The story theme is very eye-catching that can keep readers engaded till the end.🙌🏼

The story is about the main character Liz, who had a very arduos past which still scares her in the present.
Her childhood is very traumatizing as she was a victim of bullying, physical abuse and mental abuse as well, which distressed her & affected her physical and mental health.

In the present, There's a boy named Alex, who becomes her unlikely friend. He stays by her side, understands her problems & struggles and tries to be her comfort person.

The secret that kill us by phoenix black. The Language of the Book is Clear. The Composing Style of the Book is fast - Paced. The Front of the Book is Awesome. The Title of the Book is Well - Chosen. Cover of the book appears to be unique and portrays. The fluency and flow of style and viscosity of material, the narrative, is such that one can't afford the luxury of stopping or having a breathing space while going through it. Even at the chapter-ends, one is tempted to hurry on: the journey or reading is so enchanting and thrilling, unexpectedly, so to say!
Lastly I would say the title is different but absolutely significant and unique. Overall an enlightening and enthralling read.

Book plot is quite interesting. You'll be riveted on the tale till the very end because of all the turns and twists in the plot. The entire story has been masterfully told by the author in a distinctive manner beginning from the beginning. Trauma, betrayal, friendship, hardship, and many other topics are covered in the story. This book, The Secrets That Kills Us written by Phoenix Blackwood is a fictional read. The story mostly focuses on a young 16 year old girl named Liz. Liz had a very traumatic past and she fights hard to overcome it. She was jumping from one foster home to another and got stabilized in the current one. For Liz, every little thing seems to be hard. She doesn't feel connected with her own mind and body. She struggles to survive each and every day. She meets a new friend named Alex. Though Alex hasn't been a part of Liz's troubled past, she tries to understand her better. With Alex's help, Liz tries to fight the troubles and trauma she faces. The story mainly focuses on the journey of Liz in attaining peace and betterment.

Though I felt that the story was a bit slow at the begining, I certainly got connected to Liz. Through this story of Liz, readers can understand how hard it is to fight the traumas of past and how difficult it would be to overcome them. The story also involves addictions, transitions, and the dangerous consequences of coping. I would recommend this book to my fellow readers if you would love to go through the journey of Liz.

Book : The Secrets that Kill Us

This story was almost like watching a movie. Every scene was running inside my mind. The author's writing skill was the obvious reason behind this.

It tells the story of Liz, a teenage girl who has faced numerous challenges and traumas in her life, as she adjusts to her new foster home and forms an unlikely bond with a girl named Alex. What will they do? Read and find out.

While reading certain scenes in the story I actually felt like it was happening in reality! That is how the book deeply engages the readers. The author has a good storytelling style. However, it's the ending that was the most satisfying.

Such an intriguing and unique storyline. A story full of emotional ups and down. Smooth transition between scenes. The plot and the plot twist were shocking and I liked it a lot. This book got me hooked right from start and you just can't stop reading it unless you have finished it.

Its an astounding and convincing read with an extraordinary storyline. The story is loaded with turns and bends that will keep you snared till the finish of the story. The creator has perfectly portrayed the entire story from the very outset in an exceptional manner. The story manages injury, treachery, companionship, inconvenience and a lot more things. The way, that the writer has depicted this book is commendable. Loathes off to the writer for composing such an incredible work of art.

Book plot is very interesting. You'll be bolted on the story till the end as a result of the multitude of turns and curves in the plot. The whole story has been marvelously told by the creator in an unmistakable way starting all along. Injury, disloyalty, kinship, difficulty, and numerous different points are canvassed in the story.

The language is basic and storyline will keep you snared till the last page of the book. I truly love this book and I prescribe this to everybody.

The Secrets that Kill Us, a book by Phoenix Blackwood is simply awesome. The story revolves around a sixteen year old girl, Liz, who at this early age has gone through many ups and downs in her life. She, after staying in different foster homes, eventually finds a stable home. She has got kind of new world. But Liz, even after entering this new world, is still unable to have a still life due to continuous troubling by her past life. She’s extremely disturbed by it and even is finding it difficult to survive. But, in the middle of all of this, she met a girl, Alex, who understands her in a better way and they ultimately become good friends. Having Alex in her life, gave her strength to confront the ugliest people of her life.
But even after being with her new form of support, Alex, and in new place, the Liz is not able to trust anyone. She wants to unravel some hidden truths of her life. Imagine having a nightmare childhood which snatches your every definition of Love and Comfort completely for the rest of your life.
Imagine getting inspired by someone till the extent where you start coping them and ends up more miserable.
Imagine uniting with a person you feel like trusting but already having a rich experience of how dangerous it could turn out to be to trust strangers.

There are numerous secrets and psychological barriers to prevent our growth and we remain shackled within them until one fine day, when we get a boost and way to fight out through it and emerge victorious.

This compilation is a thriller which have a slow start with numerous detailing about the setting of the story in depth but as it progress, the story starts to grab the attention and eventually as for a thriller it could be a very good choice.
Language is very catchy and smooth with good pace while progressing.

Do give it a read if you like dark thrillers because this holds alot of dark shades about the society and human beings.

It is a common notion which can be seen with individuals who have to fend for themselves often tended to have a short fuse when it comes to immaturity.

And as such, there is no one who covets a stressful childhood. But the later-life benefits of growing up in a tumultuous home are beginning to come to light, upending conventional wisdom in the process.

In the book, ‘The Secrets that Kill Us’ by author Phoenix Blackwood, we see how our main protagonist, Liz, tries to adjust and adapt to her new surroundings, but there are things from her past which would not let her be completely free.

As they say, one friend can do wonders to the self esteem of a person, and as such, Alex was someone who helped our main character in ways which she could not even have fathom.

I liked how the author has tried to bring forth a narrative that was not only interesting but also gripping to read, dealing with some major issues, but handling them all with care. Hence, I am going to give this FIVE STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The secrets that like us by Phoenix blackwood:

Secrets do not always bring peace of mind. Similarly, this story also tells the sad past of a person. The novel victim's traumatic past story.

The author said a sixteen-age girl story.the girl name is Liz.he has been bullied a lot. sexualy and mentally all the atrocities he faced.one of the unlike friend is Alex.

One of the periods Liz was in hospital, she felt different. This story is full of emotion.. Each bit of word is emotional..even rising and down is also explained depending on the situation. I like one of the emotional words in this book: the situation when Alex asks Liz "you feel a boy or girl .Liz answered" i think I'm neither". Yeah, she is a transducer. The author explained exactly feels very nice. She doesn't like our names. He changed to "Theo". This is what the author is trying to say. Liz accepted the change and moved to the next step.

She was injured both physically and mentally by all the bullying, torture.
Every reader can feel her pain.
Alex, her friend, tries to understand and support her.
What happens next?? To know this you've to read the story.
The language is simple and storyline will keep you hooked till the last page of the book.

Book: The secrets that kill us
Author: Phoenix Blackwood

The secrets that Kill Us" by Phoenix Blackwood is a strong illustration of an individual managing self disclosure.

The story is about the fundamental person Liz, who had a very arduos past which actually startles her in the present.
Her experience growing up is very damaging as she was a casualty of tormenting, actual maltreatment and mental maltreatment too, which troubled her and impacted her physical and emotional wellness.

The novel investigates subjects of injury, habit, and the trouble of trusting and cherishing others after a long period of figuring out how hazardous it tends to be. These topics are taken care of with responsiveness and care making the novel both hopeful and skeptical.

Thusly, I energetically suggest "The Mysteries that Kill Us" to anybody who is searching for a strong and close to home investigation of one's life to mending and self-disclosure
