesn't experience that need for violence like the others in the series. She grew up and was educated about life like normal people and not those prepared to kill and create mayhem. Their story is much more based in healing, understanding and being normal (almost). The perspective that Tracy followed is completely opposite to the one of the other couples and that's refreshing. Toby's character reminded me of an alpha but with a moral working clock, at times a bit uncoordinated. He's an alpha but with vanilla savour. Thanks to "Hades" for giving me these kinky vibes, jajaja, because without it this is the most vanilla couple in the Knight's Ridge Series at the moment. Though, they're still cute and lovely.
In the second book Jodie grew up and expanded her vision about everything related to Toby and his past (also her own). What I liked a lot about her character was her capacity to analyse every crumb she was left to deal with without having the whole picture. She ran a few times for my liking, but as a reader and trying to be empathetic with the situation I could perfectly understand her actions. After all, she's not a fighter in the way Stella or Emmie are. She stood her ground, but before doing it she needed time to proceed everything and decide what direction to take. In the first book (as you can check in my previous review) I didn't like her much, because in some situations she irritated me and appeared as fragile, damsel in distress, crying almost always or being in a depressive mood. She was a bit overdoing things, but analysing it from the outside it was completely normal. Even so she had a bit of a charging personality for my taste. And yeah, I gave the book 4,5 stars and I still stand behind my note. It was unnerving but in the end I loved the story, because a good author is capable of turning the tables and changing what we usually are accustomed to reading about. Turns out, I ended up liking her character's development.
Trying not to make any spoilers, I'll only tell you that the sequel didn't disappoint me in the least and I can't wait for "Reckless Dynasty". The cliffhanger in "Reckless Princess" was... oh my god! I just need to know what happens next, as right now!
As to resume my thoughts, the book was very well written, captivating me one more time with the world created and built up so absolutely perfect, there wasn't a part that was out of place. On the contrary, each move, character's appearance or action complemented the structure of the whole story transforming it into something unique. Tracy is capable of building this world up and at that moment she's not losing the point of view of making all the characters have their moments and growth during the series. I couldn't enjoy it more than I did the second book and I'm impatient for the outcome of Toby and Jodie's story.

This is the second book in the Reckless Trilogy. You need to read the first book Reckless Knight first or you are going to be very lost. I am going to go ahead and warn you that your about to go through the ringer up and down fifty rollercoasters and all the fun places you can think of to go that makes your emotions all over the place. I don't even know that heart had beaten right since I finished this book. Toby and Jody, well they just wow I don't even know how there still standing. When we finished Reckless Knight there was a hug revelation and this book will pick up right where that revelation was revealed, and Jodi was destroyed because what she thought they had together was absolutely nothing to him. It was all a game to him the entire time for Toby to destroy the person Toby hated through her. Now nothing is ever going to be the same for her. I don't know that I can tell you much more about the book. Every sentence I write I am having to erase so I don't spoil anything for anyone. This book is so good and you will be reading it from the moment you pick it up till the second you finish the last page. It is such a great enemies to lovers book. With a second chance and some college bullying going on. I forgot to say that this book is dark and you will want to heed the warning from the author in the beginning of the book becausue it will hold triggers for some readers.

I am SPEECHLESS. If you thought Reckless Knight was mind blowing, buckle up Princess, you haven’t seen anything yet.
In Reckless Princess, Toby brought his A-game, ovaries will explode, alpha-hole with a side of groveling, yes please.
Reckless Knight has firmly established itself as the year's darkest read and a new all-time favorite. Lorraine has truly instilled something exceptional in this series, none more so than in the Reckless Trilogy.
Reckless Knight had me cursing Toby under my breath while I also wanted to hug him. His every move was fueled by heartbreak, vengeance, and pure rage. It was too late by the time he realized the consequences of his actions. It was more focused on the characters' actions, whereas Reckless Princess is filled with thunderous emotions on every page.
Reckless Princess captivated me from beginning to end. Each of them had experienced their fair share of heartbreak and destruction. Toby had no idea how much pain he was inflicting on himself as a result of his own actions. It was as though he didn’t realize the true depth of the poison eating him alive, until that poison spread to the woman that became a part of his soul.
Toby demonstrates that, while he may have had poison coursing through his veins, it was the woman who was supposed to be his vengeance who offered him the antidote. He was hell-bent on her complete destruction, all the while she was saving him.
I don't think I blinked from the time I opened this to the time I finished reading every word. There's so much to say, but I'm at a loss for words to do this story justice.
I adore everything about this series, especially the darkness and romance, but also this group of friends. The women aren't wilting violets waiting for a man to come and save them. These heroines are sassy, fierce, and total BAes. The banter is some of the best I've ever read. On the same page, they can switch from sarcastic wit to opening up their hearts. Even when they are throwing punches, their love and loyalty to one another shines through..
I'm trying harder than usual to keep it vague. This is a series that should be read without looking for spoilers. There are so many twists and turns that you would be doing yourself a disservice if you went in blind.
Lorraine has once again shattered all expectations; her ability to outdo herself time and time again is a true testament to an artist honing their craft.
From the very first page to its last, Reckless Princess will have readers captivated. Reckless Princess is rife with passion, a swoony alpha-hole, a sassy heroine, thunderous emotions, witty banter, hair-raising twists and turns, steam, and an ending that will have swearing to the bookish gods. Reckless Dynasty is the only thing that can cure this book hangover.

After the cliffhanger we were left with at the end of the previous book, we are taken on a rollercoaster of emotions when it comes to Jodie and Toby’s relationship in this book. This book picks up right where Reckless Knight left us with Jodie running out after finding out the truth about Toby.
I love seeing Toby grovel to get Jodie back. I love a book boyfriend who grovels and Toby is one of the top guys for this! I also love seeing Jodie fight her feelings for Toby as she doesn’t want to give into them.
I can’t wait to see more of Jodie’s friendships with toby's family, especially the girls, grow. Stella has helped her from the beginning of this book and it has made me LOVE her! I have used the word love a lot in this review but there is so much to love in this book.

This is Toby's redemption story! After the ending of Reckless Knight he knows he screwed up and will do anything to get his demon back. Jodie makes him work for it though and deservedly so! They both have alot to sort out. But no matter how mad she is at him, their connection is too strong to ignore, and their chemistry is just as hot as it was at Hades.
We get to see more of the group, and their friendships are just everything! God could Stella be any more amazing?? The girls day might be one of my favorite scenes so far.
Another hold your breath, omg, that can't be where it stops ending from the queen of cliffhangers.

RECKLESS PRINCESS by Tracy Lorraine is book 8 in the Knight's Ridge Empire Series. This continues the story of Toby and Jodie that started in the last book 'Reckless Knight'. You will need to read that previous book for sure and the other did help with the overall enjoyment of this series. This book will end setting us up for the next installment in their story. Jodie is learning the awful truth about what has been kept from her. Toby has destroyed her heart. Toby is learning that the pain for his revenge isn't just inflected on others but it has torn his heart too. I can't wait for the next installment.
