I received an ARC copy of this book in exchange for a non-biased review.
I asked for a steamy read and Mackenzy definitely delivered! This book was hot....starting with the cover! This is the 6th book in the Bracken Ridge Rebels MC Series but can be read as a stand-alone; no cliffy but the HEA was hard won.
Kennedy, our tough as nails FMC, is seemingly a no nonsense, by-the-book attorney working to build her practice; never mind the fact that she's a fiery red head whose caught the attention of all the men. Following some personal issues, she moved to a small town where her sister lives (who is involved with the Bracken Ridge Rebels MC). Initially, she wants to focus on work, no relationships… queue Bones....
Bones (insert swoon here). He’s a loud, proud, somewhat crude alpha who isn’t afraid to make it known when he sees something he likes. (He has his sweet, thoughtful moments as well) We meet Bones as he's in county lock-up for unpaid traffic fines and an old charge that he never took care of. Since their crew attorney was out of town, they called Kennedy... and the fireworks began.
First, I really appreciate how the author really sets the scene up for us. The Bracken Ridge Rebels are not the 1%'ers and they're proud of it - they're a small club and take care of business within their small town (they may not follow all the rules, but they're not involved in extra dirty side businesses). Not that I'm an expert, but Mackenzy must have done quite a bit of research into the MC itself - it's very realistic. She also put alot of thought and attention to their world.
The book was action packed, never a dull moment, making it a fast read for me. We're set up to hear Axton's story next, and I'm definitely here for it!

I absolutely adored Bones and Kennedy’s story. I have had a crush on Bones since he first appeared in this series. He’s funny, sarcastic, domineering, witty and has such amazing confidence that makes him so damn sexy. I love how he never once gives up on his quest to get Kennedy under him! Kennedy is the perfect match for Bones. She’s feisty, independent, smart, witty and one hell of a sexy woman. I love the back and forth banter between them. They both had me laughing out loud and just gushing with love.
Bones’ dirty talk was next level and had my panties melting! Their connection is fantastic and their sexual chemistry was utterly undeniable. I couldn’t wait to see how explosive these two were going to be when Kennedy eventually let’s him in. They had me riveted to my seat, biting my nails and continually fanning myself to cool off.
I could not put this book down! It was action packed, suspenseful, thrilling, entertaining and so freaking steamy! I loved every second of it and can’t wait for the next book in this amazing series!

Wow, what a read. This book will not disappoint you and keep you reading until you reach the very last page. It moves along at a pace which makes for an easy read. The characters are so real that you feel as though you know them and no matter what happens you want to be there for them. This book needs to be on your TBR list, no doubt about it.

This book was a total hit. I could not put it down. Bones has always been a favorite and to see his fierceness with Kennedy we would all be so lucky to have some one like him. I could not put this book down. I highly recommend this book. I love catching up with everyone. I can’t wait to see what happens next.

Mackenzy Fox does it again in the latest installment of the Bracken Ridge MC!! It was the perfect cat and mouse game complete with emotion, spice (oh the spice was epic) and the HEA everyone wants to see in the end!!! Can’t wait for the next one!!!

This book is SO good! I absolutely devoured it and loved Bones and Kennedy. I've read 4 of the 6 books in this series and this might be my new favorite!
I'm obsessed with Bones and Kennedy. They have amazing chemistry and the banter between them was too good. I like that Kennedy tries to keep Bones at a distance, but he doesn't care and continues to be around. He does it in a way that's endearing and not gross or annoying. I LOVED how they communicated through some of their obstacles.
Bones might be my new favorite from this series, which isn't that surprising. I loved him in Rubble's story and knew he was going to be a handful in his own story. He has depth to him that you don't expect and he will make you fall in love with him. The mouth on this man 🥵 He will have you laughing and panting all at the same time. He loved Kennedy from the moment he saw her and knew she'd come around. He's a total cinnamon roll and I LOVE it. My new favorite 🥰
I really loved Kennedy! Lucy is still my favorite club girl, but Kennedy is a close second. She's strong, smart as hell, and holds her own. I could really relate to her independence and struggling to accept help. Kennedy won me over with her ability to banter back with Bones. I love that she doesn't see Bones less than herself. She loves him and you could really feel it in the epilogue.
Y'all this book was SPICY. The dirty talk coming from Bones was so hot. And the things he would do to Kennedy 🥵 There's a denial scene that will have you sweating. I liked how Kennedy would banter back with her own dirty talk and took him by surprise.
I'm excited for Axton and Stevie's story!
I will say this for every book until we get it: pleaseeeeee give us a spicy dad's best friend/age gap story with Cash and Deanna! I need it so much. And if it's as spicy as this book, I know it'll be so so so good!

The Bracken Ridge Rebels MC are back, this time with Bones story. Oh my gosh, he may be my favorite one yet ! Bones has been eyeing the gorgeous red head attorney , Kennedy, for awhile now. He is shocked when she walks into jail as his attorney, instead of the usual attorney that works for him. For months she has turned down this advances, not interested in getting involved with any men. As she works for him as his attorney, he remains insistent with her to give him a chance. The more they work together, and run into one another, her walls begin to crumble. She feels something for him, his words do something to her. He wont give up until he spends a night with her. Kennedy goes out for a girls night and gets bold and accepts his advances telling him he can have his night. After that one night, so much transpires between the two of them. Nobody expected feelings, nor the secrets of her past. As usual, this author reeled us right into her MC world, and makes us hold on tight and devour this story. I love all of her characters, but I just felt something different for Bones and Kennedy. Bones is irresistible, and that MOUTH on him. The two of them are FIRE together. The spice level of this book was off the charts. This author is the queen In the MC romance world. Each book of hers I devour within 24 hours. This one was no different. Absolutely loved this. Outstanding addition in this series, one I never want to end!

I’ve been so excited for this book and was absolutely stoked to receive the ARC for it. I smashed it out in a couple of hours just like I have with every other book in the series. Once you start, you can’t put it down.
Bones is book 6 in the Bracken Ridge Rebels MC series and follows the story of Bones & Kennedy.
Bones is the club’s Road Captain. He is loud, confident, possessive and hot AF. He is a bad boy with a soft side, making him a loveable sweetheart too. He knows what he wants and will do anything to get it.
Kennedy is an absolute badass and I just love her. She is the club’s new smoking hot lawyer who’s only been in town for a few months. She is fierce, sassy, strong and knows how to hold her own.
You just know you’re going to get a good story when you have two firecracker main characters and this book did not disappoint.
The banter between the two of them is hilarious and honestly had me giggling the entire time. Their chemistry is undeniable and the smutty scenes were just 🥵🥵🥵
If you haven’t read the series yet, do it. Every single book is 🥵🔥
Axton’s book is up next and I cannot wait to see what Mackenzy has in store for us !

I'm just going to put this out there: Mackenzy Fox is incredibly underrated. Her writing just hooks you in and every one of her characters one-ups the others.
Bones is funny, witty, and dominating while Kennedy is independant, smart and witty. She has the type of attitude all of us women wish we could have. And she was the perfect match for Bones in every way. They're both sexy as hell and the anter between them? Ugh, off the charts. It's like you could almost feel the chemistry and tension between them through the pages of the book (or screen, in my case).
Like all of Mackenzy's books, this one was filled with suspence and action, was incredibly steamy and had all the power in the world to keep you glued to your seat, unable to tear your eyes away.

This is the one. This one right here!
When reading the first five books I was drawn to Bones as a character and wanted to see how his story would play out. The sweet member was not someone who stayed in the back but demanded my full attention and I was so excited to read this book! From the minute he saw Kennedy as a challenge, how he wanted a real valid reason for her rejection, to where his book ends I loved and devoured every moment of it! Bones relies on Kennedy to help him not the other way around until things slowly become more serious and he sees that she is not perfect just because she presents herself as such. I loved it because it’s a different dynamic than what is normally found in romance books. Kennedy knows herself, her strengths and weakness but uses them to help others and that’s honestly amazing. I love the fact that they are so similar yet butt heads because it’s their coping and trauma almost mirror each other shows how perfect they really are together.
This story was everything I’ve wanted and more for bones and I can’t wait to see who’s story comes next!

Bones' One-Liners 2 Boning
Bones and Kennedy have been skirting around each other for the last few Bracken Ridge books in the series. Bones' one-liners have always been awesomely laughable.
Bones being a hot mess and Kennedy being the MC's lawyer continuously getting him out of hot messes. Most of their storyline felt like a slow burn romance, but when the steam hits, they combusted.
Not much club action compared to the other books in the series, had a lot of heart and focused on them being there for each other, communicating and finding their happily ever after. There is reparations for past choices that ends up putting Kennedy in a situation, however it highlights to live life to it's fullest.
Sneak peak into the next book in the series, Brock's brother Axton and his boss Stevie, Kennedy's sister, is coming!

Kennedy moves to Bracken Ridge for a fresh start and to be closer to her sister. She’s the towns new lawyer and finds herself representing Bones after he’s arrested.
Bones is a dirty talking horn dog with a bone lol The minute Kennedy stepped foot into town he’s had his eye set on her and has let her know every which way he would like to take her.
I loved their banter, Bones had me laughing out loud so many times. I’m going to have to say he’s my favorite of the guys so far.
Kennedy went through a tragedy that has her not wanting a man in her life but Bones is very persistent and persuasive.
When these two come together they are hot!

I was given this in advance for an honest opinion.
Kennedy my dear you started as a self-righteous judgemental lady but boy were you proven wrong. Her past ate at her making her feel guilty for even thinking of another man. Her body craved relief but she was too ashamed of the things she craved. Her backbone as a lawyer was anything short of amazing. I would pay her to be my lawyer.
Bones oh where do I begin? I have looked forward to his book since reading Steels and boy did I get a treat. Bones is protective, possessive, and a caring man. He knew what he wanted and didnt stop till he got it. This man was simply amazing.
Now their chemistry together holy smokes! Kennedy was gas and Bones was the match. Wow just wow.
Im now counting the days down till we get Axtons book.

This was my second Bracken Ridge book, and by far my favorite! Bones is attractive, but human. He's got flaws, and depth, and is loyal to his core. His mouth makes me want to slap him and keep reading all at the same time. Kennedy was a character with rich backstory and I really appreciated seeing the unlikely things they had in common.
Read this is one sitting, it definitely goes quick and is insanely binge-worthy. Can't wait for book 7! (Also need way more info on Nitro. He's amazing.)
Side note: Kennedy is 35. It's amazing to read a character who's close to my age, and is a genuinely independent woman.

To say I was anxious for this book would be a gross understatement. After their electrifying meeting in book three (Brock), I have been fascinated to see how they would connect. Though complete opposites, they work so well together. I mean OMG the intensity they share is just indescribable.
Bones has so much depth and despite his unfiltered mouth is sweet and intelligent. Kennedy needs that bad boy to come out of her self imposed shell. Despite quite a few bumps in the communication department, they find love unexpectedly.
The banter and steamy scenes are off the charts and I swooned when he swept in and rescued her. Be still my heart.

I’ve been looking forward to this book for a while now.
Ryan “ Bones” Romero is the Road Captain for the Bracken Ridge Rebels. He’s loud and in hot pursuit of the new lady lawyer in town.
From the minute I heard she was single, I tried my luck, hoping for a chance, but then so has every other red-blooded male in town and that just makes me more determined.
“Well, it isn’t very often I get to see you, and I’ve never seen you with a woman I’d be happy to call my daughter-in-law.” “Mom!”
Kennedy Hart is attracted but reluctant. The past still has ahold of her but let me tell you when they come together they are combustible. She is a take no prisoners strong lady and there banter is hilarious.

There is a lot more to Bones than just a sexy talking biker.

Kennedy is a lawyer that he hopes gets him out of jail but also hopes to get better acquainted in between the sheets. I thought Rubble was something but I love Bones. He is raw, upfront, bad boy with a deliciously dirty mouth. Once and Kennedy get together they are explosive 🥵, 🔥🔥😍

Bones is by far my favorite of the guys! Ugh His and Kennedy 's story sucked me in before their story was written just from rubble I knew that I wanted their story and that they would be my favorite couple!!! 5 stars hands down definitely a top read for sure! Their banter and chemistry is top knotch and I am here for it!! Can't wait to see what's next!!!

Again I'm swept in a story so good. I love Bones and Kennedy's story. I so much love how she not letting him get away with anything :-) I'm still a Steel and Colt woman, but Bones is right in the other's heels. fantastic book. I love Mackenzy books <3 so if you are into MC and big alfa's with big hearts, this series is for you.

Kennedy is a sharp no nonsense lawyer that is able to help Bones the road captain stay out of jail. This two seemingly opposites find they have more in common as they explore a mutual attraction for one another.
I love how this relationship develops and it is amazing they discover that opening up their hearts and trusting each other forms such a strong bond. This is such a great story and I so enjoyed the evolution of Kennedy and Bones!

Bones and Kennedy have incredible chemistry. But Kennedy doesn’t want to give them a chance because of her past. Bones doesn’t give up on them. Their relationship is incredible. To see their one night to their amazing ending.

Bones knew Kennedy belonged with him. He just didn't know how to make her see they were destined to be together. Plus, with the way Bones always seems to find trouble, having an in with a lawyer can't possibly be a bad thing. The Bracken Ridge Rebels gets better with every book

Don’t know what to say except that I love this book. It’s sexy and kinky. Bones is so lovable he’s not the damaged, broken guy like Gunner that stays very close to my heart but he is just stubborn and he is persistent. He goes after what he wants and he is dominant and Kennedy submissive l. I’m submissive and let me say I love a good dominant so yeah I really really love Bones. It’s like I said kinky, hot and steamy. So if you don’t like that don’t get it but if you like it you will love this book.

Such a hot and funny read. I don’t usually like hero’s that are this funny and cocky, but good heavens did Bones hit all the right spots as the lead. The dirty talk from him was A plus plus. I liked that Kennedy made him work for it, but that she wasn’t a snob. I just attempted to read a book about another female attorney and the writer failed to grasp that there’s a major difference between a woman being sassy/ambitious/smart/fiery and just a plain judgmental b*tch. Thankfully this wasn’t an issue at all in this book. The writing was great, and it was wonderful to see how things are progressing for some of the prior characters. As always this MC feels like a family, and finally the jokester playboy falls hard. I loved everything about this book.

Opposites attract. Sparks fly between Bones (Ryan) and Kennedy anytime they are in the same room. Bones is part of the MC club and Kennedy is the lawyer for club. Each of these books gets better and better. There is suspense, hotness. would recommend. Can't wait to read next book.
